VASAs are pretty amazing. There is an energy of get after it. The place is clean and a ton of equipment. I wish they had a few more power racks though.If you are interested in cycle, Anna teaches a fun and challenging class on Tuesdays at 6 pm.

I really like this gym. It is clean and not very busy. The reason I only gave three stars is because tonight was the first night an employee really acknowledged me when walking in. He had a smile on his face, called me by my name and told me to have a great workout. All the other times the employees dont say hi. It was very nice to finally get a greeting, only took 5 months.

Clean, fun environment. Staff is super helpful with positive energy. Amenities are nice and well kept. Definitely a lot of beautifully fit people around but Ive never felt judgment! Just motivation and a push to work hard 💪❤️

We canceled our membership 2 months ago. Did not get billed last month. I thought perfect. Today I see in my bank that I was charged 25$ we call. Of course they havent canceled it. Charged me a late fee. 75$ later its been canceled. I got charged a cancel fee. Ill be calling my bank.

Probably the best vasa I’ve been to. Unlike some of the other ones this one feels big, clean, and accessible. It’s never over crowded and I always feel comfortable

Absolutely the best bang for the buck. $10 a month and its always clean and the staff is friendly. All newer updated equipment. Plenty of Free weights and cable machines available. Also have extras like tanning and swimming and water jet massage beds (need the $25 membership for those) daycare available. Also basketball and racket ball courts. They offer classes as well for things like cycling and yoga etc. Highly recommend! Only con I can say would be it is extremely busy around that 5pm time. But that is the same for any gym.

Natalie helped me with signing up today and her energy was so warm and welcoming! Clean. Plenty of equipment to choose from. Friendly staff. But, most importantly, very clean. Every time I go in, a staff member is cleaning something. Which is really great to see. And its in a convenient location.

I had been member for at least 3 years and watched this location spiral downward under poor management. The gyms maintenance and cleanliness progressively diminished. When I brought this to the local managers attention, with good intentions I felt as if my input was ignored. I was later contacted by a corporate manager (Perry) who welcomed my input but ultimately made me feel as it I was doing something wrong. Jump forward a year, I again raised concerns about the maintenance of this locations equipment; 5 of 7 stair climbers were down all at one time, not to mention the other 7 pieces of cardio equipment and the other weight machines. I mentioned this to the Sunday manager who was basically goofing off with his co workers. Again, a couple day later I received a call from a corporate manager notifying me that my membership had been suspended for 60 days, I told them to cancel my membership and refund me the laughable maintenance fee and my current months fee. They did not refund the fees, they billed me instead. Fighting with them now to get that straightened out. VASA has a decent business model and other location do not seem to have the same problems as the Westminster location, it is a train wreck, that stems from poor leadership. From a corporate perspective, they claim to want to hear suggestions, and concerns from members and find solutions, however their action send a different message. There are too many options for gyms these days to settle for the mediocrity that VASA offers, True Fit is a far better option, same price, better maintained, and cleaner.

Been going here since March, and havent noticed anything that would upset anyone! Its a great gym, the sections for certain exercises and lifting is well thought out, and really has an idea for every strain of fitness. Staff are very nice, and has a really welcoming feel to it.

This is only my third visit to VASA but so far I am extremely happy that my husband and I made the decision to leave Lifetime and join VASA. We go to the gym early, and while crowded, it’s not packed. I can always get the machines and weights I want to use. The clientele is respectful and appropriate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative I would have to say is some of the pads are torn and while I realize with the amount of traffic VASA sees, I hope that the pads are replaced in a timely manner. The gym is extremely clean and well maintained. I’m very happy with the whole experience!

Love the gym but one of my favorite parts of the gym was just taken away. They had a super nice dark cinema area where you could do cardio but they recently demoed it to add more lifting area. Not sure why they took away something that was unique and nice but hence the 3 stars.

One of the few defining futures that sets VASA apart from their competitors are the lavish amenities, such as the fitness theater, steam room, sauna, pool and hot tubs for which to enjoy before, during or after a good work out. Sadly however the hot tub is never at the target temperature of 104°F. It doesnt seem to be an isolated incident either, as this has been the case at every VASA location Ive visited. The sauna and steam room Temps seem to vary from location to location. Also the pools are quite small, only capable of accommodating a few lanes for laps. Cleaning stations are few and far between, and difficult to find. Not sure how often the equipment is being wiped down which I find kinda important these days. They are often over crowded in general as well. Not sure if that generated traffic is from general popularity and appreciation for these niche amenities or the fact that it is a contract unlike the competitors. At sign up for VASA youre asked to commit and agree to a minimum of 6 months of their services, requiring a fee should you violate this contract. Which may deter some who are not in love with the services or find it too difficult to access their desired equipment from actually leaving.

Good place. I like the staff.Edit: That sauna too cold, used to be 180 F now just warm box. Drop five star, give four.

Clean place with equipment for all kinds of workouts. The vibe here is more of a college/hipster-ish setting. If you easily feel intimated at gyms, it might not be the best option, but of working out is something you want to get in to, this is a great place.

I was excited to join this gym since because it looked great from the pictures online. The place is spacious and seems to have potential, however working out here is not the experience I was hoping for. Every time Ive come during the week its been frustratingly busy and had to compete for a space in the free weights or one of their limited squat racks. Im used to busy gyms, but there doesnt seem to be a culture of wiping down equipment and keeping things clean and in good condition here among members or staff which makes this place feel like a standard rec center rather than a premium fitness club.

Better gyms in the area to go. I recommend Chuze fitness over Vasa fitness. Joined because it was close to my new house.Canceled my membership because it wasn’t for me. Said there was a 30$ fee for canceling. Charged me 100$ To cancel my membership.Kinda shady vasa fitness. Probably would have given a better review if they werent so shady about it!

I just joined this gym because mine closed down. so far I’m enjoying all the amenities it’s a great gym with good equipment. The only thing is that it’s so busy and crowded sometimes, other than that I love it!

Coming from across the country I was highly recommended Vasa and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality of staff, amount of equipment, the space of the the facility and the amenities are insane! Especially for a quarter of the price of other memberships

This is a nice gym. Can get busy during peak hours, however most of everybody has a good attitude. The vibe is a little more intense for those who enjoy body building

I just came in today to check out the facility, & received a tour from Dylan. He did a great job explaining all the different sections & all the additional things you all offer. He took his time and answered all my questions with kindness. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym and I just know I am going to feel right at home here! I am so excited to be a part of the VASA family!

I went with my buddy today and joined at the Westminster location. Dylan was super helpful with the membership process. The facility is as advertised. I look forward to the experience at VASA after my first great interaction!

I go to all the vasa gyms in Denver and this is the best one. Its the cleanest, nicest layout. Not too packed. The staff do a good job of cleaning and organizing everything. Steam room and hot tub are always clean.

Did my first class, it was intense and I enjoyed it! The place is clean, well set up, and the hydromassage chairs are awesome!

I accidentally posted this in the wrong location at first lol. but I came to this location for the whole first year I was in CO, it’s good. Less updated equipment than Thornton & the new one on Federal, but it’s also usually less busy which is nice.

A great place too get a workout and the front desk is amazing and friendly, Alyssa is real great and always provides a great customer experience.

Nice. Very nice. Super clean. Plenty of equipment. Much more open and generally a more pleasant atmosphere than the Greeley Vasa location.

I would just like to thank the general manager April she was very kind to my husband and I.I just got a tumor removed from my knee and she saw that I needed help with my things. She then walked with me to the locker rooms and then introduced me to one of the personal trainers and I believe his name was Karol? He was a great help in showing me and helping me with learning some different workouts to do to help with my recovery process!!! Thank you some much Vasa fitness for all that you do!!!!

Vasa fitness is the best gym, it has so many amenities, great fitness trainers and studio classes! If your look for a personal trainer I recommend Dennis he is the best and you will get great results!

Been a member at the Westminster Church Ranch VASA facility for over a year. Although some required reduction in services for compliance at the onset of Covid, they communicated with their clients and continued offering excellent service as soon as they were allowed. I attend 3-5 classes a week and do some of the floor weights weekly. The club is clean, inviting and a great value. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. I quit my 24 Hour Fitness membership twice due to the poor customer service alone (not the quality of the instructors). Thanks for the friendly smiles, helpful attitude and clean gym! -L. Sacker

Beautiful facility and nice employees

I have taken the group fitness classes here and I always go when Danielle Woodyard is teaching. She is simultaneously professional and fun at the same time. She is engaging and energetic. Even when I feel tired and sluggish her energy lifts me up. She provides modifications for every move for both beginners and advanced levels so everyone can get a tough and safe workout. I highly recommend trying one of her classes!

Just a week ago Vasa had been handling the pandemic really well. Each area was separated with plastic covers but you were still able to move around. However, they have become extremely strict with where people are able to workout. You must sign up for a certain area and stay in that area the entire time. Which doesn’t sound bad except for the fact that the main part of the gym (weight machines) only allow 10 people max. I had waited the past few days at exactly 48 hours (when you are allowed to sign up) and the spots were full. Every single time. I have tried to get a spot for that specific area, even setting alarms and I have yet to get one which is the main reason I go to the gym. Please just go back to how it was. I don’t know why you changed it in the first place.

Staff is great! Lots of equipment, and aerobic machines. I also really like Team training, pilates, and HIIT classes. Fun extras like movie theatre room with aerobic machines, wayer massage chairs and tanning booths.

Friendly staff. Not a fan of the locker room placement. Small gym, moderately busy early mornings.

Great gym but the staff could care less about enforcing masks. Around 1/3 of the people either have them hanging from one ear once they get in and under their chin. Workout here 5 times a week and its the same thing every day and have never seen staff callout anyone ever. If you want a safe place to workout this is not it.

Sorry, had to edit this. So its actually a good deal in terms of a gym, but there is some problems. There arent enough clips and several treadmills are broken. Depending on who is there, they dont want you coming in late. Otherwise the location is spacious and offers a variety of machines and free weights. The theatre will be missed.

I have been a club member at Vasa for 4yrs. The Westminster Vasa is clean the Management and employees are polite and professional. This location has great atmosphere vibes are good. All the club members are polite and courtesy respectful. Vasa has every piece of workout equipment needed to build great physical strength.

Vasa is my home away from home. I love the group fitness and TEAM training classes! The locker rooms are so clean, as is the rest of the facility. They have every imaginable piece of equipment, so many classes to chose from, and the staff is courteous and friendly. The new location on 72nd and Federal opens in March and I am so excited to have Studio classes close by. I’m a happy, sweaty Vasa fan😊

Huge gym, new clean equipment, and inexpensive. Not much else you can ask for. They have jumped through hoops to stay open, meet the county COVID health requirements, and try to accommodate the members as best as possible.

Lots of benches vs other machines. But I got the workout I was aiming to do when I got there.

People dont realize when they are signing that contract on the Pad, one they cant read the whole thing and I just talked with my lawyer about there contract and they dont have to give you notice of the charges they just do it. Usually membership s and Substitution give a month or 25 day notice before your membership is due.You sign off that they dont have to you notice. So if you are not aware of it you will be surprised. Also there are a few other $25 fees I found in there contract you sign. I had a terrible time with there app login and there tech support was no help as well as there website login. Good luck.

They suspended services at beginning of COVID and never advised that they were starting to collect monthly payments again. Never gave my spouse any warning that our card was being denied (we had to get new credit cards due to fraud). Sent nonpayment to debt collectors and said there was nothing they could do about it. This place is a scam. Dont waste your money on this corporate place. Zero stars if possible.

MY favorite gym!! The staff is amazing and very friendly upon arrival. They are professional and take cleaning seriously. All of the equipment is up to date and very rarely is out of order. 10 out of 10!

This is a really nice gym. They have everything you need and everything is maintained! It is definitely worth the monthly investment.

Worst overall gym I have ever been to. They have been charging my old card after giving them a new one and was told that would be charged from there on out. Tried to send me to collections after 3 months and I had no idea. Tried to cancel and it was fees after fees and a 4 hour process. They have no respect in the gym for their members, only want to make money and rip you off. Save yourself the time/money and go literally anywhere else. Trust the gym you go to.And COVID is a joke here, they don’t enforce masks and have had multiple citations from the county. The gym has gone downhill from there, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was shut down in the next couple of months.

Management is horrible! Only gym in Jefferson county with a 50 person capacity. Got caught with skip tracing so the gym is being made an example of. Took their own ineptitude out in their customers! Don’t sign up this gym is going to get permanently closed! My son who also turned 18 is having a hard time canceling. The gym is trying to charge him the annual fee. This gym is a total rip-off scam unprofessional and unhealthy gym. Sterilization wipes run out at stations too!

As long as you keep letting the government decide your regulations, you will continue loosing customers. Memberships being so cheap your company will likely face bankruptcy, it’s so hard to get a workout slot you would have to be unemployed to do so. You should have waivers for your customers that explain the risk of covid and let them take the risk if they want. Otherwise everyone is going to build a home gym at their homes and never go to a chain gym again. The government was started to serve us, not to serve them.

This is one of the best gyms Ive been to especially considering Im paying about 10 dollars a month for the membership. The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of equipment to make up for the daily traffic. They have plenty of amenities although some are closed right now during Covid. I had a free personal training session with Alexa that came with my membership and it helped me reach strength goals I had been working on pre Covid. Training sessions are definitely more accessable considering you arent paying 40-50 bucks for a membership. Probably the most help Ive gotten at a gym and Ive been to plenty.

Zero stars possible?? I just witnessed several phone calls between my 20 year old son and the customer service (term used loosely) people and the threatening tone the representative used repeatedly. I wish I would have recorded it to post here. Not willing to even cancel a membership and threatened collections several times. Just paid off the $90 to get this out of our stressful life. Brief membership as CU facilities were closed so lets try this place - NOPE! And the staff doesnt wear masks correctly or consistently and the cleaning measures are not followed at all. Im in public health and have contacted the health department as well. Violations are apparent just from walking in the front door.

VASA Westminster has been doing a great job keeping everything clean and helping me feel safe during the pandemic. They also have a ton of machines and equipment for whatever you need. Shout out to Xavier for always being so friendly and cleaning literally everytime I see him. Hes super on point and its always nice to see him in the morning.

Vasa is a great gym. The equipment is nice, the gym is clean, and staff are friendly. However, cancelling my membership due to a move has been difficult, bordering on impossible, and I still get to pay the annual fee for the next 12 months despite not setting foot in the gym since February. It’s a real bitter end to an otherwise pleasant two year membership.

The staff has always been friendly and respectful I have been going to this location since they opened and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon they have been doing very well and dealing with restrictions to continue to be open for the pandemic I have no complaints whatsoever.

Save your time and find a better gym. Amenities closed, facility packed to the brim. You’re required to wear a mask upon entry and then the meatballs all take them off or wear em around their chin. Staff does nothing about this. Their corporate office thinks COVID is a joke. Not kidding. Just got off the phone with with them and the convo was nothing short of pathetic.

Honestly, what keeps me going are the people, the challenge, and being able to show people you dont need to always be big to do 100% all the time. Just showing up is enough they have workers of everybody type because being big can be just as good as being skinny as long as the effort is there. Dont let that over sized meat head scare, you dont let that skinny young girl effect you. Remember he and she was at the same place as you well all have demons. Trust me this place is outstanding. Just remember to try and smile.

Its hard seeing some of these negative posts. With this pandemic going on, Vasa has tried Its best to accommodate everyone, even with limited capacity. They have other rooms in the gym with equipment to use, so that if you do not get the opportunity to book a 1 hour time slot, you can utilize those other rooms. They have made other arrangements, such as even free FIT sessions with personal trainers if they have an open time slot. With the way the world is, lets stop thinking negatively, and realize that Vasa fought hard to stay open, recognizing that gyms ARE an essential business!! I for one am thankful for them being open, staying clean, and receiving great customer service at the Westminster location. The staff there is amazing, and they truly care!Thank you Vasa Westminster for all you do!!!

Horrible company ethics, currently fighting a delinquent account on my credit for a membership I canceled over a year ago. Have had issues with this account since after I left. I don’t even live in the same state anymore and had to issue a stop on my bank because of them.

I absolutely LOVE this gym!!! I have been coming here since they opened and it has become a little family with all the love and support from the other members and the staff. Gabs is the absolute best and she always makes sure to make everyone feel welcome, appreciated, and seen. She has become like a little sister to me and I adore her. The equipment is amazing and pretty much brand new. They are one of the few gyms that has Olympic lifting platforms and a ton of astro turf for functional fitness. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Its a shame that you must close during this terrible time, but I respect you so much for the actions youve been taking, like closing yesterday to make sure the gym is spotless for us member. Too bad that wasnt a sufficient step. I will definitely be back when youre able to reopen. You are a terrific gym with lots of terrific people. Stay safe everyone. See you soon!

Great, clean gym with plenty of equipment. The best part of the gym is its Fitness Coaches. Victor - my FC - has helped me greatly improve my overall fitness over the past two years. Ive worked with several coaches for one-on-ones and TEAM training and theyre all helpful and encouraging. If youre looking to get back into a fitness regimen but dont have the time or energy to plan your own routine, get a trainer and you wont regret it.

This Vasa has made it impossible to workout there. Some of the staff are terrible and they have changed the rules and regulations regarding covid that make your experience horrible. Go to another Vasa at any cost!

Great staff with cheap prices and a clean facility but would recommend going to a different Vasa due to very very poor gym etiquette from the members inside the gym.

Great gym and super clean. Wish it was open 24 hrs like its Vasa location down the street. This one is just getting more and more crowded all the time. Its great so many people are taking an active role in their health...just easier to go to another facility sometimes when you cant find a place to park

We needed to cancel our membership, and they still charged us the yearly membership fee even though the new year started 4 days prior to us canceling. We havent been able to use the gym since March. We called as soon as we realized they were open again. Hidden fees make this place a bust.
