Great experience from start to finish. Because of work I had to communicate with him via text message then I paid online and it was a seamless process. He came out the same night and put up the lawn greeting and removed it after the agreed upon time. Looked great and very professional service. KBE Yard Designs made my daughters birthday very memorable. This was hard to do since her birthday is during the pandemic and we couldn’t have a party. Lots of neighbors walking or driving by were able to wish her happy birthday. Pricing is competitive and customer service was top notch.

My experience with Kbe yard designs has been a terrible one. I had to continuously send him messages to remind him to send me my voucher. He sends it to me and I pay it. Problem is he never showed up to put the sign and lied about it saying I didn’t pay. I sent him my confirmation of payment but hours later he replied stating he would refund me. He ruined a big surprise that I had for my birthday event. He never even apologized.

Overall great experience! You really don’t need to call anyone else. Thanks again for making my wifes birthday special!!!

I got signs for my fiances birthday and it put the biggest smile on his face and made him feel so special. I have done a lot expensive things for his birthday in the past but he told me that getting KBE Yard Signs was the most special!!!!!!! There are a lot of design options to choose from and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I will definitely be getting more signs in the future for all the special people in my life!!
