Been a customer for over 20 years never disappointed

I had no idea have bad this place is until I got my nails done 😒 the worst experience I had so far with a nail salon! If you have a choice to go somewhere else please do... don’t waste your money... and time... I should have went to the place where I usually get my nails done, but because of the weather I couldn’t, so I thought it will be nice to try a different place, yeap made the biggest mistake 😩 I am so upset with my bad decisions! I have been going here for 16 years. Danny and Linda are absolutely amazing. They keep a friendly and family type atmosphere that makes you feel welcome and at ease during your visit. Not only is the atmosphere amazing, but the quality of your nails are long lasting and always look just as amazing. I have gone as long as almost 2 months without getting them filled when Ive been ballin on a budget (dont judge) and that says a lot between working and even doing auto maintenance.I highly recommend using the Nail Studio for all your nail needs. There is no other salon around that has the quality that Danny and Linda have!

Everyone is so kind, they treat you like they’re a part of your family. Especially Danny. Every time he has done my nails, he always found a way to start a conversation, always makes me laugh, and his manicures are amazing!

I got my nails done there and they are horrible. The paint is shabby and i have only had them on five days and one broke off. Highly disappointed I will not go back

My two thumbs are two completely different lengths and shapes. Not to mention they definitely did not give me the ombré powder I wanted, more of a cheap knock off version of the actual ombré nails. I never go here and this was my first time but my nails look so bad that I may as well never got them done. Won’t ever be coming back here again. I’ll just go back to my usual spot in PA

The service is amazing. I walked in because my nail broke and Danny came to the rescue and fixed it in 5 mins and it came out amazing. And the people who work there treat you like family. I highly recommend this place!

I bring my mom here all the time and she loves it! The owners Danny and Linda are very friendly and do a great job! They take real good care of my mom and she always comes out happy. Wouldnt go to any other salon!

Just left after receiving the worst French manicure ever! Asked for pink French, she had no clue or just ignored me. Also asked for thin lines. Nope! I have my engagement photos this weekend and my nails are a wreck. I could have done better myself. Dont waste your money!

Very friendly people, however service was not as I expected. I just got a manicure done with the powder nail polish and I feel that I need to go and get another one done. Did not like the outcome. They only want to collect the money and dont care about the final results. $37 wasted.

God awful! I didnt even get my nails done because the customer service was just awful. I wrote down for a pedicure. A black lady asked me if I wanted my fingernails done and I said no. Waited a few more minutes. Another lady came wanting a pedicure. Skipped ahead of me (completely fine!) Then another man told the same lady to take me back. She was like I asked you if you wanted a manicure. I responded with no a pedicure please. She got all snotty with a HUGE attitude, turned to her coworker and laughed. Thats when I left. Completely rude!

Ive been coming here a long time. Even though some customers on here say they cut cuticles too low they do sometimes do that but Ive tried all other nail salons in westminster and they always do the best job. Design and all. You get two designs for 5 dollars on both hands and its still cheaper than other salons. Danny and Linda are very friendly. I rather go here anytime than the others.

Love everyone at this salon, they are always so friendly and my nails always look fantastic.

I have been going to Dannys and Lindas nail Studio and they are the best I see some of the reviews that were bad I dont think they have the right place and as far as wanting money I find that hard to believe because they are the cheapest place around and I have tried other places and there service was awful but Danny and Linda were great I have been dedicated to them for 19 years since they 1st came to Westminster!!! They feel like family I love them and there service!!

Tried two times, not happy either time. First time fills lifted in a week, also, daughter got “Dip” nails. Way too thick.Second time regular nail polish manicure bubbled before we got home.Now, I’m a licensed Cosmetologist and know if regular is professional and fresh and not old in the bottle it should last up to 10 days.They just made excuses and had us wait until she could make time just remove the bubbled up polish.Two people not happy.

I love this place! Linda is very patient with me. I am vey pickie when comes to my nails/hair, in fact, I usually do them myself however due to lack of time I decided to give it a try and I am very Happy to now be one of Linda’s client. I highly recommend this place.

I feel like they wanted my money, but the woman who was doing my nails was more interesting in the two customers who wanted pedis.I completely wasted my hard earn money on a bad gel nail Job, never will return and will not give a positive review... (dont waste your time) back to Baltimore I will travel. :( also I will be retuning back on 12/02/2016 my left ring finger broke off what the heck, this is so dissatisfied and I want my money back.. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau tomorrow..

I have been going to this place for years. I always go to Lynn and she does such an awesome job! My acrylics will last 3 weeks and their prices are cheap!

Great at what they do and after all these years are like family

The tech was nice to me but he didnt listen to what I asked. I even showed a picture of whatI wanted.( A full set) so he had a fresh pallet to work with. I dont mind paying the prices but I was disappointed with the outcome. Think multishaped nails and shorter than I wanted. 3 nails were off before I got them fixed and it cost me another 55.00 plus tip to get them redone somewhere else. :(

The staff was very pleasant and nice; however, I got a mani/pedi. The pedicure never fully dried even after walking around the mall shopping for about an hour. My gel manicure was horrible. the edges of polish were to my skin and not just the edge of the nail, so it began peeling up within a few days. Seems like all the polish is old. I would not plan to return here ever again.

I had a pedicure by Linda it was a nice and relaxing experience.

I only stopped here as I was traveling for work and wanted a quick pedicure/manicure. I have to say the negative reviews are justified. Literally the fastest mani/pedi Ive ever experienced. I was wearing a dress and left with shavings of my old gel polish all over my legs bc she filed my nails while I was getting a pedicure and didnt use a towel. She also had me sit a bowl of nail polish remover on my lap the entire time to soak off the gel..I was afraid to move and spill it all over me. When we moved over to her station my hands were soaking wet with nail polish remover and I had to pick up my belongings. She also didnt completely take the time to do my cuticles and they looked uneven. She also put the cuticle oil on my fingers then proceeded to massage my hands-most nail salons invest in a bottle of lotion to do this. The oddest part of my visit here was the lady was looking at my eyebrows and I couldnt understand her-so she goes to the back and yells for-I follow her and shes getting wax to wax my eyebrows! My eyebrows in one way shape or form need waxed and I had a face full of makeup on-totally unnecessary and quite frankly after watching what they did with my nails I wouldnt let them near my eyebrows anyway. The salon itself is very dirty and the pedicure chairs dont work. Like I said I was killing time traveling through the area-I wont be back regardless but if I lived locally Id drive out of the way to avoid this place.

I stopped going because how they treated me last year went last week because I didn’t have time to go across town two of my nails popped off already I spent almost $50 on my nails alone😢 such a disappointment they have the nerve to charge u for everything they do I should get a two nail refund

If I could rate them negative stars I would. This place is awful! I was rushed through the entire manicure process, the polish is shiny on some nails and dull on others, my cuticles are sore since the technician tried to remove extra polish from them with a nail file!!!! She also filed my nails round and I asked for them to be square. I feel like I completely wasted my money and my time. This was my one and only visit - I will never go back to Nail Studio and I do not recommend anyone else go there either. **update: not even 12 hours has gone by and the gel polish is already peeled off of 3 nails. By far the worst place I have ever been. Terrible product, no skills and terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE!! I have never in my life heard of walking away from a pedicure with ingrown toenail nails... but I did after coming here. Worst experience receiving a pedicure!! Horribly unsanitary and dirty. I had to see a podiatrist to have my toenails fixed due to how the technician cut them. Will NEVER go back and would not recommend.

I used to go all the time but even today was terrible she didnt finish said let them dry first but wanted my money and started on someone else. I sat for 15 min because I dont have all the time in the world and said bye. She said bye Thanks! I like Danny and his wife but everytime I get anyone else they are rude and worried about the money and just plain inconsiderate!!! Never again!!!

WORST PLACE TO GO ! I went there with no appointment, they then said they could do my full set now . They sat me down at the nail desks, then when more customers came in left me there for about 15-20 mins . Then when they started doing my full set, they cut my cuticles so far back ! I went yesterday and they look so bad I ALREADY need a refill . 6 of my fingers were bleeding because she did not do them correctly . I got all my nails pink and then a heart on 2 considering its Valentines Day . The heart designs look terrible ! It looks like a throw grader did them with their left hand ! The heart designs are crooked, the hearts dont even close, their lope sided . Ive never had nails done THIS BAD . Then the lady told me my eyebrows were bad and suggested I get them done . After you ruining my nails and leaving me with more then half of my fingers bleeding, I could only imagine what she would have done to my eyebrows ! Do not come here . I strongly recommended anything else would be better then this place .

This salon has terrible service. I was a walk in customer and not a single person greeted me. I sat there for over 30 minutes and wound up leaving because nobody acknowledged I was even there, but assisted customers that showed up after me.
