My son and I came in for the first time and we loved it. Our cosmetologist Lea was so great! She treated us so well and made our experience incredible. My son is only 2 years old and she did so great with him and knew how to keep him calm the whole time! We will definitely be going back just to see Lea.

I absolutely love this Sportsclips. When I moved into the area four years ago I struggled to find an affordable haircut that was high quality. Then I found Ellie, who is always friendly, professional, and exceptionally skilled. In four years, she has never given me anything less than a great haircut. I will always go back!

I get my hair cut from Jess on the regular and couldnt be happier. Jesse is just plain natural at knowing what to do with hair!

Without a doubt the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The stylist did not seem interested in cutting my hair at all, I seemed to be an inconvenience to her just by having a hair appointment. All she did was buzz my hair really short, she didnt even bother to try to blend it, switch to different guards, etc. I was in and out of the place in 5 min (this includes checking in and out), she didnt even try to check with me about length or pull up a mirror so I could check if the back was alright...at the end while checking out I gave her my stamp/rewards card and she looked at it blankly and just gave it back without stamping it saying to use it next time....then finally to add a cherry on top of it, she charged me for the VIP (wash + massage) when she only gave me a standard haircut.... I have had good luck with sports clips in the past but I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon

Outstanding haircut from Jessie. Out-fking-standing. Saying Im picky is an understatement. Military high fade with a part in the side and she nailed it. Im always skeptical when Im forced to switch barbers but this time Im glad I did. Ive been to Floyds as well as a few others and this was substantially better. I dont care about getting a massage or hot towel on my face...... Thats not what Im there for. Im there to get the best haircut I can find. Period. And so far this is it. If your a veteran you know what I mean....... Unless you were Coast Guard, then you can go somewhere else, lol. Kidding, kidding. Oh, and shes single, so dont be cheap when you go in there. 😉

Stylist did not listen to request. In the middle of the haircut when asked “what are you doing?” She stated that she was just “blending” it. I’m no stylist, but I guess “blending” is synonymous with taking literally 3 inches off the top.Not typically a “one star” reviewer, but this experience would have been unacceptable if it were free (and they still charged me full price even when I stated my objection to the outcome)**UPDATE**It has been two weeks and there has been no attempt to contact me. I should have expected this when I made an appointment and then had to wait 45 min past my appointment time. If I could sum up this experience it would be: DISRESPECTFUL- my time was disrespected, the cut instructions were disregarded, there was no attempt to “make it right” when I stated my objections at the time.

Kadance was great. Generally speaking I don’t expect that good of a job from a chain hair place but I my expectations were exceeded for sure. I’ll be going out of my way to go back and get cut by her. Extra effort was made to keep the place as clean as possible. Temp checks, sanitizing, masks, etc.

Even being short handed and on a super busy day the staff there is accommodating and really treats their clients with respect. Last time I was in I was cut by Breanna. Man i look great right before a business trip. Money well spent and my new cut makes me feel even more confident going into a conference with big wigs.Ive had my hair done by Breanna, V and amber.... Most time you go in to get a hair cut at any shop the workers just ask what you want and that’s it. But workers at Sports Clip, like Taylor Hill, make sure you get exactly what you want by checking for your opinion on how she is doing. If there is something you want fixed or improved she will make sure that you leave with what you wanted. Great service and great haircuts!

I consider myself a picky client, with goofy thick wavy/curly hair. Ive been spoiled with great stylists, and seek out what I consider quality. Ive stuck with sports clips for some time now. Tried numerous locations, and found that this one is special. All the stylists here seem to hold themselves to my level of standards. Credit to the manager for hiring with this quality in mind. ELLIE has become the stylists I use most. ELLIE has care and attention to detail that are rare, even at her level. ELLIE listens and suggests. This is the best of the Sports Clips locations! Everyone there is always friendly and eager to help. They remember you and your family each time you come in as well. This a great place to take little kids to as well. They go out of their way to help you and your children. Its been our go to place for about a year now and its better every time.

Everyone we have ever been to here is so great. Vianca just did my hair today and did a neat pattern in my undercut and framed my face perfectly in the front. It really looks rad and is super natural. Im a 32 year old mom. Not only men can go here. Shes also done my 5 year son and it turned out perfect. We had to buy some of the colored hair gel she tried on him. My husband and other son go here too and love it. My other son is 3 and has ridiculous curls for days and they make it look so nice. I forget the girls name because its been a while but she has a kiddo with extremely curly hair and knows how to handle it.

My husband and I have been going to this location for a while. Lea and Taylor never disappoint. They always listen and take the time to give us what weve asked for. We never feel like we are just another number to get in and out of the door. They are very friendly and personable and as long as they are there we will keep coming back.

Lea cut my sons hair and did a great job! He loved it! He even asked to make sure the next time he gets a hair cut she is the one who does it. She is great how she interacts with you and makes you feel comfortable! Didn’t get the awkward silence that you sometimes get. She is awesome!

They were about to close early during a snowstorm when I called them last week, and the stayed open for me to come in. Then the haircut and MVP were fantastic.

So I live right up the street from this Sport Clips location. Ellie has cut my hair the last half-dozen times. Shes punctual, listens to my style requests and doesnt rush the haircut. She just finished cutting my hair like 25 minutes past closing time and was still very enthusiastic. She deserves 6-stars!Thanks Ellie!

Walked in at the right time, so I thought. Had a 10 min wait, several other customers came in to find out there was a long wait after me. One customer arriving after me agreed to a 30+ minute wait time. After my 10 min wait the customer behind me was called ahead of me. He hesitated knowing he was not next, but the stylist, who had a bad attitude anyway, had him sit completely ignoring me. Ive done customer service and know the importance of making a good impression. For that fact, Im a big tipper when it comes to good customer service! But this place will never get my business or my money. Since Sports Clips locations are independently owned, I went right on over to the Thornton location and was treated wonderfully! Dont waste your time going here.

When it is time for a trim, I know there are many choices in my area. I choose to go to Sports Clips of Westminster. Yes, they are conveniently located off of 112th and Federal Blvd, which is only about 15 blocks from my home. I go there for one reason; my stylist Ellie is fantastic. She listens carefully to my styling requests; then she follows those instructions giving me a precision haircut that looks fantastic, not just when I leave the salon, but for the weeks that follow. The best hair stylist I have had in many years.

Impressed with the service. Very professional staff. Made me and my son very comfortable. Definitely have earned my business. My son has not stopped talking about his experience here today. Thanks ladies keep up the good work

I’ve come here a few times and can honestly say I never had a bad experience till today. The stylist who cut my hair is named Ellie. Ellie was very sick on this visit. Ellie coughed so much she had to stop numerous times throughout my hair cut to cough. Another stylist came and kindly gave her cough drops in the middle of my hair cut to help her situation and still she continued to cough. Ellie asked if I wanted to anything done to my hair that she didn’t have written down already. I asked for an inch to be taken off. I watched Ellie cut that inch off, and the. A little more, and the a little more, till I felt I looked like a little boy. I had been working at growing the top of my hair so I can style it to the back. It’s not long enough now to do that without it looking spikey. I didn’t even ask for hair gel. You’d think that with all this coughing and having to stop to cough that it would be a long detailed haircut. NOPE. There was a man who came and sat next to me at nearly the same time, and by the time I was done, he was still getting the sideburns detailed. I just walked out with my goofy, spikey hair cut, canceling my errands and rushing home to take a shower. I have a one year old baby and I can’t allow myself to get him sick or catch whatever Ellie had on my visit. I will never, ever, go to another sports clips again. This will be my last and final visit. I’ll spend the $40-60 it costs to get my hair cut in Denver. I feel embarrassed to even show my wife what the hell I look like.

Sometimes the wait is longer than I like, but Breanna is worth it. She takes care to know how you like your hair cut, but also will challenge you with new ideas or styles. She is a perfectionist, and won’t stop until every hair is in the right spot. Still, she is super fast and efficient. There’s a reason she has a long wait, because she is the best.

Just wanna give a shout out to Alexis!!!The couple of times that Ive had Alexis cut my hair she has been able to give me good suggestions on hairstyle. Always happy to be looking sharp for my business meetings.

I just got a haircut at this franchise for the first time and realized a general haircut is $21... thats ridiculous! In La, I would get a haircut for $10 and be satisfied with the service. I came to this place and was disappointed with the customer service I received and the price I had to pay for what I got. Today, I thought I would try the VIP treatment since for first timers it is $21 instead of the normal $27... wow such a deal :/The employee (Ill just generalize this since I dont want to get her fired) conversed with me the whole time I was there but I felt myself carrying the conversation each time and I felt like she was so uninterested in what I was saying that it made me question her customer service skills. I saw 1 or 2 people walk in while I was getting my hair cut and everything felt rushed after that, probably to accommodate. Ive worked in customer service jobs myself and have had to deal with bad, impolite customers before, but I know when bad customer service is just bad customer service. I asked her to thin out my sideburns- she didnt, I requested to have basketball put on the TV in front of my face (since, apparently, this is something that is offered at Sport Clips)- she never changed it, I even asked to get the complimentary neck hair trim- she must have forgot! I didnt want to be rude and feel like I was taking advantage of every thing they had to offer so I let it go and thought Fine, I guess this is the VIP treatment I paid for.The legendary hot steamed towel was on my face for 3 minutes max which is hardly enough time for it to do what its meant to do. I never even got a neck massage, I only got a shoulder massage with some device that the employee pulled out of a drawer and used on me for another 3 minutes max... I feel ripped off! It feels like this franchise is just doing the minimum amount of things that they have to do in order to say that they offer these options. The employee told me that SHE MAKES GOOD MONEY working at this store so why am I getting cheap service and paying a lot of money for this?! Lastly, I requested to have shine medium hold wax put in my hair (which I styled myself) and what I received was some cheap product that feels like the medium hold at the 99 cents store! There was no hold at all! Guys, if you want to feel like you got your moneys worth, AVOID this franchise at all costs. I will definitely NOT BE COMING BACK since they dont even offer a reduced price for returning customers.TL:DR= Avoid this place, Its too expensive for the cheap customer service, they are just taking your money without even a smile.
