I have been coming here for 5 years washing my cars using the auto wash 6$ 10$ and 14$... yesterday i bought a car and thought to give it a hand wash they charged me 60$ and gave me service like any other regular hand wash of 15 to 20$ car was still dirty floor dirty doors cap holder super dirty consoler. It wasnt service just rip off. I will never come back again.

Honestly, for the first time not completely satisfied..😥😥 I pulled over down the street to dry my car a little more thoroughly and realized my rims were never cleaned/barely touched...😫😫

Did the full-service detailing for my Nissan Rogue at this location today. Im really satisfied with the quality of the service provided (could have been better with exterior cleaning but its ok). The person attending was really friendly and respectful and guided me well to have better experience throughout. Ill soon schedule another full service detailing for my other sedan car.

I did stop on June 3 at 6:45pm to do car wash for my suburban 2012 and pay $6 for the service after I done went to vacuum and I see scratch on back of my car after I call the person who is running the business told me the owner is not responsible for the Damage on my car and I will report to the business better and send it to the ABC News if is this is customer service and I want everyone Be careful and check them cars after the car wash its bad customers

This is a very nice and relatively new car wash. The equipment does a good job. There are many options for upgrading the wash. They would be five stars except for the price. They are more expensive than other similar car washes in the area. While they do offer coupons in the local coupon magazines, the price is still high.

This is my go to place for car wash. They have various options. But $3 is the cheapest and it cleans the car without any issues. Other options are also good based on your requirement. Sometimes you need to check free vacuums if they are working. They need to think of more cleaner self vacuum areas.

Very bad cleaning services. This place is only good for car wash. Do do waste your money in detailing services. They don’t clean it nicely and don’t vacuum nicely. When I complained, they claim this is what we can do max. If there is a coupon you have sent, that doesn’t mean you will compromise in service just because I am paying less. Never go when there is waiting because the poor quality will go worse.

The detail shop headed by Junior is 5 star. My car is 14 years old and I detailed it for the first time and it looked like new! The guys cleaned the engine so good that it was cleaner than a hospital room. Tires shiny, carpets not shampooed for 14 years look like show room new. Great prices and friendly and very professional! Very happy with the service.The vacuums are powerful and I never had any issues with the wash after going 25 + times. Best car wash in the winter to get the salt off. Telling family and friends about the detail shop!!!!!!

I really like this car wash. They do an excellent job on exterior (lots of soap used) and they do a great job on interior. I almost always do the inside/outside wash. The attendants are really good in the booth! I drive past two other car washes, just to go to this one.

Excellent carwash for the perks. I got the $14 wash for $12 after asking for any deals. For it, they also freely gave a small car freshener, a wetwipe for the steering wheel & dashboard, and a disposable blue paper towel to wipe the outside of any post-wash residue.Ive been to around 50 different carwash locations in the Midwest, and this has the best perks, which inspire customer loyalty --- a smart business decision. Theres also a $3 basic wash for the more minimalistic.

Had a buff & wax 3 weeks ago with a coupon and they washed my mats and the inside of the windows. I went back today for the same deal, and they did the buff & wax but refused to do the mats and windows saying its another $30. The manager was extremely rude and asked me if I understood English. I told him I understood Spanish too. He told me to get in my car and leave. Real class act.

I just left Route 21 Car Wash in Wheeling. Do not under any circumstances go to this place. They offer free vacuum stalls all over the the entrance . I pulled in and lifted the hose from its holster. I vacuumed my car and proceeded to get a wash. While still out I noticed I had scratches on my hood and on my left front quarter panel. I went back to the car wash and spoke to Junior who was deemed to be in charge. He came out and said the wash didnt cause the paint scratches but rather the hoses from the vacuum. They pick up dirt and stones so they made the marks. I was upset. I said you have a full detail shop could you see if you if you could buff them out. He said NO! but he would give me a special price on a detail job. No remorse No apology. If a free vacuum is their was of drumming up business they should be ashamed.DONT GO TO THIS PLACE NOT IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND ITS FINISH.

This must have been the worst experience I have ever had with a human being with regards to customer service. My dad took his boat for exterior cleaning couple weeks ago, they charge them $200 in order to do this job. When he arrived he was not happy with the job and ask them if they could somehow clean it better and they told him no and to pay for the job. He is of course of older generation so he paid them and left. When I heard about the situation I went to talk to the supposed manager. His name is Junior. Over the past two years I have given this car wash a lot of business since I own a construction company with a lot of cars and vans. I told him how my dad was treated and asked him if he proposes a resolution, otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere. He told me I am free to do whatever I want and I can take my business elsewhere. In this age of technology and people giving their jobs through referrals I am quite surprised about the behavior of this person. He was not interested in settling the situation and giving any kind of discounts or apologies, as if he did not care if I was a customer or not. I did not care to get 20 or $50 back but I cared about how he handled the situation. He was acting as if he was even annoyed that Im there to talk to him about a dissatisfied customer. All I have to say that this business has lost me for life.

This is the worst place to have your car washed at. Theyve done serious damage to our passenger side quarter panel and door as the car slid off the belt. Another car behind us hit our rear bumper and caused more damage. Clueless and rude attendants claimed that car didnt have proper alignment. What a joke when our car is in perfect shape. Policeman said theyve had numerous incidents like ours here. AVOID THIS PLACE.

If you want your car damaged, this is the place to go. Guaranteed the owners will do nothing to reimburse you for damages and claim theyre not liable for damages even to brand new vehicles. Happened to me, wouldnt want that to happen to any others. Also, theyve deleted a previous review of mine so thats how you know their business is sketchy.

Ive taken my car to expensive car washes and never thought the interior looked very good. Then, I went to Rt 21 Auto Wash and they did a beautiful job! The whole car, especially the interior looks Brand New!
