First, my interaction with U-Haul as a whole was extremely poor. I elected a preferred location, and a couple days prior to rental I received a call that they changed my pickup. On the day of my rental I ubered to this location, only to find out they did not have trucks, and Uhaul misguided me. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Thankfully! Domini came to the rescue!! She not only found me a truck. But also drove me to the pickup location, as there were no ubers available. In her personal vehicle! She honestly, went above and beyond, and was a true angel in a terribly frustrating situation. Thank you Domini for your kindness, patience, and empathy!

Very clean location, manager domini is very nice and makes my experience at the office very pleasant when I arrive, also excellent customer service

First time using storage. The lady was very nice. She took me to see the storage space I was interested in. She answered all our concerns to what we were wanted to do. I love the automated gate and the spacing to backup my car to my spot. Will use there service again and save me money over using a Pod.

I have used this place the past couple of times Ive needed a uhaul and the service is always great, employees are always really friendly and makes the stress of moving a lot better.

When I moved in, I swear they told me I could use the uHaul for move in or move out for free as a resident. Here I am at the end of my lease and they say that was never a part of the deal. I cant imagine where I could have gotten that from if not from them.
