Please do your research and save yourself the troubles and find another agent, no thanks needed!!! HiMy experience with this agent was not a good one! He is really great at blame shifting to others in the agency. Pete discouraged me and spoke about another agent I was wanting to switch to because In working with him resulted in a costly loss and financial disaster only leaving me to pay over $1,200 dollars for 1 month of premium because he failed to do his job from day one. Sad part is, that my attempt to get resolution and help from his boss and hers only led to tears, frustration and disappointment feeling helpless.These agents are independent and represent Shelter.
