Unprofessional on phone. Guy said on the phone are you taking multiple bids? I said of course but if the price seems fair I would use you. (Who does work and doesnt find the market price?). He said Im not going to be the cheapest option so if you are waiting on other quotes I will not do your job. Wow hope that business model is working for him. Good luck.
