CWCG has been the perfect place for our daughter during this difficult time. She was able to continue with school, but also had such excellent support in having the opportunity to heal, gather coping tools and connect with girls with similar struggles. CWCG is an amazing organization that fills a unique need in our communities for teen girls who need extra support with self esteem, depression/anxiety, etc. or who just struggle in the more typical school structures. AMAZING!!!I was Andreas first intern and my internship was incredible. I had the privilege of learning what it takes to start an agency-it is a lot- and I also had the privilege of watching Andreas dedication and tenacity, which is one reason the organization is open. The Wellness Center is made up of Andreas love, blood, sweat & tears, and her dedication to helping girls. Andrea was able to hire amazing women who have brought the vision of the Center into reality with her, which has been amazing to watch it all come together.The Center will always hold a special place in my heart.

As Director of Family Therapy at the Colorado Wellness Center for Girls, I have a keen insight into the truly amazing shifts that the girls in our care are able to make. They are in a warm environment that is dedicated to their total well being making space for them to discover who they really are in this world. They find their voice...their inner strength and shed the anxiety, depression and loneliness that have been haunting them. Being a girl is downright amazing and every girl deserves to feel that way. The wellness center helps them dig out their own amazing! The girls learn to navigate their way through this time and have their hands held.

Over the past five years, Ive had the opportunity and privilege of working with Andrea Philleo. As a professional, Ive witnessed her dedication, tenacity, commitment and highest standards in achieving her goals.
