We have worked with Propel for a couple of years now (I think it has been that long) and we were so fortunate to find them. Every single time I reach out or my boss reaches out to them, their responsiveness is immediate. If they are on another task, they let me know when they can get back to me. That is so refreshing. Being a physicians office at times we need pretty quick response and with Propel we get it. I highly recommend them. Their service is excellent and their fee schedule is quite reasonable. Not to mention the fact that I am tech challenged and they are always so kind and patient!

Far and away the best IT experience I have ever had. I got their name from a colleague who uses them because my computer wouldnt respond at all. Even though we were not a current customer, they arrived at our office (and we are pretty far across town) within 30 minutes. Goran, the tech, was incredibly polite and able to explain things in a manner that we non-IT people can understand. I highly, highly recommend them!

When we called James we needed help, and fast! We couldnt access any of our accounting files, our computers were running slow and we needed a strong lesson in cloud storage because well, we are behind the times. James knew how to fix all of our issues he didnt have to guess or waste an hour figuring it out. He instructed us on how to avoid these issues in the future and showed us the whats and hows of cloud storag. This was hands down the best IT support weve had. (Weve had 4 other in the last 3 years).
