After researching my options, I reached out to Arocon for a roof and gutter inspection. I had called several companies to repair a few shingles that had blown off from the Thunderstorm in July. All the other companies either didnt show up or wanted to put a whole roof on my 8 year old house. I didnt need a whole roof. I called Arocon and they offer a Roof Service where they will repair up to 5 shingles, fix any exposed nails, caulk (using tar) any vents and pipes, and blow leaves out of all of your gutters! I couldnt believe it. They texted me the day before to re-confirm my appointment.The guys showed up on time. They were extremely nice and professional. The took lots of picture of before and after their work and showed me and made sure I was satisfied. I am extremely pleased with their work and professionalism and the price was very competitive and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience from start to finish. The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was professional and helpful. She explained the process fully and accurately. I was give a time from of 3-5pm and Mikey and Joey showed up right at 3 pm. I purchased my first home a little over a year ago and they were so helpful! They were friendly and thorough in further explaining each step and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend the both of them and the company as a whole. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have been using Arocon for annual roof and gutter inspection for several years now, and I am very happy with them. The response and professionalism have always been spot on, from the phone personnel to those technicians who come out to do the inspection. I appreciate the great job they all do, and I would definitely recommend them.

Before getting into a contract with them for your roof, it might be helpful to test them through a tune-up service to see how they stand behind their job! Although, the team who did my tune-up was respectful and on time, one week after the service, my cleaned gutter has clogged and holes made by an old satellite dish and were supposed to be sealed properly during the tune-up, still leaks! The worst part is the customer service! Repeatedly asking for another $199 to send the technicians to follow up with the first job! And when I post my feedback, they come back with saying Our records show that you have used our service in the past, and were very pleased which is just not true! This was the only time I worked with them and will stay the one forever!

They took pictures of all of the work they did during my roof tune up and emailed them to me with a detailed report. Based on their work, it was a no-brainer to sign up for the yearly plan. Also, Julia and Brittany were great on the phone, communicated well (we had to reschedule once due to rain), and made the paperwork/payment a breeze.

Mikey and Joey were just here to do a 6 month checkup on my new roof. They introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They were here when they said they would be and they were very diligent about checking the entire roof and the gutters. They cleared the small amount of debris in the gutter and hammered in the gutter nails that had pushed their way out. They told me what they found and what they did, and they even sent me the inspection report itself, as soon as they left. The entire roofing and inspection process with this company has been excellent and I would recommend them to everyone.

I had my roof replaced back in 12/2020 after a small leak develop. Alex Courpas provided an accurate and very competitive estimate for my roof replacement compared to other companies. He actually measured my roof in person compared to other companies that used satellite images. Needless to say, there was a wide variation in the actual area of the roof from their method. I decided to go with Arocon and they have done a wonderful job. Very satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend.Also had Preston and Nik came out few days ago for roof maintenance check that was part of the package from roof replacement. Our roof was in desperate need of replacement and it was very evident that it was a rush job. After getting multiple bids on the 50 square roof, we chose Arocon Roofing. They had the most comprehensive installation plan and used the best materials. On the day of the installation their crew arrived on time, set up tarps to protect the house, and began working immediately. The new roof, skylights and flashing look amazing with clean lines. After completing the roof the cleanup was fantastic, without a single piece of debris or nail left on the ground. The best part is I received photos of the entire job using a drone. This is my first new roof, but I cant imagine having a better experience. I can say that I feel very comfortable in my house knowing I have a well constructed roof.

Purchased a tuneup for my roof due to an overflow. Unfortunately I expected more from this company but they did not fix the problem and I still had the same issue. And they wanted to charge me again to come back out and take another look. I had to call another company to fix the issue, they showed me that my gutter was still clogged in the area. So I really don’t know what I paid for. You be the judge from the images, Don’t trust this company!

Like most of us I called around for quotes on gutter cleaning that were all over the place and generally high. I saw their billboard advertisement for $149 and thought it was too good to be true. They went above and beyond expectation with the cleaning and taking care of minor repairs of damaged shingles and recaulking old flashing at no extra cost. They offered a good annual plan that I readily signed up for for the piece of mind and value.

I reached out to AROCON to inquire about the Roofing Inspection/Tune-up package ($149), which includes a gutter cleaning. I was contacted the same day to schedule an appointment for a few weeks out (because they are currently very busy). Bryan Smith arrived and was very professional and did a great job at documenting (with pictures) his work and advising me on what he was doing. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and I would use them again. However, I would say if I needed something urgent, they seem to be extremely booked.

Gutter cleaning less that four months ago. Finally home during to see what type of job the did and my gutters are overflowing. The response is I have to pat for a whole new cleaning. Had several issues with my roof with nail pops and loose shingles. Came by and fixed all the problems in an hour for a reasonable price. Acron roofing was the only one I could find willing to do small repairs while everyother company kept trying to sell me an entire new roof.

Larry came out to inspect our roof after a leak. He was thorough and honest. He told us that we did not need a roof repair and that the issue was likely water getting behind our synthetic stucco and then getting behind the flashing. Their company doesnt work on synthetic stucco, so no benefit to him. Turned out that he was right. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism, another company tried to sell us a whole new roof, which would not have fixed the problem. We will definitely call Larry anytime we plan to do work on the exterior of our house. Hes earned our trust.

This company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will).They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations.We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasnt possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week.Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. The technicians, Preston and Joey, were on time for my tune up. They were professional, explained everything they found and actions taken, and followed up with photos. I was very happy with the service provided.

I was really torn on what rating to leave this company. I was disappointed by almost every aspect of working with them aside from the end product. The tl;dr of my review is that working with them was a customer service nightmare and they cost me thousands in additional damage. When they finally did the roof they did a great job on it.I discovered a leak in August of 2020 and was able to get them out about two weeks later to do a roof inspection and patch job. They informed me the roof needed to be fully replaced (they were totally correct about this, the roof was terrible). They applied a temporary tarp fix. I will note here that the techs who did this part (Mikey and I forget the other persons name) were wonderfully nice and professional. They were the only people I interacted with at Arocon who were as such. Within a couple of weeks I had gotten an estimate for the full roof replacement and I had paid 1/3 of the price as a down payment (so, thousands of dollars).The roof replacement was scheduled for early October. By then the temporary tarp was no longer functioning. On the day that the replacement was scheduled to take place, they showed up to the house and realized they had never looked into whether they would need permits to do the project and to park their dumpster on the street. So they didnt do the roof that day. At this point Im raising my eyebrows. How did a professional roofing company not bother to check until the DAY OF THE PROJECT whether any permits were needed?So, the project manager sent a form to the city requesting the permits and then did literally zero follow-up on that. Weeks went by, I asked for status updates on the roof, they were just waiting to hear back from the city without doing anything about it proactively. In the meantime, the patch job had failed, it was continuing to rain, now most of my kitchen ceiling was destroyed, an entire cabinet had rotted out and mold was growing in the kitchen, endangering my tenant.At some point I started begging them to redo the patch job and eventually they acquiesced and redid it, meanwhile theyve still made zero attempt to get the permits, so I personally start contacting people at the city and working with them to try to secure the permits. Me, the paying customer who is already thousands in the hole to these people is somehow doing their job for them.Finally, after a few more weeks *I* got the permits secured, it was now early December (so multiple months past the original scheduled project date) and the roof was finally replaced. They really did do a quality job on the roof replacement, I have no complaints about that at all. However, on top of them just hanging onto thousands of dollars of my money for months while doing nothing to advance the project along, several thousand more dollars in water damage and mold remediation were caused in the meantime due to their professional negligence.You might think, surely they discounted the roof at this point to make up for how badly they messed up. Nope, in fact they tacked on extra charges the day-of for minor unexpected complexities (you could say that planning in advance isnt their strong suit). I simply paid them because I didnt want to deal with these people for one moment longer.On top of everything else, for some reason, the project manager thought I didnt understand the basics of how roof projects and permits work, and I had to get my boyfriend involved because as a male they actually spoke to him with respect. I absolutely never level accusations of sexism unless its glaring to me, but unfortunately it was.So, I dont know. If you need a very nice new roof but you can stand to wait months longer than expected to get it and want to deal with other protracted repair concerns as well, then Id recommend using this company (Arocon, LLC) for your roof replacement project. Otherwise I would steer clear because in my experience they exuded a stark lack of professionalism and caused me lasting financial strain.

Mikey and Zach arrived on time, wore masks, and kept a respectful distance. They provide before and after pictures detailing out the work they did which included cleaning my gutters, performing some gutter repair, and a significant amount of caulking work on my roof. They took excellent care to work around my house and spent extra time cleaning areas as they went so there was no trace that they had been there. Their inspection was thorough and I have no doubt that all the issues with my roof and gutters have been addressed. I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and reccomend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

Preston called prior to arriving to let me know he could arrive early, he kept me informed as to what he found during the roof tune-up, and he was very careful to not damage anything with the ladders. Everything that I hoped would get done was done, plus a few extra things were fixed while he was on the roof that I had not been aware of. We hired this company because of great google reviews. I am so disappointed at the quality of workmanship. They wrapped the fascia on the side of our house in aluminum and the seam between 2 pieces of aluminum is buckling and bowing out from the roofline. It looks terrible and is not water tight.

I requested AROCON come out for a roof and gutter tune-up. Mike and Zach arrived at my home on time (and called upon their arrival as I had plans to be elsewhere during their visit). Upon completion, they promptly sent me their report and all the pictures that I was able to easily view on my phone, with some of the photos containing written notes. I spoke with Mike soon thereafter and he told me what they did and found, and he mentioned their maintenance program, but did not pressure me to sign up. Ive used AROCON in the past, and will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend.

The crew was fantastic and very professional. I was informed they could come out 2 days earlier than originally scheduled, which was a blessing, and they arrived early that day also. Clearly a company that is strong on knowledge, experience and service to their customers.

I used Arocon for Gutter cleaning and paid $149. They used electric blower for the cleaning and two of my water down pipes clogged. Within a week after the gutter cleaning the water was overflowing from the gutter while raining instead of going through the down pipe. I called Arocon, and they said they need another $149 to take out the debris from the pipe. No way, I do not recommend this folks for gutter cleaning services. Learned a Lesson!!

Preston and Kevin are awesome. They came here on time and gave me a good explanation what they are about to do. They introduced me about the home confidence plan, which is an excellent value. Afterwards, Preston and Kevin went up the roofs to do theirs job. It was 93 F day and they did not rush the job. They caulked all the pipes and exposed nails as promised. They even removed some great stuffs put on by prior owner in the chimney, which is fire hazard.All in all, this is the best gutter cleanup I had in my 20 years.

Brock has been exceptional and went above and beyond in an effort to convince my home insurance provider to pay for the whole roofs replacement (instead of just repairing half of it). I had the most positive experience with Arocon today, from scheduling a roof and gutter tune-up through to completion of the work. I would give them a 10+ if I could. I selected Arocon based on consistent great service reviews and after watching their online tune-up video. The representative that helped schedule my appointment was wonderful and very resourceful. If anything, I was sorry I had to wait three weeks, but I suppose that is what happens when a company is in great demand. Arocon confirmed my appointment the day before it was scheduled and sent Mikey and Zach over. I knew about these two based on service reviews. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, patiently listened to my gutter and waterfall woes, and explained in great detail what I should expect from the service. Mikey assured me they would investigate and resolve all my complaints, and they really did. These two worked very efficiently together. I was stunned by the detail in the 65 before, and 36 after, photos of my roof and gutters. They inspected and photographed every inch of the roof and gutters. I saw the many problems that had to be fixed (there was a small garden growing in one of my gutters!), but these two were undaunted. All was done in good time, about two hours. My porch and the surrounds were cleaned up and left looking much better than found. Thank you. My tune-up report was very detailed and told me more about my roof than I ever knew. Customer service and satisfaction, and a commitment to quality were evident in their work. I even got a follow-up call from the office to make sure all was well. There was no pressure to do more work than was needed, in fact, the team said their goal was to extend the life of my aging roof to its fullest. I am very pleased with this company and its employees, and did not hesitate to start a service contract.

Mikey and Zach did a great job cleaning my gutters! Prior to their visit, I had several areas where water had been flowing over rather than running through the gutters. Not anymore! They also addressed a few issues with my roof. Then they cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend!

These guys (Mikey and Randy) were great. On time, thorough, and great quality. Very satisfied with my roof and gutter tune-up. A little preventative action is always worth the price.

From the initial contact with AROCON the professionalism was evident. Everyone we had contact with was polite and prompt in their responses. The day of the roof installation was great. All of the mess was cleaned up and the roof looks amazing! We would use AROCON again and suggest them to our friends!

Eric and Bryan were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in explaining issues to be addressed. I wish all contractor experiences could be so pleasant!. The worked diligently until finish and did an excellent clean up.I highly recommend.

We have used AROCON twice for different parts of our roof, and have been very pleased with their work. Most recently, Levi was our roof technician. He was professional, polite, and friendly, and let us know exactly what was happening - he was efficient in coping with an unexpected problem area of the roof. We were also very appreciative of Kenny and his work crew - they did a great job! Clean up at the end of the project was excellent. We are an animal sanctuary, and all of the workers on both jobs treated our animals with respect and care.

Alex and Jason did a great job providing the house we are soon listing with a tune-up. They were on time, professional and provided a quality job. Neighbors have used this company previous, and recommended to us. Alex also provided pictures of the roof and other areas that needed focus. Overall very happy with the experience. Good job.

Have used this company a number of times for a roof inspection. They are very good to deal with, from the office staff to the actual inspectors. They always provide a detailed report and pictures as well. The items for repair that they cover for the inspection fee are numerous. Good quality and value. Highly recommend.

We needed a new roof and gutters for our home. I did an online search and got estimates from four other roofing companies. Just before the last estimate came in I saw one of Arocons work trucks at a neighbors home installing windows and what I guess was a roof check. On a whim, I gave them a call and set up an estimate.Adam was very thorough with his inspection and also very professional. No sales pitch, just pointed out his recommendations and explained the process and products. Their quote came in under a thousand less than the next highest roofing company and many thousand less than the highest priced estimate.Once we accepted the work, Katy was with us 100 percent of the way. She scheduled the work within two weeks of our deposit. The night before the scheduled date the materials arrived at our home and the large crew arrived early the next morning. They were completely finished, including thoroughly cleaning the lawn and patio by 1:00 in the afternoon.The gutter crew arrived on the next day (Friday) and were done in just over an hour. Unfortunately, that night my wife and I noticed a couple of scratches and small dents on our rear gutter. I sent an email and photo to Katy who responded immediately that they will schedule a repair. Today, (Wednesday) the crew arrived and replaced the dented gutter with a brand new one.I am completely satisfied with Arocon roofing and their staff. They were very professional, fast, reasonably priced, and stood behind their product and installation. I would happily recommend them to anyone!
