I am really sad that they do not have service in my area. Apparently they just serve Westminster MD and say they are expanding... but it’s been several years now and haven’t seen any sign of service to Finksburg which borders Westminster

I’ve had Ting for several years and I will never go back to any offer Internet provider. Service is fast and incredibly reliable and any time I’ve had a problem it’s been resolved quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is excellent and everyone I’ve interacted with is I knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend !

Had Ting since they first came to Westminster. If you call the helpdesk, a human being answers. No automated telephony system where youre smashing 0 to get to a live person. Id had one service loss in 4 years & the helpdesk reported that a deer had chewed some cables. No billing issues or weird fees. My only regret is they are only in Westminster, because I can recommend them til Im blue in the face but nobody outside Westminster can get them yet. Their cell phone service is also really good, just with the wrinkle that you have to do the set-up on your new phone yourself. Still faster than waiting in line at a physical location to get it done.

With Comcast we dropped 8-10 calls a week. We havent lost internet or dropped a call since we switched to Ting.

I was told that internet could not be installed due to the fact that im on the second floor. It’s too much of a risk for their employees to use a ladder right now. Doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, to deny a new paying customer service for something as simple as using a ladder to run a wire 15 feet. You would think in these uncertain times they would be helping new customers and thankful to have a new customer. Thank you Ting.
