My wife had laser procedure done. There was minimal difference. Though it was communicated to the manager and her superiors, nobody returned our call. Second opinions at reputable spas told us the procedure shouldnt have been recommended. This is a bad sign of poor service and quality. Save your money and time and go else where.

I cannot possibly tell you how grateful I am for Emily B! I was so worried about getting my lashes done because I’m very picky and detailed… Emily did such an extraordinarily amazing job!!! I mean I walked out of there feeling like 1 million bucks. I got them done for my vacation and they looked gorgeous the whole time! First time ever getting my lashes done and best experience. I was nervous going here #1 because its inside of a gym (even though its my gym) and #2 the reviews arent great, but I went today and Im so sad I didnt go sooner!! Everyone was super nice and the treatments were equally amazing!! Brianna did my mani/pedi and she did a great job!! Seriously couldnt be happier. She obviously cares about what she does and it shows. She also has a great personality to boot! I saw Melissa for my hydra facial and a lash/brow tint and it was so wonderful!! She listened to my concerns and was able to offer some much needed advice. I have already booked my next treatments and will continue to go here. I honestly left confused as to why the reviews are low. Go here!!! You wont be disappointed!!

Go somewhere else! Been to many places for facials and peels and by far worst service I’ve ever had! Disorganized and unfriendly staff that doesn’t seem to be trained. Arrived early and was taken back 10 min after appt time. Went in for a facial and peel and was informed by Esthetician during the service that peel wasn’t even medical grade. Facial was extremely rough and rushed, no friendly chit chat, never told me the products she was using on my face - had to keep asking her. Face doesn’t even look exfoliated. Will go somewhere else for sure!
