At the time of my mother’s passing, I was so scattered about how to process and get a service together. After our meeting with Meridee, my brother and I felt a sense of relief and calm because of how she helped to put it all in order. True, this is her job, but more than her words, her demeanor and body language showed compassion and empathy for what we were going through. I would recommend Allstates Cremation to any family that has the honor of taking care of their loved one’s funeral service. For me, it was truly a privilege that my mother chose me to arrange her funeral.

Horrible service. My dad died in a tragic work accident recently. We used All-States Cremation for my mom 3 years ago and it was amazing, so we came back for my dad. This time was HORRIBLE. We called multiple times and no one would answer or call us back for days at a time... my dad passed away on 8/20 and we picked up his ashes today and that was because we HAD to call to see if he was ready. In addition to that... I asked if his cross that had my moms ashes in it, that my dad never took off, could be cremated with him and they said that it would... was returned to us, burnt in a ziploc bag. It was not with him and his ashes... I am so frustrated and sad with this experience. It is bad enough to lose my father in such a horrible accident, but this is just another stab in the heart. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY DURING AN AWFUL TIME!!

This is long overdue, but our dad passed away suddenly when we were on vacation in California. After calling multiple funeral homes, I talked to D at All State and she was so compassionate to our situation. It was not all about money with them and it their price was low and they included all the extras. They always helped no matter what time of day and they held him for us to have a viewing before he was cremated. It was comforting to get this kind of help and we are grateful for everyones patience and

Im so disappointed with the service here. A total lack of communication. And when confronted all we received was lies and arguments from the staff, Meridee especially. My grandmothers body was ready for pick up on Saturday night they didnt pick her up until Monday! Meridee scheduled a burial without communicating with my family stating that she spoke to us but when confronted, all of a sudden a message was left. We were never contacted that my grandmothers ashes were ready for pick up. We were never contacted that her death certificate was available for pick up, and they were to communicate with Social Security about her passing yet that didnt happen either!! Again when confronted about the situation and the absolute horrible way they handled it, all we received were more lies about how they did their job accordingly. Im very upset and would recommend caution and double check anything Meridee does. For a woman of her age a little bit of tact and empathy would go far. Simple ownership of the miscommunication would have made this better but it never happened! This woman(Meridee) began to argue with my mother stating she was waiting for us to contact HER about my grandmothers ashes. Im sorry its your job to communicate with the grieving family!!!!!!!!

My experience was initially quite positive, with Meridee and Andrea seemingly on the ball. There was some sort of issue with the Death Certificate being rather delayed, when I called on 8/15/2018 to ask about it I got a great deal of nonsense about everything except the death certificates, when I said I needed the Death Certificate to continue further I gave Andrea the go ahead to put me on hold for as long as possible to figure out what was what. She then informed me that a Wrongful Death Investigation had been opened about my mothers passing at the coroners office so they wouldnt sign, logically, I think confronted her as to why they hadnt felt the need to call and inform me of this and she had stammers and offers of an incomplete death certificate. I then called the coroners office afraid by having my mother cremated I might be committing a crime and give permission for an autopsy to get it cleared up. The coroners office was surprised to hear they had opened an investigation and informed me that that was not true. I called All States back and Meridee defended Andrea that I totally misunderstood and theyd have the certificates ASAP. The then had Dee call me, someone whom I assume is akin to a customer service representative who continued defending Andrea about a massively false statement and threw their Death Certificate provider under the bus as fast as she could, once again going into every bit of nonsense except what the problem actually was, I.E. being told that my mothers death from MS and depression complications may have been a murder. Im stuck with them until I finish this process but everyone else beware, and if Andrea answers the phone Id ask to speak to someone else.
