Took my truck in for hail damage. The wonderful lady at the front desk, wish I could remember her name, was pleasant from the get go. Darren kept me up to date on my repairs and when I picked my truck up, took the time to take me back into the shop to show me how the process was done. These folks are very professional and really care about the customer. Maybe a bit more expensive than some other places, but they do a great job. Though I hope to never have to, if I need body work done to a vehicle again, I will definitely take it to Caliber!

Fantastic experience, and wonderful facility. To be greeted at my entrance with such warmth was truly rejuvenating after my catalytic converter was stolen. The staff truly made me enjoy the day more simply by their uplifting spirits and amazing energy. Very quick to get in, and out and the technician that assisted me that day was fantastic and kept me up to date every moment of the journey. To top it off my car was fully repair and ready the very next day. I was in awe and impressed with the quality, service and prowess of this team in Westminster. I was in very good hands.. and I fully believe you will be too.

Getting in a car accident is not a fun time and often leaves a sour taste for all interaction after or in connection with the accident.Caliber Collision was fantastically easy to work with and kept me updated during the whole process.there was a car rental agent on-site that was able to set me up with a rental while repair ls were being done.I hope to not need any more work but if something happens again all be returning to this CC. I have had work done on my car from here over two years ago....after they had to keep my car longer because an employee damage the back of my vechile, walked away feeling great about them. Was told 100% lifetime warranty on the parts that were fixed. Been having issues with the vechile and now getting a run around why they will not be fixing it. I am leaving this review, hoping a manager will be in contact with me quicker than the employees who keep telling me someone will reach out.

Caliber Collision is awesome! They repaired my Hyundai Santa Fe after my wife got rear ended. They did the work quickly and professionally. I love the fact that they have an Enterprise Car Rental desk right there in the shop. That made it easy to drop off and pick up.

My side mirror fell off at a car wash and broke. I bought a new one, but could not seem to snap it in place. I stopped by Caliber Collision because it was close and Wes helped me and got my mirror snapped on for me. Front desk was super friendly and Wes saved me a lot of frustration. They are extremely nice and helpful! I will be taking all my cars there from now on.

I went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate for a bumper cover replacement on my 14 year old car.General Manager Wesley Lozada’s estimate was $200 lower than the estimate I got from another repair shop. Wes also suggested that one of his technicians could repair the dent in the bumper cover and if I was happy with the results I wouldn’t need to spend the money on a new bumper cover.Within 30 minutes I had an estimate and a repaired bumper. Ive needed to come here twice in the last month for damage caused by other drivers. I am glad to say that they did a spectacular job of not only repairing my car, but keeping in touch with me about the progress! They even have a little desk for an Enterprise agent to sit, who can coordinate a rental if you need! They finished the repair earlier than expected, and were professional throughout the process. I am very impressed about both their method of customer service, and skill at handling repairs. Would highly recommend! Shout-out to their front desk lady Ramona, who is very courteous and helpful. I have never dealt with a company that was more in tune with their communication to the customer. They checked in with me practically everyday to give me updates on the status of my vehicle and actually finished it early. I dont think Ive ever experienced customer service to this level in my life.

I went there for an estimate on minor damage to my 2006 Chev Cobalt. Thought they might laugh at me bringing a 15 year old car in, but the estimator was the nicest proson you could possibly deal with. He was so honest and caring with my issue and fixed the major dent in my hood while I was there and wouldnt take any payment. If I need any body repair work done in the future you can bet I will be there asking Caliber for their help.

I went to caliber collision to get repairs done on my vehicle after I was hit during a snow storm. They did a fantastic job all around. My car is just like it was before the accident and it was really convenient to have a rental car waiting for me there to pick up and drop off.

The customer service was good, they kept me up to date for as long as my car was in their shop. The repairs to the body of the car were immaculate, the paint job was phenomenal. The unfortunate thing is that when they finished the initial repairs to my car, it came back with a problem. My right-front door will not lock remotely. It has to be done manually from inside the car.

Darren has fixed about 3 vehicles for me and has kept me up to date daily on the progress of the vehicle. He did an amazing job each time. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone. I live the staff in the office. They are always very helpful. They always keep me informed and are very transparent. I dont normally leave reviews but my entire experience with Caliber Collision was simply excellent. Every employee I interacted with was professional, courteous, and friendly. They went over everything thoroughly, including paperwork, the damage to my vehicle and what they were going to do about it. They kept me informed every step of the way and gave me progress reports every few days. Then, to top it all off, my vehicle was done a few days earlier than expected! How often does that happen in this day and age?! Oh, and the repair work looks great!

I had an amazing experience with Calliber Collision. I was able to make an appointment and get in almost immediately. Darren was great. He communicated with me the entire time my car was there. I received calls every few days with updates. They estimated my car would be done in 15 days and it was done in a week. Both receptionists were so friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend.

Caliber repaired the door of our brand new Crosstrek which had been dented in a hit-and-run in a parking lot. Ive only own older used cars before this so it was devastating to see our shiny new car acquire a big dent so early on. The repair wasnt cheap but luckily our insurance covered it and Caliber gave us our car back looking brand new again!

I worked with Darren, who was courteous, professional, and went above-and-beyond to deliver exceptional service. He made it feel as though I was working with a small-town repair shop.Initially I was worried that getting the door fixed on my vehicle was going to be costly and take days, but thanks to Darren and Caliber Collision, that wasnt the case at all. The repair to my Subaru was completed in a matter of hours, and with the upmost quality.To top it all off, when I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaner than when i dropped it off (inside and out). They had provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed/cleaned the interior. Darren was great and exceeded expectations. I had vandalism scratches to my subaru crosstrek hood that needed to be fixed. I took it in Monday, was intending to Uber back home, but he drove me back and dropped me off at my home instead. When work was completed thursday, he brought it back to me at my home. Just incredible door to door service. Thank you Darren, Caliber Collision and Geico - no deductible!

I’ve brought my car here multiple times and always satisfied with their work. Quick, efficient, and well done. They even found issues after the insurance company inspected and supplemented the original settlement.

I was given a quick start date and repairs were made in a timely manner.

Repair was done well on the 3rd time. 2 times I was offered the vehicle before they determined, more work needed to be done and charged the insurance to replace the parts they ruined.

This was the first time Ive ever needed to take a vehicle in for repairs and they made it an easy experience. They got me in almost right away, explained everything, answered every question i had with care, kept me updated on the progress, treated me so nicely and gave me my truck back looking fantastic! Only hiccup was the gas tank door wasnt on 100% correctly, but we are all human! I brought it to their attention and they fixed it then and there. I hope i never have a damaged vehicle again, but if i do, i will bring it back here without question. Recommending them to everyone. Thank you guys!!

When bringing my vehicle back to have a scratch they put in my paint fixed the last time I used them for a repair, I was informed they were out of loaner vehicles, and would have to drive me over to a car rental agency.The rental place they took me to also had no cars available, and they had to drive me to another location before I could finally drive off.At least they paid for the repair and the rental...

I was familiar with this shop when it was Abra Auto Body and was extremely satisfied with the service and workmanship. I recently discovered damage to my bumper that apparently occurred while I was parked in a local lot, so I requested this shop when I filed a claim with my insurance company. When I met with Bruce Randall, Senior Service Advisor, for my estimate, he was extremely thorough and professional. To my surprise, he ran to get a screwdriver and explained that one of the tabs holding the bumper in place had been bent and was the reason my bumper wasn’t aligned with the body. In about 30 seconds, he had straightened it out and popped the bumper back in place. I was thrilled to have it fixed so quickly and was very happy to save the deductible that I was expecting to pay. Bruce said that there was no charge and that Caliber was in the business of helping people. What a great service provider! I highly recommend this shop.

The staff at Abra Westminster repaired a dent in my vehicle expediently and professionally. The repair was done quicker than the initial time estimate and the body and paint appear seamless where the damage was - as if the car was brand new. The Best Shop ever!

This place is incredible. I had to bring my car here (per the other parties insurance) and Im so happy I did. Bruce is one of the best and had so much patience with me and all my questions. They helped me get a rental car set up and everything was seamless and a breeze. Not only did they make my repairs incredible, they even took the time to do some other work I wanted done while I knew I had a rental. They updated me every step of the way and when a part came in deformed, they worked even harder to ensure I wouldnt have to wait longer to get my car back. The communication was amazing and I will be back (hopefully not soon lol) and will refer people to this shop. Words can not describe how grateful I am for this team and how hard they fought with insurance to get all original parts paid for! Extremely impressed! Absolutely a great place to have your car repaired. From the Geico rep to the reception, detail manager/supervisor, parts guy, estimater and everyone who was involved with the repairs on my car. ***DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE***My experience with this location has been very unsatisfactory. Upon drop off the Customer Service Manager handed me his business card and told me he’d call that same day to provide me an estimate of when my car would be done. I received no call from this customer service manager or his team for 4 days and by then it was the end of the week. Then, I was told my car would be done the following Tuesday. That seemed very reasonable to me since my car was only taken in for a dent in the door, so 7 days seemed fair to allow time for repairs. Unfortunately, when I called that Tuesday morning to find out about what time I could arrive for pick up I was told my car would not be ready that day. This was frustrating since I was not communicated with regarding any changes or issues. Then I was told the car would be ready the following day. I depend on my car to get to work and help take care of an elderly family member. I am not in a financial position to utilize rental cars or public transportation so this was a HUGE dissatisfied for me. To make matters even worse, that following day I had a way to to get to theshop for pick up and was called by the original customer service manager I spoke to at drop off and was told my car would not be ready until the next Monday. I expressed my stress and concern for this since I am expected to work to be able to pay for this repair and can’t get to work without my car. This customer service manager was not empathic to the position his shop has put me in and instead had the audacity to ask me to understand the shops point of view.

Called to try and set up an appointment for an estimate (not work yet, just an estimate) and they wouldnt even see me without insurance information. No thanks, Ill go somewhere else first - I dont even know what it will cost or if I want to involve insurance yet. Poor way to run a business. (NOTE: This should have been with the Thornton location, though Im guessing its probably a company-wide issue).

Bought a brand new car and got rear-ended a month later. My car was brought to Abra to get repaired. It took them 1-2 months to finish the repairs. I expected my car to look near perfect as it was brand new. I didnt notice anything at first... Driving home, I tried my tailgate windshield wiper. IT WAS GOING THE WRONG DIRECTION...... and scraping my new tailgate that was just replaced. Do you really trust a place to fix damage to a car that cant even put a windshield wiper on right? Went straight to my parents house from Abra. My dad noted that there were several scratches/ dents on the panels that had been replaced, the white paint on the tailgate was a shade lighter than the rest of the car, and my exhaust pipe was hanging low to the ground. I took it to the dealership to get an inspection and they found an exhaust hanger was missing, the rear shield missing, as well as multiple spots of seam sealer missing (can lead to early rusting). Called Abra several times trying to set up an appointment to look at the car and after 3 calls than never got returned, finally went in to talk to someone in person. Abra agreed to fix my car as the repairs had a warranty. I didnt even mention the cosmetic errors, as I mainly was concerned with the mechanical ones. My car was repaired AGAIN and when leaving the lot, I noticed a chip in my windshield... Needless to say, I would never take my car back to Abra.

Got an estimate from here and wanted my hood and front replaced with non factory parts. Chrissy said they do this all of the time and it shouldnt be a problem but would look into it. I emailed her 2 days later to see if they could do it and she said she would ask the general manager about it. I waited almost and week and no contact so I emailed her again asking if she had talked to the general manager because if they were going to do it, the parts would needed to be ordered immediately to be able to receive them in time for my scheduled repair date. An additional 2 weeks went by and no response still. Went ahead and cancelled my repair with them and went with Auto Reflections since they have better customer service.

I had work done on new Jeep Cherokee (unfortunately twice!) but this Abra shop did a great job both times. Turn around times where fast and the work was professional. I was very happy. Plus if you have Geico -- they have a representative there all the time to help you with the claim.You can take your auto there with confidence that will be done right and on-time.

They did a GREAT job on my Jeep! After being rear ended I was so sad about all of the damage to my rig. They not only fixed everything QUICKLY, but were friendly, informative, and responsive! They kept in contact via text and explained everything so well!

Incredible staff and service. I tangoed with a telephone pole in my new car and was devastated. GEICO recommended Abra and they repaired my vehicle to look like new. The first time my husband went to pick it up, he noticed they had accidentally scratched it in a new spot during repair. They fixed that too at no cost, no questions asked. Highly recommend!

I have taken my cars here for body repair three or four times. The intake is reasonably quick and you can rent a car here if needed. They do a reasonable job though they left a paint smear on the rear of my wifes car (and paint on the left rear tail light) on the last repair. Not worth my time to squabble over. Cost is quite reasonable. Their employees are usually friendly, but not always. I will likely use them again next time I need paint and body repair.

They replaced my window and didnt match the factory tint even though I specifically mentioned it. They promised to call me to schedule a time for them to tint it its been over a week and nothing no calls cant get in touch with anyone about it. Terrible, I highly recommend going anywhere else.

I did $3,000 worth of damage to my Subaru and got it back in less than 7 working days.
