I had the opportunity to speak with Phuong Tran when searching for home owners insurance. Phuong was very professional, courteous and personable. I’ve reached out a few times and she was always willing to help compare quotes to get me the best value and answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into purchasing any of their services, which I absolutely appreciate. They had multiple companies that they work with and I was particularly interested in Allstate for home owner’s insurance. Unfortunately, Allstate was not accepting new customers in my area, so I decided to go with another insurance company. However, I wanted to provide an honest review to speak on Phuong’s great customer service skills.

I am very happy with the service. I received great rates compared to many other places I called. I like to do my research before I pick my insurance. Also everyone was very prompt to respond to emails. I made them add and remove cars many times and they were always nice and quick to do adjustments. They are my favorite insurance carrier thus far in my 8 years of driving experience.

Horrible customer service : I asked about renewing my policy and how the process going to be, I received no answer, no explanation why my monthly payment getting high ....

Very inefficient staff except for Socorro. Always have issues with billing. One guy told me I might have no money in my account. How rude to tell that to your customer. Does not exert effort to provide customer service.

Feeling much better, and, in good hands since my conversation with Stacey, at First Guardian Ins. Stacey found solutions for me today regarding a new car and still being responsible for the old one. I felt that she really cared about my dilemma, while being very professional.I have to say, I am with Alstate and this office for almost a year and its been a better experience than any other Ins. Company.I pay a few dollars every month and have unconditional roadside assistance. The owner and all other agents in First guardians office have been wonderful to work with as well.

After a time of intensive hunt and scouting for the best insurance rates, I finally settled with this insurance agency. She responded to all my questions quickly and I had the insurance for my vehicle on the same day no hassle.
