Ive been planning on getting a new phone for awhile now and have been putting it off, well today was the day. Im happy a went to the store I did,, at 8021 Edinger Ave in Westminster. I chose that store because they had the model phone I wanted in stock but it was the customer service that Im giving 5 stars Gustavo and Sohrab helped me not only get set up with my new phone but let me know of promotions going on & checked my plan to make sure I was getting the best price. Hands down the worst phone buying experience I have ever had!!! Sohrab was totally incompetent and rude. I came in with the intention to switch to AT&T and purchase three phones. I had to come to the store 3 times to complete the roll over. It was bizarre doing this in different step. Sohrab sold me specifically on a promotion that was going on at the time. When my bill came the promotion was not there. His advise was fro call T-Mobile directly and have them fix his mistake. I spent countless hours on the phone with TMobile why they tried to fix all the lies that Sohrab told me. In the end they fixed most of his mistakes but my bill was $370 which was considerably higher than the $200 that Sohrab quoted me. I called Sohrab to tell him my disappointment and he again told me he was unable to do anything for me.

We came in at 840 and Alan welcomed us in the door and greeted us, answered all questions that we asked and was super helpful. Didn’t care that he was about to be closed and help us switch from at and t. He stayed until 1130 with no problems and no hassle and got us out easy with iPhone 12s and new lines. If you go to at and t you should definitely go to him.

I have Sprint phone plan. My phone outdated 5+ years old. Poor reception and wanted to PURCHASE a new phone. I was prohibited and required to LEASE a new phone. But I could go elsewhere, buy a phone at Apple and bring the phone back to add to my plan. Ridiculous business model. Sprint lost purchase of a phone.

This shopping center has one entrance which is also the exit. During rush hour it can be challenging to exit with the traffic backup. The employees are very nice, tried to help, it was Sprint that prevented then from accomplishing the goal, a simple upgrade of a phone on my account.

We wanted to switch from tmobile to sprint to get new phones. We choose this location because it was close to a theater. At first this was a great choice. Until the service itself started and my husband hated the no signal every where we went, and all of a sudden our bill increased from $100 to $160. We decided before the 30 days satisfaction was up we would end the service. We called the corporate number we were told to go to ANY store to return the phones. We went to 2 locations before being told we have to go back to the original store we made our purchased. We get there and then are told we have to pay a prorate fee for the month service we used.... but before we left the store when starting the service, we had to pay $152 for insurance and usage of the phones. They originally told us, wed pay a $45 restocking fee, everything else would be refunded. Why would I have to pay more all of a sudden?! Sprint service is terrible. Good thing Tmobile is taking over for them. Maybe they could learn a thing or two about good customer service.

Otto is impressive. I was first customer in line when he opened, and it took about 3.5 hours from the beginning of guiding me through the process of the claim while paying for everything and getting new phone set up and activated and then transferring data from old phone to new phone.. all while mediating and managing an ever growing number of other customers. He was still able to properly manage and mediate everyones time and expectations without taking away from my experience and without having any other realities clash or conflict with one another. If Otto is not someones manager or at least team leader, he should be. If I honestly believed my opportunities could offer him the career he wants and desires for himself, Id steal him away from Sprint the moment I could. Great service, vast knowledge, personable skills, methodical consolidation of time and steps; Id go out of my way just to be helped by him again simply because, if he gives me bad news, then I honestly feel as if it is the reality of the situation and that no one could do better because he clearly always goes above and beyond to do his best.

This place was so so, but is now under new management. The customer service is fantastic. Dont let the reviews deter you. They really make an effort to help you with whatever you need. Amy was awesome in helping me resolve the issues I was having with my phone.

I was elated with there customer service. There staff is knowledgeable and updated with their information. Most importantly of all there was no pressure on tyiny to purchase a new phone. This is what made it a good experience. I walked out with 2 Samsung Galaxy note 8s.

Staff change over, recently. These people promised new phone and sold me damaged phone, promised two free tablets with 5G delivered ONE tablet that can only use Wi-Fi and CHARGED FOR TWO with 5G.This store is a RIP OFF PLACE, DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR $$$ STOLEN!!!!

Sued.This site at Beach / Edinger in Huntington Beach, quoted us service and goods in writing and signed on a printout, but Sprint bill actually much higher. Explanation: Were not actually Sprint, just a sales company. Wow, what crooks! Sprint sales people over the telephone have also been deceptive, with promises not coming through. These people should be fined or sued.

Sprints service is terrible. I switched to them from Verizon and regretted every minute on their network. However the store is a good shopping experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. You can do most things here (start service, upgrade phones, repairs) but certain account related issues have to be handled by a corporate store, such as the one on Westminster Blvd.
