These folks are fast and cheap. My car was impounded and they got me in and out in 15 minutes.

This agency is no good at all. They let my policy cancel without giving me notice and then told me to pay a fee to get it reinstated but never actually reinstated it. For a whole month I thought that I had insurance and drove around with no insurance. Than when I called they told me my policy had been canceled again.....And that they would call me back with my new quote, but I never received a call back, and got put on hold when I called them back. So now, im stuck having to drive to work in the morning with no insurance because it is after hours. I had issues with these ladys a few times prior because they told me that I couldnt have more than three cars on a policy that only had two drivers on it. I also had issues with them putting my husbands name on his insurance card, not just listed as a driver! Terrible experience, never again.

I went in on Tuesday to get a quote for my truck And i was received with a big smile and a great attitude by one of the agents there.. she took her time to look for a great quote for me she answered all my questions and was clear on the policy. I really recommend this agency

La Insurance is a good insurance ive been with them for 5 months and it’s been great they are very frIendly nice girls!

So I went on my lunch I took at 2. I walked in proceeded to the desk and the 2 Latina girls tell me, Theyre closed! Didnt ask me what I was there for or how they can help me. Too worried about closing as I was already in. Poor customer service

I was with this agency for over 7 years and at first they were professional and cordial but the new employees are lazy, unprofessional illiterate and dont care if you cancel your insurance rather than to help you get a better rates. I had a truck insured and was going to add 3 vehicles and they could have cared less.Found a better agency that cares about their customers with Travelers and their customer service is amazing!

My experience at LA Insurance was very unique compared to other insurance companies I’ve visited in the past. Agent Nathalie was quick enough to get my attention the moment I went through the doors. She attended me very professionally and answered every question I had about each policy. If you go to this office, Nathalie will take care good care of you. A very sharp person. This place seems to have gone downhill. They have people working there that don’t know what they’re doing. They will quote you one thing and charge you a different amount. Please do your research and use a different insurance provider. Message to LA insurance, train your inexperienced employees and you need to do right by your clients, fix your employees mistakes or I’m sure this won’t be the last bad review.

They have horrible customer service called in on several occasions they said they would call back and never did. Went in and has to wait an hr to be helped always understaffed. Very expensive I finally got tired of the service and switched insurances and Im current saving $130 a month.

Ive had to reinstate my policy 4 consecutive month always some new mistake. The last month i had it. I payed my policy then was called a week later asking if i was going to pay my insurance then 2 weeks because they needed paperwork signed and then a month later because the paperwork was never sign which i had a copy of paperwork that was actually sign. So i was confident that i had insurance for a whole month when in reality i didnt. I also asked for a summary report of all the payments Ive done and there was various fees i didnt understand. No one was able to give me a answer to what the fees were about. I asked for my last payment back since i wasnt covered for a month. They said i could pick up the check in 4 days for it to process 3 wèeks go by and i go in the office and are given cash because thats what the boss said to do.Very disappointed and like the previous review i read on here the only respectful person i spoke with here was Claudia.
