Took my Prius to their Garden Grove shop on Saturday. It needed replacement of inverter coolant control-valve assembly. The work was completed fast, within a couple hours, and the repair cost is down to earth. As much as 50% less than what it cost at the dealership. Happy customer. Would come back for additional maintenance and repairs to this shop.

Cesar and his team did a great job. I have a 2011 prius that needed a new transmission. The dealer quoted $6000. I paid $1500. They also replaced the water pump and spark plugs for less than half of the dealer cost. On top of that they picked me up at my house when the car was fixed. Overall the best auto repair experience I have ever had.

I own a 2012 Toyota prius plugin (181k miles) and during Friday night rush hour my check engine light turned on and I started to lose power and eventually my car stopped running after I safely parked my car.I got a Check hybrid system Stop vehicle in a safe place on my dashboard and the orange Triangle of death.After towing my car home, I called my mechanic and told him about my situation and described my cars issue with them. I also called the dealer. Both my mechanic and dealer said the same thing..... it must be the HV battery pack. After all, I had 180k plus on my car.I got a referral from a friend and so I text Hybrid 911. One of the guys came out to my house and did a diagnostic test on my Prius. He told me it wasnt the battery pack. It was my fuel pump.So i appreciate their honesty and straight forward approach. These guys are passionate about Priuses and they know the car inside and out. My car is working great now and I did not have to replace the large battery pack.Dont hesitate to call. When my car craps out again.... Im taking it directly to them.

I used Hybrid 911 to replace the gas engine over 2 years ago... they were at their old location then...This new location is AMAZING!They made me feel so comfortable and followed through with everything they said theyd do... replaced engine, replaced all shocks and small 12v battery... they were fantastic and I highly recommend and recommended them then and today.I recently had a short which I had looked at by AAA Battery service and Firestone... both misdiagnosed the issue.I called Valentin and he said, bring it on by... I drove over and his partner and assistant immediately came over and helped me out... less than 5 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem and I was on the road again...I was so amazed... Dont believe the negative reviews, these guys are legit & strait up. My 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid had a malfunction of the hybrid system, on my dash info it said to check the hybrid system, this was bad & I knew it was going to cost greatly. I did a Google search & it came out with another hybrid repair shop, in Costa Mesa, I called the owner & he asked what the dash info said, I told him and he said it would cost about $1,200 to fix! Oh no! A few days later I googled Hybrid repair from home, Garden Grove, I called and Valentine the owner answered, I told him the symptoms & he said to bring it to his shop. I had it towed to his shop & he put it on the scanner, it came up that the batteries needed to be replaced! Great! Now what? Fortunately, he told me my batteries where under warranty with Toyota!! Thank God for this man! He definitely saved my life! Thank you Hybrid 911 & most specifically thank you Valentine! I recommend him to the fullest; I am one happy customer.

I reached out to hybrid 911 back around Easter when in search of a battery for my Prius. Their reviews were great and the individual I spoke with (valentine) gave me a great price on a battery. Their reputation made them an easy choice to pick to fix my car. They answered all my questions that I had and even came all the way out to me in Riverside to change it out for me at no charge because. I was in need of getting it fixed with no way to tow it. Since then the car worked great and I am a walking example of how they stood up to their warranty that they give. No hassle, valentine just fixed the issue. Hybrid Cars can be extremely frustrating when something goes wrong, but thankfully there’s Hybrid 911. This is my second job done here, both major jobs that essentially all Prius cars will have to have done and they are EXTREMELY fast at getting it done and their prices are great. These guys are awesome! My car was running really bad so they hooked it up to a machine and it turns out it was an easy fix. They were really fast and got me out of there quick!! I highly recommend them.

One of few places that works on hybrids

Been coming here for over 3 years for all my prius repairs. Always fair prices and quality work, very hard to find now a days. Cesar has always been very up front and honest, always trying to be helpful and look for the best options for my hybrid repairs. Read some of the reviews on here and does not seem like the shop I grown to know. Cant please everyone. Hybrid 911 keep up the good work .

I just used Hybrid911 and had a great experience. Sunday afternoon my 2007 Prius would not start - AAA said I needed to replace my starting battery but they don’t offer that service. I called Hybrid911 to see if I could bring in my car but unfortunately the shop was closed for the day. He did offer to have his son come out to my house to replace the battery the next day at 9am. I happily agreed.This morning he came on time and replaced my battery. He was super friendly, was professional and worked efficiently. In about 30 minutes he was finished and my car is running smoothly. I really appreciate their help & offering mobile service is such a lifesaver! The pricing was very fair and I will definitely use them again if I need any repairs for my Prius.

These Guys are Great!Like other Prius Owners, I found HYBRID 911 after my 2010 (>200k miles) developed a leaking Head Gasket. The Dealer wanted $4100 to rebuild the Engine. It made more sense for Hybrid 911 to drop in one of their Rebuilt Engines for $2500. As it turned out, It also had a failing Catalytic Converter and a clogged Radiator. But, even with additional parts/labor, it cost me less than the Dealer rebuilding the Engine.After 3 months / 4,000 miles, everything is operating wonderfully.Are these guys perfect? No. After working closely with Cesar and Valentin, I am convinced that they have the Experience and Integrity to deliver Quality Work at Low Cost.

I brought my 2008 Prius into Hybrid 911 on the recommendation of a coworker who had his car worked on there. My Prius had been running terrible, burning oil, and getting bad gas mileage. One of Valentines crew (Valentine and Ceasar seem to be the guys in charge) members checked out my car with the plug in computer reader and told me it was my engine and that I needed a rebuilt engine. I thought it was the big battery (which it was faulty too), and I left and went home. Toyota was going to charge me twice the amount to fix my car than what Hybrid 911 quoted me, so i called them back and decided to try them out. The guys at Hybrid 911 rebuilt my engine, replace two pumps, and repaired some bad cells in my big battery for a very reasonable price. My car ran great for 6 months because I already had 153K miles on the car and the big battery had already lasted eight years and was going to need replacing. My big battery went out and I called Hybrid 911, towed the car there and Valentine hooked me up again with a near new battery with a 3 year warranty for another very reasonable price compared to toyota. My experience has been nothing but great from these guys. I know other reviewers said they were not satisfied on certain things, but I had absolutely no problems with their work or customer service. My Prius runs great and I am happy about that.

Great service. No nonsense / no up-sale. Ceasar help with my 2013 Prius with cracked head gasket. Dealership wanted $4,200 to fix it. Got a whole replacement engine & new water pump for $2,500. It took them only days to have it back to me. I would highly recommend Hybrid 911 for all your services for hybrid vehicles.

These gentlemen are a blessing in the godsend. They were able to fix my first generation Prius when the transmission went bad. Then on my 2006 Prius they fixed the intake manifold and did some solid body work. Their prices for used units are fair and they do a fair job at restoring them.

Hello my name is Vianqui and I want to tell you that I had a problem with my 2014 Prius, I took it to the DEALER and only for the Diagnosis they charged me $ 140. Then they informed me that the engine had to be changed since the head was damaged and that the engine had water and that the cost would be $ 5000. placing a possibly used motor with 100,000 miles.After not accepting I started looking for online workshops and I found 911 HYBRID, located on Westminster Blvd. Upon arrival I was well received and the diagnosis showed that the problem was the water pump plus engine rebuilding. The head was damaged as they told me in the Dealer.Accept repairs at 911 HYBRID for half the price the Dealer gave me and they left it as good as new, with a 6-month or 6000-mile warranty. I tell you that this place is an OASIS for HYBRID vehicles since they have a wide variety of services and accessories for this type of vehicles, as well as a waiting room with entertainment.Actually I do not need to take my car to the Dealer, in this place they give you a good price and they treat you with kindness and confidence.

After calling a few different hybrid mechanic about my 05 Prius hybrid battery not working . Ive decided to go with hybrid 911 because they where the only real business with permits unlike others working from there home or car. I felt more safe taking my car to them . I was able to get my battery rebuild for a good price and 8 months later my Prius is still on the road .Been back here twice for other small stuff.

Great shop please if you have a problem with toyota prius just go to these guys, i was inform by another tech I have to replace my transmission but not knowing it was the engine one of the cylinder not working.Anyway took the car in same day they replace the motor for me next day car was ready.Best in orange county. DONT EVEN THINK BEFORE YOU GO BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Horrible service my friend took there car and Cesar charged them $600.00 for nothing didnt even try fixing it just had the car there and kept suggesting what it could be but never tried fixing it... Never will recommend this place. They like to steal money

Seems like all the negative reviews come from one customer.... my 2005 prius dashboard lit up like a christmas tree and I went to these guys. Wasnt ready to replace the battery yet or say bye to that car so I was hoping for a miracle. They ended up rebuilding the cells in my battery and to my surprise this lasted more than 5-6 months. Didnt even know that was possible before coming here.

I took my 2011 prius to Cesar, what an honest guy. he not only gave me a lot of tips about how tos but he acknowledged that i am a do it myself kinda person. he respected that. that is why i will go to him for everything other than having to do my oil. I dont know why these guys have been getting a 1-star reviews lately but Ive been a repeat customer here with my 2006 Prius for a while now and have never had any problems. Check out their many positive reviews on Yelp too before passing judgement.Prices were always fair and far below what equivalent service would be charged by the stealership. Solid work done by good guys every time. Work Ive had done by them include the high voltage battery, the 12v battery, and general routine maintenance.I was glad I shopped around before discovering this place. I would say that it would be worth driving here to get work done because this is the best hybrid specialist Ive seen near Long Beach. If not, they can also drive to you for a reasonable fee which is a huge plus.

This guy name is Cesar. Dont bring your car here they dont know what they doing here technician are 2 guy like home depot guys. Charged me to check and reset the code $50.00 and 1 hr later code came back up again. Asked for $ 30.00 back he said no. He said cant give you money back. Total time to check the code and reset take 2 mins work. Reset if it work then ok. But its not fix the problems got give customer back right?

Cesar is a thief he charge me $600 for doing nothing to my car.....that freakin thief send me all the wat to lancaster california to pick a starter for my car and i went to get it and took it to him then he calls me 5 hour later that that wasnt the problem and he still charhe me 600 plus disnt give me the money back hes a fraud consumer affair is taking care of this problem already

These guys were recommended to me by my tow truck driver (towing my 10 Prius -- I was gng to take it to Toyota). They fixed my Prius within a day turnaround time, were very knowledgeable about the Check Hybrid System issue/diagnosing the problem and offered great pricing on ALL of the things that could ever go wrong with the car (hybrid battery, engine, etc). I recommend this place to anyone with a Prius or hybrid. I will definitely be going back to these guys to rebuild my battery or to replace the engine.
