Want a new house but can’t afford a new house? Hire these guys. I spent a long time putting off finding a new cleaning crew after I was unhappy with the prior people we had been using. Clean Queen made things very easy. They were able to fit me in the next day and our house looks and feels brand new. Their customer service is remarkable and everyone cleaning was very professional. They went above and beyond and made sure I was very happy with everything that was done, so even if they had missed something (which they didn’t) I would have felt very comfortable telling them if i thought something needed to be touched on more. We hired them for a deep clean and will be using them for our regular cleaning going forward.

They performed a moving clean showing up exactly when they said they would, everything looked great, and they were easy to communicate with. I also left off booking until nearly last-minute and they were able to squeeze me in during CU move-in time, which is a terribly busy time (im not a student so I forgot about this issue). Easy to schedule. Owner reached out immediately to our inquiry and initial customer service was BEST of every provider we called. We were able to schedule a move-in cleaning as worked best for us. Crew was on time & on task. Paige was great at communicating and very honest. Paige, Katie & Lennie were thorough and helpful with some little extra info/pointers. It was easy enough to add a couple of needed services based on what we found when we took possession of our new home shortly before the crew arrived. Email reminders/updates before appointment were nice as was online portal for payment & feedback after service wrapped up. Very happy. Will call again when we need other cleaning services.

I have used clean queens for both standard cleans and a final move out clean. every time i have been over joyed with their work and felt like my apartment was as clean as it could possibly be. i cannot recommend this company enough, if you need a cleaning company go with this one

Weve been using Clean Queen for three months and its been great. They communicate very clearly, texting 3 days before your appointment as a reminder and again when theyre about 30 minutes away from your house. They do an excellent job cleaning and add nice little touches like folding your toilet paper and kleenex into cool designs. I try to keep a pretty clean house but Im always surprised by the difference after Clean Queen leaves. Everything is immaculate. Theyre also super friendly and unobtrusive. My husband and I both work from home and dont have any issues when theyre there cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Wow... The only words we have are wow. We booked Clean Queen for a Move-In clean after buying our first house. The house was left to us pretty dirty, and we had high expectations for the cleaners to make the place more livable for us upon move in. Not only did the cleaners meet those high expectations, they greatly surpassed them. They put a lot of time and effort into making our new home spotless, and we are so thankful. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We worked with Clean Queen for several months and I would say that the service was hit or miss. Sometimes when our preferred cleaners were used, our house was perfectly clean with nice finishing details. Other times, the cleans were incomplete and the cleans lacked a finishing touch. They were always responsive to our concerns, but it seemed that these concerns were not consistently communicated so we would have to raise them multiple times - ultimately we just wanted cleaning that would be consistently good. We finally decided to cancel service when they sent a cleaner to our home that we had asked repeatedly not be sent into our home and this felt like a breach of privacy and confidence.

I have tried several cleaning services in Denver, and no one does a better job than Clean Queen! Katie is the owner, and she really goes above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met. All of your notes are captured to ensure quality and consistency of experience is maintained no matter who she assigns on the day of your cleaning. Her team - and Catt, in particular - take my(sometimes odd) special requests with a smile. From my experience, this is what really sets them apart. Cleaning the dust and toothpaste in the inside of the medicine cabinet? No problem! Catt is always a joy to have in my home as she truly brings a special, light-filled presence with her, and she is kind to me and my pets. Great work, Clean Queen!
