Two Clean Sweep technicians, James and Michael came out and did an outstanding job of cleaning up and drying out the problem. They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. They came up with a solution, supplied all documentation required by the insurance company and did an outstanding job. When they were able to remove their equipment, they left cleaned up and left everything in pristine condition. I highly recommend this company! I had never heard of Clean Sweep prior to needing their services when my main line backed up and flooded my basement. From my initial call, the woman I spoke to was very compassionate and said that she would have a team out to my house within 2 hours - this was also on a Sunday afternoon. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Wesley giving me his team ETA. Wesley, Justin and Josh are an amazing team; to say that they are professional would be an understatement. Wes sat down with me and was very honest and thorough in explaining every step that would take place in the process. His knowledge, patience, and care made me feel very at ease at a time that was extremely stressful. Wes called me with updates and accurate ETAs each time the team came back out to my home for further work and also called me at the end of each day with additional updates. Our main sewer line backed up overnight Friday of a holiday weekend. After a call around 2 pm on Saturday to Clean Sweep, we had cleaners in our house within a matter of hours. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, thorough, and responsive. Within 8 hours of contacting them, our basement was cleared of the raw sewage. Their follow up post service has also been excellent to ensure everything dried out properly and that were set with next steps for our basement. Would highly recommend them!

Wes and his team came in quickly, did basic damage control, and then came back after I cleared it with my insurance company to finish drying out my basement. They treated my belongings with care, and took a thorough inventory of damaged items. Numerous photos from the original mess through the clean up accompanied a 160 page to my insurance company. And they covered all of my furnishings so they wouldnt be covered with dry wall dust and debris. Very professional!

I called Clean Sweep on a Saturday afternoon after a plumber had resolved the leak coming from my neighbor who claimed there was no leak in their unit. The earliest Clean Sweep could get to me was on Monday, early afternoon.James and Michael knocked on my door, as stated, in the early afternoon on Monday. They came prepared to get the process started. When they came in, they covered their shoes and masked up. They got to work right away covering stuff and moving what needed to be moved.The ceiling and part of a wall was removed and all associated debris was removed from from my home. If it werent for the equipment left behind, you would never have known they were there. They even cleaned up the floor before they left.Their return trip to check for dryness and equipment removal was done just as efficiently as ceiling, wall removal and, equipment setup.Would I use Clean Sweep again? Yes. Would I recommend them to others? Yes.James and Michael were the consummate examples of customer service and knowledge.Thank you.

We had flooding in our finished basement and received a referral to use Clean Sweep. They offered to do an emergency clean up, but we ended up scheduling for the following day. The person we spoke with at the office was very helpful. The following day, Rob and Rob called about 20 mins before showing up. They showed up at the beginning of window and were extremely professional and courteous. Rob explained what they were able to do clearly then made sure we were comfortable with what they were going to do. They removed wet drywall, insulation, carpet, and foam and took it with them. They cleaned up water and disinfected the area. Then they left fans and a dehumidifier to dry the area out. They picked up their equipment a couple days later and tested for dampness. We felt they were very thorough and could not be more happy with the service provided.

On wednesday afternoon I went downstairs to my basement and found 3 inches of water all over my basement. It was after hurricane Ida went through. I couldnt believe it!I immediately called Apple Plumbing from Westminster and they responded within 2 hours. Put in a new sump pump. Told me to call Clean Sweep. It was after 7 pm and I thought how am I going to get a cleanup crew at my house at this hour. I made the call and Wes answered. I explained my situation and he told me he would be out shortly to get the water out of my house and begin the cleanup phase.Wes entered my house and was extremely personable and very professional. He explained at length what the process would entail.Wes,Joshua,Mike and Ethan got all the water out that night and ran the fans all night.They came back the next 2 days to continue.I was so touched that they found personal pictures in a wet bag and laid them all out to dry. They really went that extra mile.This experience was very stressful but I couldnt imagine going through this without Wes and his coworkers.Very pleased with this company.The owner should be very proud to have such a group of dedicated professionals working for him.

Our basement flooded due to a main line valve malfunction. (A nightmare!) Clean Sweep was here promptly with very pleasant and talented professionals. They had to work for more than 10 hours and did an amazing job. They had to cut dry wall, pull up carpet, take out doors. They took photos, worked with the insurance company and were really excellent in every respect. I highly recommend them.

I had an air conditioning leak which cause damage to my first floor. Clean Sweep came out the same day which was amazing to me because it seems to take forever to get anybody to do anything. We made an appointment and they came back to take the flooring up treat for mold and set fans up. They were on time very professional very polite n couldnt ask for anything better. They even referred me to a company that will come out late a new floor and do the Reconstruction work. Not one complaint.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Jimmy and Michael from Clean Sweep. We had a water overflow problem that caused some serious damage to our bathroom that leaked into the basement. Jimmy and Michael came out that day and worked into the night treating the effected areas, ripping up compromised flooring and drying out the affected areas. Most importantly we went to sleep that night feeling that it was safe to stay in our home.I really felt they went the extra mile. They put down masking paper from the job site to the outdoors so that they didnt track anything in or out of our house. Considering all that happened that day, their attention to the cleanliness and integrity of our home was greatly appreciated. They were incredibly professional and empathetic to our situation. After a complete HVAC replacement, a floor pipe was cut causing water back up in my laundry room. Because I was worried about mold, Clean Sweep was brought in. When it rains it pours. My furnace went out and at the same time a pipe in my basement broke and flooded the entire basement. In a complete panic I called a very well known clean up company at 8:30 pm and was told my issue was not an emergency and told to call back Monday morning. Needless to say I hung up, googled some more and immediately called clean sweep. Within minutes of the call Ruth was compassionate and understanding of my needs. She said someone would be out by 9:30. As soon as I hung up the phone I received a call from Wes telling me he would be to my home in 15 minutes. Upon arrival Wes and Josh assessed the situation and told me everything that would need to be done. They immediately began working and worked well past midnight to remove the standing water. Each day they came back I was greeted with a wave and a smile to my ring doorbell and a phone call letting me know they were beginning to work. When it came time for the demolition process of the damage they brought in another associate Mike to help. They protected everything that was not damaged and sealed the area off from my pets and children. I cannot stress enough how kind and caring Wes, Josh and Mike were. Josh and his crew arrived on time. He fully explained the process to us, after which he examined the area having the problem and created a worksheet of all of the items that would be needed in the cleanup as well as identifying the area that would need repair/removal. Everything was was organized and very efficient. Once he had his plan developed he prepared our estimate and explained how the work would be completed. Immediately upon accepting the estimate his crew began removing the items in the area to a save location, and got to work. The initial cleanup took approximately 2 hours.As promised, his crew returned in 72 hours, verified that the area was clean, and removed all of the containment and drying equipment.The whole process was done in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the result and would heartily recommend this company.

Wesley, Josh, and Michael. 3 respectful, knowledgeable, and professional gentleman that were willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. They even offered to return at a later date to put some contents back in the basement for us. He also recognized some mold in the basement and wrote a free estimate for that for us. The work that they performed was flawless, they walked into a big job, a big mess, and cleaned the mess up so well, all while doing it with a smile on their face.... even if it was cleaning poop water. I totally recommend this company if you are in need of their services. They are awesome people who know how to do their job right and professionally!

Every aspect of working with this business was exemplary. From setting up the initial service with Minae who was extremely congenial and cared about setting up the best service to resolve our water damage issues to James and his wonderful crew who actually did the tear down and mold mitigation. Any phone calls were answered or returned readily (other companies may take days to call you back or never return your calls). All crew members were extremely friendly, professional, and explained any and all repair issues before proceeding. All the workers followed proper COVID safety standards and were extra careful to keep surrounding areas as clean as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing covered home repair services.

Jamie and Rob have been wonderful! They have been very communicative/came right away to assess the situation, explained the process thoroughly, got to work removing everything that had been touched by the sewage water and remediated all the areas. They only removed what had to go/didnt run up the bill. I havent had any issues with odors, because Jamie and Rob were so quick to get rid of the sewage water. Thank goodness for them! Wesley and his crew are timely, proficient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! In fact they have are open 24hours a day for emergency services. I saw their truck in my neighborhood going to another home and gave them a call for my home. Customer Service was friendly, prompt and professional. They also observe CDC standards for the COVID-19 season! I will be using them for mold remediation from a leaky pipe line behind my refrigerator. They thoroughly explained their testing, procedure and tools used for mold remediation, and left my home as they found it without leaving debris everywhere. I strongly believe they will get the work done right the first time! You can count on Wesley and his team time and time again!

We had a wonderful experience with Clean Sweep. They came out about two hours after we called for an estimate (it was not an emergency visit). Wes, the team lead, was very professional and began surveying the situation quickly. He surmised the extent of the damage with amazing accuracy. His estimate of the effort required to remediate the situation was borne out once they began to remove and expose the damaged floor and cabinetry. He explained every step of the process and it all worked out well. He was very attentive to detail and very polite and helpful. One thing I appreciated is that Wes called 30-45 minutes ahead of arriving at the property. He stayed in close touch via text and phone as needed. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Clean Sweep for your water or sewage remediation needs.

Wes and his group were outstanding!!! My sump pump failed and about 2 inches of standing water was discovered Christmas night. Clean Sweep showed up that night and immediately got work getting the water out of my basement. They are some of the most courteous people I have worked with. They talked to my insurance company that evening and stayed until the water was removed. I would recommend no one else if asked.

Clean Sweep Enterprises returned my call and sent a crew out that very evening.James, the technician, and his team provided updates of their estimated arrival, were professional upon arrival - including mask, wear and wearing covering for their shoes to prevent damage to the floor and carpet.In cases of future checks in the ongoing days, they provided an update as to when they would arrive. Even better, they were punctual: if they said they would be there at 10, they were there at 10.At all times, the team that came out was respectful of the space - which is a lot to say about a company that youre hiring to demo part of your house for the purpose of preventing further damage. But, in particular, they brought their own plastic to cover anything that could potentially be damaged by debris removal, made sure to not remove anything other than that which was necessary, and were careful to try to preserve things around areas they cut into to.

The crew from Clean sweep was awesome! Wes, Mike and Josh were excellent, very professional during the whole process. They quickly cleaned up our basement water damage and worked into the late hours, so the job would finished in one day. We are so glad, we called them!!

Rob and Michael showed up and they found what 3 different plumbers couldnt find...the leak They got to work the next day and the mold was gone. Amazingly polite and easy to talk to. These guys work hard and work long hours, and you always receive a sunny outlook on life. I would definitely use them again!

The young men who set everything up were incredibly personable and enjoyable to work with. They were also very knowledgeable. I didnt realize that they are not a franchise and that they are locally owned and operated and by women, no less, so that was a big bonus for me at least. Im hoping I dont ever have to use them again simply because water damage is not fun. But if I do ever need similar services, I will definitely the contacting them.

Jason and Eric came out to do mold removal in my kitchen/dining room and basement from copper pipes that had leaked inside my wall causing alot of water damage. The problem had been going on for a long time before the walls started leaking. They were both prompt and informative of what was involved with the job.They worked 8 hours and after the job was done, explained everything to me. They left dehumidifiers to dry out the walls. They will be back on Monday to check the walls again. They also left info on a contractor who can fix the walls and ceilings.I would recommend these folks to anyone. Very thorough.

Highly recommend Clean Sweep for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. We needed a significant clean-up effort following a sewer line back-up into our basement. The damage was extensive with standing water that seeped into the carpet, walls, and ruined many household items.Our first contact with Clean Sweep was the afternoon of the day we discovered the problem. They had a crew out to us that evening and worked well past midnight hauling away everything that was destroyed and disinfecting what remained. Afterward they brought in about a dozen industrial fans and a dehumidfier to dry the basement out and prevent mold/bacteria from gaining a foothold. Equally important, they knew what we would need for insurance purposes and documented all the damage with pictures and a written report which we will submit with our claim.Would also like to recognize the professionalism and of the team. They responded to our call promptly, updated us on their ETA and followed up afterward to ensure our satisfaction with the work. The crew (Wes, Josh and Mike) were knowledgable and friendly - couldnt recommend them more highly

My bathroom flooded this past Sunday and was referred to this service by my plumber. I was very fortunate to receive the A Team of Wesley, Eric & Justin who were very professional and friendly, also made me feel taken care of. When a leak in the condo above my garage resulted in water coming into my garage, the community builder contacted Clean Sweep to remove the wet insulation, and drywall. Clean Sweep team members Joshua and Mike removed the wet materials and set up air dryers and dehumidifiers to run for several days and created a plastic barrier to contain the equipment.. Over the weekend I texted Joshua with a question and he offered an answer and also offered to come out to check on the water collection tub if needed. Fortunately his answer did not require him making a visit. Today Joshua returned to remove the plastic barrier, air dryers and dehumidifiers. Overall I was very impressed with the professional way the matter was taken care of .

We experienced a sewage backup caused by a failed County pump. Approximately 30+ gallons of sewage flowed from our laundry sink. We immediately contacted our insurance agent who recommended Clean Sweep. Wes and his crew arrived within a couple of hours and immediately went to work removing the sewage. The clean up required removing ceramic tile, carpets, baseboards, door jambs and casings and approximately the lower 24 of sheet rock in several rooms. Clean Sweep handled it all including disinfection and dehumidification. Because of the extent of the clean up we hired an industrial hygienist who took samples and identified about 5 additional feet of sheetrock that should be removed. Wes returned the next day and cheerfully managed the additional work and left us ready to rebuild. This is a good company when you have an emergency.

James and his team were great. They worked quickly, did a great job, and came in $700 under what they quoted me. While I hope to never have to use them again, they will certainly be my first call if I do.

I was pleased with Erik Justin and Wes. They arrived on time, even early, and worked until they had done everything that could be done. They followed up and checked to be sure the area was dry. The problem was a toilet that overflowed so there was a lot of water damage. They did a great job and were very efficient and personable.
