Found this center to be extremely caring and professional. I was very impressed with everyone that I interacted with from security to nurses. The intake professional that we worked with was super and went the extra mile for us. Thank you Jefferson Center.

Just watching the love of my life fall through the cracks. Please dont say you take this seriously because after reading these reviews the reply lip service, seems disingenuous. I still watch this mental health crisis on the sidelines and feeling like your gaslighting

Dumps people on to the street when they need help. They could learn a lot from Peakview behavior health in Elpaso County.

ZERO STARS.They will tell you a dollar amount once youre there and then 3 months later they bill you $800 and only give you three weeks to pay it. this place is a f-ing JOKE. go literally anywhere else if you need mental/crisis help.

Would give zero stars if I could. Perhaps they are better with persons dealing with substance use, but if you are having a mental health crisis, go literally anywhere else. Staff (therapists and nurses) are callous and unfeeling, giving no support or effective communication with anyone having panic attacks or SI.

I have been going here for a little less than 2 years and this place is the worst I have ever been to. They have no respect for patients at all and they are beyond unorganized. This place is a disaster with patients caught in the middle. If you can save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I would give them Negative stars if I could

They’ll will treat you as sub human, have you hauled around town by numerous people during a pandemic, they don’t wear masks and then bill you 700$ for a breathalyzer. This place is awful.

This place is amazing!! They understood and set a plan. I highly recommend this walk-in to anyone! If you do decide to come ask for Jeff Rose, he is a very good person to talk to.

Got lied to they told me it was $90 a day n if my insurance covered they would try n bill them first... there trying to say it’s $360 a day for what crackers an water ... they didn’t even deal wit my substance abuse problem the had people off streets I’m sure they didn’t get billed $360

They tell you there medication protocol but it doesn’t meet Dvm or Dvm protocol. Curious where they created this stuff. No Mv on staff just a bunch of CNA. I DONT EVEN THINK THEY ARE CNA. LEARN MEDICATIONS AND APPLY CORRECTLY. I HAVE A DVM AND WAS APPALLED.
