I paid $280 to get my iphone screen repaired here, walked out of the shop when it was finished (Feb 2020) and have had problems ever since. 50% of the time I cannot answer calls dues to the swipe button not aligning properly, screen would no even light up periodically, functions just seemed to shift. If i tried to touch a name to call, it would chose the name 3 names down from where I touch, etc. I called to see if I could have my screen replaced since I have had all of these issues and paid a pretty penny to fix them, they said they do no offer warranty and I am out of luck. BEWARE!!!!

Went in for a screen repair. Made a quick 11am online appointment. Went in, dropped off phone with friendly staff. Was told technician wouldnt be in the store for another hour, but was assured the repair would be completed by 2pm. Recieved a call at 1:50pm stating the phone was ready. Went in to pick it up, and noticed the phone back had been broken during the screen repair. The technician said he would repair it for free, but didnt have a matching color. No big deal. Back repair took another hour and a half, while I waited. Phone is all good now.

Zach was extremely knowledgeable! He not only replaced my cracked phone screen but he recommended a simple snap screen protector to help me from cracking it again. He was most helpful!

Batteries Plus is AWESOME!! They are friendly and professional, and they fixed the screen on my phone in one hour! I have used Batteries Plus for years now to repair my phones and my childrens’ phones, and I will never go anywhere else. The price is extremely reasonable, and you cannot beat the service you get there. If you have shattered your phone (and who hasn’t!) go into Batteries Plus!

The customer service representatives there are excellent.I just wish the tech would have told me that my phone was not going to be able to be fully repaired, just based off of how bad I damaged it. The brand new screen was placed on it, but did not lay flat/flush, like it is supposed to, and the screen then cracked a week later.

I needed my iPhone screen replaced after being shattered. Timeliness was fantastic. They took phone and had new screen on in an hour as promised. Very appreciative for their customer service. Unfortunately, it was disappointing because screen that was used for replacement had quite a few scratches. Wouldn’t recommend

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. When I arrived I was told that the technician would not be in until noon. I don’t understand why they allow customers to schedule appointments at times when the techs are not there. At least have the courtesy to call customers and let them know. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment. Just go elsewhere.

Wow, incredibly rude staff. I called about having the glass on my Samsung galaxy s8+ replaced. Just the glass is cracked, not the actual screen. The guy I spoke to quoted me over $250 for a whole screen replacement. I reiterated it I only needed the glass front and he tells me that they cant do that and it only comes as a whole unit. Thats BS as Ive had just the glass replaced before at a different location When I told him this, he promptly hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. So not recommend at all! Obviously they dont know what they are talking about.

I scheduled an appointment which I assumed meant I would actually receive service at the time of the appointment. Instead, all it was was a drop off time. I had to make a second trip for pick up. Then, I was told not to turn the phone off until it reached a 100% charge. I turned on the phone, and it went dead before I could get to my car... So, I walked back into the store to be told it wasnt a problem, just charge it.... Seems contradictory if youre not to tun it off until fully charged, except when it goes dead on premises.

I thought all this time I had iPhone XR. I had shattered the screen and they replaced it looks brand new and I was educated to know that my phone is not an XR it is just an iPhone X. Thank you Batteries Plus

The store was slammed and they don’t have many techs working but I was absolutely amazed with the service I received. Chris is great manager and was sure to get everything finished promptly!

Joey is alway great ! They have fixed my iPhone many times, yes many due to non gracefulness ! Joey is able to multitask with chaos going on and he is very friendly.

They told me one price ($65) and I thought that was $30 too much but, what can you do about it? So half an hour goes by and it comes time to pick up my phone. So when I get there the guy said it was $119. He told me twice that the price would be $65! This place doesnt even deserve one star.

They were to repair and replace broken front and rear screens. During the repair, they broke the new rear screen, and I have to wait for it to be re-ordered and go back to have repaired again.

The repair went well but the staff was totally disorganized and did not seem to know what was going on. Even though we had made an online appointment, it still took an hour longer for us to get our phone in to be repaired.

They cracked the back glass on my Samsung Note but did replace it for free and did so quickly.

Expensive but quick and thorough.
