I do not normally spend time to post reviews. This is what a 30 dollar inside and out wash plus ten dollar tip gets you. Also, I specifically was charged and paid extra for floor mat cleaning. I immediately went to the spray wash and did it myself.

Asked for a basic wash and vacuum for $14.99. Was charged $25.99 plus tax and plus tip. Figured, what the heck. Maybe my car will be even nicer. Instead, a half a$$ed job was done. My ten year old could have done a better job.

Normally I don’t post reviews but when I just spent 69.97 on a wash and interior clean I expect my truck to be clean when done.

They dont clean anything on the inside of the car anymore. I found a half eaten old hot dog, after they cleaned and vacuumed. I paid extra to get my mats clean, they didnt touch my mats. When I asked an employee about it, he said I need to pay more for better cleaning. Definitely do not recommend and Im not going back!

Paid $40 for a quick wash and interior wipe down. Good quality, definitely worth it. However, the oil chance quote for my pick up was $140, (as a frame of reference I get it done normally at Johnson Auto Plaza for less than $40). I was going to opt in for a the $189 detail and then do an oil change there for convenience, but they lost out on both of those.

They were magicians with how well they detailed my car. It was rental that my 5 year old son had eaten all his snacks from for the 15 days I had it and there was like melted cereal bar and was covered in at least 10 pounds of white dog hair the interior was black so as you imagine it was task to get all that done but they made it look like I had just picked it up from the rental company!! I highly recommend these magicians to anyone and everyone very pleased with the service I got!!

This place is worthless. My wife took our car by this place on Saturday august 13th. She paid 70 dollars for them to shampoo and clean the seats. Following her visit, she spent all afternoon cleaning the car that they did not.After scrubbing and spraying our seats for 60 seconds. Our paper towels looked like they do on the picture. So clearly we paid 70 dollars for them to pour water on some seats and make it look like they did something. Thank you Wave. We will never be coming back there.

Horrible. Paid $42.00 and they didnt even clean the inside of my grandmas vehicle. Paid $3.00 X4 extra for mat cleaning which was not done. The outside of the vehicle was fine. I had to go to DIY car wash to finish the job myself. They didnt vacuum the inside at all it seemed like to me. Ill never go back. Total waste of 42.00.

Brought our van in for the basic wash on an early Friday afternoon and got talked into a more expensive step just below detail for $85 and said it would take an hour. 25 min later got the van and it was barely wiped down, there was still stuff on the carpet and all the cup holders were still dirty. Almost $90 for less than the basic wash promises. Will not be back.

Worst Ive been to in awhile. If you cant even do the basics, whats the point. Rear view mirror, not touched, rear window, not touched (interior), radio screen not touched, even the windshield was still dirty. This was with the purchase of there Hurricane service. This is not to mention some other basic wipe downs, Sanatize what sanitization? Non was done to my vehicle nor the 8 that where waiting to get dry while we waited. Please note, in NO way am I comparing this to a Detail job, these pics are truly taken 5min from driving away and are in basic wide open areas that you would normally expect to be done even on a basic wash.

I purchased The Hurricane (about $50). The back of the seats were not wiped down, there was obvious shoe prints on them from my daughter. There was still sticky residue on the center back seat where she had previously spilled something. For $50 I was hoping this could have been easily cleaned. There was no new car scent smell which I was offered.

Very impressed by the Wave Car Wash! I got a car wash with their Groupon- which was a great deal. You walk inside to a very nice air conditioned area to hang out in. There are snacks and drinks for sale, cards and car accessories and even an area for kids to hang out! There is a nice couch area for people to hang out in while their cars are getting longer services as well. After my car came out, I was really surprised with how long they took detailing it. They have a few different fragrances to choose from, and then they wash the inside windows, the dashboard, and seats after the vacuum the floors. Definitely worth the splurge!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been going to The Wave on and off for years. Went yesterday for the first time in awhile and their prices and services changed. Ok no problem. I paid for the signature wash with 5 floor mats and the extra fee for SUV, and with a tip came out to $45. It was the worst interior cleaning. I get the dog hair cleaning is a different price and service however when inspecting the inside it didnt even look like it was vacuumed. I also asked about the door panels getting wiped down. The manager said that wasnt a focus/priority as it takes more time. Really? Whats the point of paying for a service of getting your interior cleaned if your only going to pick and choose what gets cleaned.It seems that your services and prices have changed to fit your business agenda and not the customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
