I have a package that’s supposed to be delivered today, Sunday, and it said it’s on the truck since 6:10am. It won’t be delivered now because I know they pull their drivers in after a certain time. I used to work for the post office a while back so I know their practices, I am sick of the post office lying about when a package will be delivered. Stop lying and getting peoples hopes up, many depend on getting medication delivered by a certain time and day only to be informed that it’s not coming. The post office needs a total house cleaning and they need to hire competent people.

Racial Profiling! This location said there was No delivery to the Middle East and the same day I went to a different USPS and they did ship out my package, I am taking this as Racial Profiling as I am dark skin and notice that no dark skin workers we’re working at this facility and the worker who declined my delivery is light skin, he looked at me wrongly and sold me a lie. He even went inside to “double check” came out and said nope No deliveries to that side of the world. Obviously a hour later I showed up at a different USPS and gladly a dark skin worker took care of me and said definitely let’s get this package shipped!

I sent out a package on June 1 2021 and it was destroyed once it was received it wasn’t nothing in the box I sent out another package on the June 8th 2021 the package has still not been sent out . I’m very disappointed with the careless acts of my packages . I feel that it’s a lack of communication being that I can’t get in it’s overwhelming .

Ive been going here for the past three years or so. The staff do a phenomenal job.On occasion, while standing in line, Ive heard the staff take abuse from grumpy customers - always unwarranted. Im positive they dont get paid enough for that abuse.Anyway, again, Ive always had great service and interactions with the staff behind the counter.

Did not comply with a directive from the President of the United States to lower the flag to half mast in honor of the Annapolis shooting. I informed them that their flag was in the incorrect position however I was told that they only lower the flag if something really important happens. Thats a direct quote.Below is the guidance they failed to follow.Our Nation shares the sorrow of those affected by the shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland. Drop off packages and it takes them over 4 business days to scan it in. Getting complaints from my clients as they dont believe that i dropped them off. I understand mail has slowed but simply scanning that they have been received would be really helpful. Im about to lose repeat clients becasue of this. I would bring them to the front desk but as i have many, they always get annoyed and frustrated with me. So Im putting them in the inside 1st class box and its now making me frustrated and lose repore. Can this be fixed???

By far the most friendly staff I have encountered at any post office. This branch is the Chick-Fil-A of post offices - they get customer service. Whoever is in charge knows how to lead well because the staff seem very happy every time Ive been in. Well done!!

The Postal Service tried to deliver a certified letter to my house. They left a re delivery slip so we rescheduled the delivery for 11/15. My daughter took the day off from work and waited all day for the letter to be delivered so she could sign for it. The post office never delivered the letter now tomorrow on 11/23 the letter will be returned to sender. I have also found my mail laying on the ground when I get home from work at night on numerous occasions. This is the worst mail service I have ever had.

Worst post office- lack of responsibility & care. Mailed international package express to get there 3-5 days never got there -gave me run around-said to file a claim-3rd time went in they said ‘oh can’t file claim; they didn’t lost; it’s the other countries fault’ I’m out my money & out the package

Not a bad post office. I have to go to this office because the Hidden Lake Post Office has been closed forever and the USPS does not care about repairing the facility and reopening it. For years, I have had to pick up packages here though there are 2 post offices much closer by. USPS never makes sense...probably one reason why they are ALWAYS in financial problems! Employees here are usually friendly though they never ask for ID when picking up certified mail.The USPS is not what it used to be.I wonder why it takes weeks to get a Certified Letter card back. In the 1980s it took 2 days?

If I could give them negative stars I would. For some reason they did not put my tax documents in my mailbox. When I called them for them they said they no longer had them. I am trying to get it figured out now and will be on a 40min -an hour long wait.They always put my neighbors mail in my mailbox and when I bring it up they could care less.

Mail carrier constantly forgets to leave key to the Locker he puts our packages in. My package has been delivered for almost 2 weeks and I have no way of getting it. I tried leaving a note about the key over a week ago and I suppose he’s just ignoring it. Maybe eventually he’ll wonder why I haven’t gotten my package and realize it’s because he hadn’t left the key? This has happened multiple times. Also the employees are unhelpful when I’ve tried calling regarding this issue.

I was waiting on a package and was notified that it had been delivered and left in my mail box (I have a mailbox that requires a key to be opened). When I went to check for it there was nothing there so I decided to give it another day and still no package. I called the Post Office yesterday to let them know what was going on, they told me the package more than likely got delivered to the wrong mailbox and that they would try to find it and redeliver. That also never happened, I gave them a call back today and I was told that now I just have to wait and see if the person who receives it returns it and if not then Im basically out of luck because the person I spoke to told me it was their word against mine because they show the package was delivered, which it wasnt! So frustrating!!!!!

Whatever you do, do not leave your packages in the bins after hours. They lost several of my packages this year and I ship a ton of packages during the holiday season. I have had to file several missing package claims because they never seem to have left this location and I would really love to know where they went. Horrible!

I have a package that got shipped to this location. The manager Marcy who didnt even ask for my tracking bar code number number gave me a number that didnt exist. When I told her it didnt exist she called me a liar then hung up. For a service that we all trust to deliver our packages people like Marcy are the kind if people you cant trust.

This post office is efficient but stay away from SHARON offering to sell you stamps in line . She took me out of the line and then could not send my mail certified. While in the mist damn near 10 people walked in and Sharon did NOT put my back at my rightful place in line like she said she would. So stear clear OF SHARON with the tattoos she obviously has a thing for wasting other peoples time.

Not happy with this store.went in with a box that said sprint on it.I was mailing back to sprint.The lady asked me if I needed a box. I asked why she didn’t say why. Her response was literally “I don’t know I guess it’s OK”? I didn’t understand what was wrong with the box. I asked her what does she suggest ?Again no repronse, no words at all. She went over and got an envelope and just put my box in it. She was so vague about questions but she was very forward with just getting things that I supposedly needed and charged me without telling me pricing or any information why I needed these itemsI don’t believe I needed anything but It cost an additional $7.I used this UPS for many years but after the Abeytas sold the store it’s never been the same. Looking for a new place to go.

They are constantly losing or delivering my packages to someone other than me, i am always recieving mail that is not mine also. In the last 5 years since my regular carrier retired, they have lost over 30 packages of mine. Staff inside of the post office are nice but that doesnt do me any good when No one has a clue where my packages are going. And yes I have filed multiple complaints with the post master general about the issues

Just found out that someone has notified this post office that I moved. I was wondering why I did not receive any mail this week. Im upset that the USPS would allow this to happen with out seeing a proper ID. Now all my mail has been returned.

Rude customer service. Refused to meter my bulk mailing, even though other post offices have always done so. Offered to sell me stamps. Proceeded to speak to associate next to her about my request and how it would take too long and ignored me. Certainly will not visit this location again.

Received a united states post office money order from out of state. Took it to this post office to be cashed, the old man In the window told me he couldnt cash it, that he didnt have any cash in his or anyones elses register. How dose the United states post office not have cash on hand for a money order they issued....one star. I find it impossible they didnt have cash on hand.

Went in to express a letter, they suggested I do regular as its on the same place - been 4 weeks, recipient still hasnt received it. Avoid this place, unless you want your mail lost and your delivery times lied about.
