Extremely rude. I had 2 cars with full tint and a van with two front windows they wanted more than one vehicle was almost worth. If you dont want to do a job just say so its ok. I dont recommend going here to anyone especially if you want good customer service. If I could 0 stars.

I walked in without an appointment today and was greeted by excellent customer service. We discussed my needs and agreed on a price. Even without an appointment they squeezed me in for a clear bra. James went above and beyond paying extra attention to the details. Instead of cutting some of the edges like most other places, they tucked them which gave it a much cleaner look.The price and product is unbeatable. Great work all the way around.The shop and waiting room were clean and professional and the customer service was top shelf.I will be back to get the tint done and any future work will definitely go to James and Made in the Shade.

I am very impressed with the business and how they were very professional with their service to my vehicle. All around a good window tint place, and also had my HID headlights done here as well. The prices were also great and much better than the other competitors.

Having had my windows tinted at high dollar shops around the country with less than satisfactory results, I was a little apprehensive about Made In The Shade. Turns out, James (the owner) was cool to deal with, and the price was exceptional for the quality of not only product, but the work that was done tinting the windows. Making an appointment was a breeze (next day), and my truck was just as clean as I brought it in, no leftover tint on the floors or in the bed. I will definitely be returning for future work, and highly recommend Made In The Shade.

Made this appointment two weeks in advance and showed up 15 minutes early. 10 Minutes before my appointment I get a call from one of the guys here saying they are going to be twenty minutes late. Then he asks me to leave my car keys with his friend across the street at the fitness center. Like he expected me to be dumb enough to leave my car keys with a complete stranger who has absolutely no affiliation with the company. Very unprofessional to be 20 minutes late to an appointment, then have the audacity to ask me to leave my keys with a complete stranger. Canceled my appointment and will not be returning. Go here if you would like to have your car stolen.
