Very busy, fast paced, professional, but yet very warm, comfortable, and friendly environment. Staff knows exactly what theyre doing. Prices a little high but a worth every penny

Terrible. If I could give zero starts I would. Made an appointment yesterday for 4:30 today. When I came in I was told I could no longer get my haircut. They said because they were setting something up, whatever that means. Not cool. Do not come here they will just cancel you as soon as you walk in just like Ken who is a babrber did to me. If you want a fresh cut go to Lifestyle Barnershop. Its on the same street just a couple of blocks west. Its way better than Onyx.

They messed my sons hair up

Walked in without an appointment and I was immediately greeted and offered a place to sit (plus a cold drink!). These guys are great barbers, extremely friendly, and very affordable. High-end experience/service but at a bargain price!
