I have been working with this company for over a year now (as I am in a contract). The salesman, Daniel was great, but the phone system does not work well and the apps they sell to go along with the system do not work very well at all. I have tried two of their systems and neither has worked very well. They have a customer service department, but unfortunately, they do not keep notes, on what changes are made, so one person doesnt know what the last one did and it makes things very complicated and if I dont remember, they wont either. I would prefer to have a better product and better systems in place.

They take care of us as quick as they can, even though, we are sometimes calling for the basic of things. We are fairly new, and they have been patient with us.
