I couldn’t log onto my laptop because it kept telling me my password was invalid. I brought it to Best Buy and they said they would have to uninstall and then reinstall the operating system-for $150. However that would wipe out everything on the computer. They said that for an additional $100 they could “try” to back it up first-but there were no guarantees.The next day I brought it to PC Warehouse. He installed some software and in less than 10 minutes I was able to get into my laptop. The total charge including the cost of the software was only $40. I was thrilled. I’ve already told 2 friends they should go there the next time they have a problem with their computer

OMG Dropped off my computer for repairs Called a few days later I spoke with this very arrogant employee That actually hung the phone upon me. Called the next day spoke with the owner he informed me his Employee also spoke to his wife in that manner. Im puzzled was that supposed to make me feel better If you like Dealing with Rude arrogant People youll enjoy the pc warehouse.

Awful place for computer, other electronics, parts etc. Nothing last long, so poor quality you cant make it up. Even Walmart is 10x better than this place, ugh..

After getting a charger in PC Warehouse for a computer that I bought in Best Bay I had to return the computer to them because the motherboard was damaged. So, I went again to PC Warehouse looking for a good laptop. Mr. Robert was there this day. He was helpful and, I got what I needed. Since December I have my computer and is working perfectly.Thanks PC Warehouse and thanks Mr. Robert. If you are looking for something excellent but not expensive, go there. 100% recommended!

They always do a very good job and at a reasonable price!! The first time I came, they did a lot for for me with my ruined computer than my mom’s work’s tech guy could and for less money (I had spilled tea on my keyboard and fried the computer but they cleaned it enough that I could move all the files I needed off of it)I’ve come here for both computer & iPhone issues now and am a repeat customer.

If I can give them 0, I would do it! They are very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. Today 11/9/2020, I went to pick up my PC that was there for more than eight days. They couldnt find the problem with my PC, they were assuming so many things, but they couldnt solve it. They charged me $106, which includes diagnosis and repair. The owner yelled at me and was very irritated when I asked her to return my money because they did not fix it. I agreed to pay $30 for their service, which was a waste of time and money. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, they dont know what theyre doing, and they lie too much. RECOMMENDATION: If you have a business, dont disrespect your client. I paid for the bad service, and I deserve respect as a customer. Its not my problem if this business has unqualified people to fix computers.

I had an incredible experience with PC Warehouse. I brought in a PC that I had (poorly) built that would not start. Their tech, Jose, was knowledgeable, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure that he knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he fix the issues, he sat down with me after I came in (after hours on Friday evening!) and made sure that the computer was correctly set up for me to use when I got home. By far the best service Ive ever had in any industry. Jose has gotten my business for life, and my recommendation for all my friends and family.

Robert made a house call and fixed problem within half hour, charged a reasonable 68 bucks I think. We have also brought are PC done to shop for other repairs and have are ink cartridges refilled. Love this place.

What a great place I forgot the guys name that fixes the computers but he is so nice and he calls you and gives updates on your computer on what’s going on and what can be done with it. Overall is was a simple easy experience I dropped it off and a day or two my laptop was like new couldn’t be happier.

I talked to my sister today who got a great printer set up and she told me it was where our Dad, a local business man in the Wethersfield/Hartford area had gotten all of his computer needs met, and has come here for years! So here’s my story.... I started my private practice as a psychologist in 2002 and my Dad recommended them. It is is now 2019 and guess what!? I am STILL USING that computer/tower/hard drive today and I have no problems with it! I love my computer and am reluctant to change or upgrade since the computer they customized and built for me is running perfectly and doing all I need it to do, 17 years later! This is unheard of! I will totally go back to them for any computer needs in the future! They are professional, customized, and particular and at a great price! This company beats any of the others in terms of price and customer service. I got my son iPad mini 2 fix we were going on a trip and we needed fix I need it in 1 day by it took 10 day to fix now I go to cityfix down the road so fast and takes 20 min or less to fix a screen not like 3 days or 10 days

I dont have a issue with Jose but they say FAST IT Not like 7 days I got my PC back their a store thats 100000 time better right next to pizza place called CITIFIX

Just walked in the other day with hard drive issues. I had stopped at two other places that day and I chose not to deal with them because of their attitudes. Here they were actually nice, and I got my laptop back in less than three days (would have been only two if I didnt have to be at work all the time), and they called me during that time to update me on the progress. They made an exact copy of the hd so that I didnt lose any info and didnt have to choose a new operating system. These guys rock theyll be seeing more of me.

I was looking for a laptop on let go the women who works there said they had gr8 working ones there so I had gotten one from them. And it didnt work so good. So I brought it back to get a refund. The old guy there Wanted to fix it and wanted me to keep it. I said no. He said it again and again I said no everytime I just wanted my money back. And then he said they have other ones that work gr8. I told him that the women said this one worked great. He looked really mad. And instead of refunding me he charged me again for it. And then said he refunded me. So I left. And find out through my bank he didnt refund me at all and my bank is disputing them. Its been a week now. And still nothing.

First time going there after receiving a referral from my brother and had a wonderful experience. My laptops performance had been deteriorating over time and I couldnt take it anymore. I was expecting to drop it off and wait for a phone call when it was ready to be picked up and this was not the case. When i walked in and stated my symptoms they dropped everything they were doing and gave my laptop their full attention. After some quick diagnostics they gave me a list of actions to take. I have performed those instructions and glad to report that my laptop is working as I hoped it would. Thanks to the staff and their knowledge to get me up and running smooth.

I have been using PC Warehouse since it opened. They have successfully repaired the multiple issues I have had on my PCs as well as my Macs. Some of the problems they fixed were even problems that other repair places and the Apple store misdiagnosed or said were unrepairable. True, the store looks like a repair shop inside, but thats because it is a repair shop. Also, the people that work there may be a little rough around the edges, but so is my auto mechanic and my handyman. That may offend some of the more sensitive folks out there, but the bottom line is theyre honest, they know what theyre doing, and they do it for a reasonable price. In the end, thats what I Iook for in a computer repair shop.

Fisrt time using pcwarehouse. I came in because my pc key board was not working and it kept over heating, I found everyone very friendly and happy to answer all my question as I dont know a ton about computers. The repaire was done quickly. And it was a very fair price as well!

PC Warehouse owner Robert mistreats customers - I do not recommend this place unless you are desperate to fix something AND are willing to be ripped off.Heres what happened to me: PC Warehouse replaced my cracked iphone 6 screen with a faulty one. When I asked for a refund, they told me to sue them for it. They refused to refund me the full amount -- screen plus labor -- if I handed over the faulty iphone screen. They refused to refund ANY part of the amount if I kept it. They claimed no one else complained about the screen, but also said that their supplier only provides them with faulty screens. Seems pretty unlikely that both are true.Selling faulty iPhone screens at full price is bad business. I wont be going back to PC Warehouse and neither should you.

I had a horrible experience. Robert, a chinese guy who is the owner does not know what he is doing I went there for my battery not charging issue. This guy Robert without any diagnosis tells me that the laptop needs a new battery. He took deposit, laptop model and told me he will order new battery. Next day he calls me and asks me to stop by his store to get the battery model. I went to his shop and he unplugged the battery to get the model number and plugged it back. It started working and he is surprised too. He tried to get more money by charging for new battery. He started asking for more money which eventually I paid. He started arguing and fighting for it. he even abused me personally. I will never visit his store. He is a bufoon and does not know what he is doing. BIG CHEATER....
