Ive been going to happy nails for 20 years.All of the techs do good work but Julie is the most popular tech & for good reason. Shes an amazing artistPrices are fair, Salon is always clean.The only downside is that the place is so popular you may have to wait a while but its worth the wait.

I’ve been going to Happy Nails for many years. Doesn’t matter where I move too. I drive even longer now and still won’t change my nail shop. I trust them and their professionals. They respect and appreciate my business. Of course I have my favorites like Kevin & Julie, however all of them do a good job. The prices are standard and fair and I feel safe when I’m there!

Seem like students doing nails, I could be wrong. But what I do know is the nail techs need a lil bit more training. But what I will say is theyre the best to me with the pedicures.

She’s professional, efficient and she helps you out when you need help. She goes the extra mile. Don’t know many who will, definitely the best place to go if you want good quality service!

I waited 2 hrs for nothing! I couldn’t make an appointment with Julie over the phone either. Only walk in. Paid 67 dollars for a full set and my daughter to get her feet and hands polished! No pedi. Just simply polish! Never got mine done! It’s 6 we was there at 4

I been coming for 18 years. If you want Julie there will always be a wait for Julie. Beauty takes time. I waited for 5 hours and loved my nail and satisfied with my nails all the time. So there is no appointments first come first serve.

My daughter got her nails done the lady hurt her hands in the process. Got her brows done. Messed them up completely. After signing in and waiting an HR was told someone who just came in was going b4 me. Also couldnt do a simple design. After several years and recently many disappointments I can officially say I will never go back. Trying prestige nails in canton so far similar in price lots cleaner more friendly. No more happy nails for me!

I came with a picture, I asked if the nail tech could recreate it. He said no, I then asked if there was anyone here that could he said no. I guess its ok if you like basic nails, I dont do basic like nails that people ask to look at and question where I get them done at. I recently moved from Detroit to Romulus Ive tried several nail shops and I can say there arent any creative nail techs around here. So from now on I will be taking the 25 min trip back to Detroit to my very creative nail tech at VT Nails.

My Cousin recommended this Nail shop, and I wish I didn’t listen to her. I wanted my nails perfectly nice for my Birthday, and to match my outfit. I showed the Nail tech a picture of what I wanted of everything and she still asked me “What color?” After I showed her the picture. Long story short, I didn’t get the nail design I wanted I got plain acrylic nails, with a butterfly sticker and was charged $45. Not only that but my paint on my nails is bubbling & it seem like they had a attitude when I’m paying my money. I will never comeback, I don’t see how they get business this is a waste of time, and energy.

Husband and I enjoyed atmosphere and pedis will be back. Sooooo the 1st half of review was after we left salon well 8days later my gel polish has chipped on almost all fingers not happy.

This place is a SCAM! And they rip their customers off...its no way in hell I went in for a color change on my hands and a pedicure and my total came out to $112. Come on now!

HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!! The salon itself is FILTHY!! I cannot believe they are even allowed to stay opened! The second I walked through the door, I was absolutely DISGUSTED! I wanted to leave immediately, but the rude woman behind the counter grabbed my hand and pulled me to follow her to the chair, I was so caught off guard, I just went with it. I sat in the chair for what felt like ages, I got up to the leave and the rude woman at the front yelled at me to sit down, I’m a pretty shy person and I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just did what I was told. The male nail tech who did my manicure was so mean and unprofessional. He told me I had ugly hands and that the color I picked for my polish was “boring.” I was clearly offended, but he just smirked and laughed to himself. He cut my nails so short it hurt, the polish looked so sloppy, it looked like my 3 year old nephew did it. I was so frustrated, I just wanted to get out of there. When it was finally over, they overcharged me. I told them that the price they advertised was lower, but they wouldnt listen. They started to accuse me of being cheap and trying to manipulate them to get stuff for free. I was not going to argue with these terrible people, so I just paid the higher price and left. My fingers hurt, I’ve already removed the HORRENDOUS polish that was put on my fingers, the rude, nasal voices of the staff still ring in my ears, and that putrid, rotten, vile smell of that place still lingers in my nostrils. This place is a DUMP! Go literally ANYWHERE else. I don’t believe a single one of these “positive” reviews. I am nearly certain that the positive reviews are fake, written by people paid by the sketchy salon owner to make their business look better. PFT! WORST SALON EVER!(edited for spelling error).

They are very unsanitary and will give you fungal infections because they do not wash and sanitize their materials. Workers were refusing to wear their masks and and I heard them complaining about how their customers are low-lifes and probably more likely to have covid anyways. They will over charge you and then attack you for not wanting to pay the prices they randomly set after service, hoping to intimidate you into paying. The prices they have listed are not what they will charge you! Beware of this place! Its a failing business, and for good reason!

DO NOT GO HERE LADIES! They are so unsanitary the health department should investigate them. They giving out fungus and diseases! I got my nails taken off they were green and brown on 5-6 of nails. I’m so embarrassed I have to walk around like this until they heal. I’ve been coming here since the early 2000’s I’ve never been anywhere else. They don’t sterilize anything they use the same towels and equipment without disinfecting anything. They use the uv light on my hands and feet I was disgusted. Please don’t go here and definitely don’t take your kids here. My daughter has the same fungus on here nails. I’m so upset this happened to my baby!

This place is so unprofessional where do i start? Ive been going to this place on and off for 3 maybe 4 years now and have never had a problem with them until this year. The first incident the guy did an excellent job. Two days i went to work, opened 1 light weight box and my nail flew off. Paid $2 to have the same guy fix it. Next time i went back they screwed my nails up. Tonight i went their and waited over an hour. Lady got upset with me when i asked her how long would she be. This place likes to rush people in and out. They dont take their time to give their clients quality nails anymore. They prefer to play on their phones rather than work. Its like they get annoyed when a new client walks in. Im never coming back.

Very slow and not very friendly

This is a terrible establishment, they have abused and caused a great deal of pain to a dear friend who just wanted a color change. They doubled her price, locked her in the salon and attacked her! DO NOT GO HERE not to mention these God awful remarks they’ve made about and to her since the incident all over social media.

Please don’t come here. Horrible customer service. Was told I couldn’t get a nail fixed that I had just got done because I got a fill in instead of a full set. I had to pay $4 because of a broken nail 4 days after my set. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I walked in to get my acrylic nails removed and a guy who works their was forcefully removing them with a metal wand way before anything. He did not soak them off like another person would. He injured me and broke two of my nails to the point where i started bleeding and I requested someone else 3 times but i got no help. Over all of that the manger had a really bad attitude with me and only wanted me to pay half after they ruined my real nails. This place is so unprofessional and rude.

Nasty people. A lot of the technicians werent wearing masks and I asked a question about the polish since I have weak nails a lady screamed at me, then demanded I pay the full price for the service when all she got up to was washing my hands.

Instead of handling matters civilly, they instead like to assault and hold their customers hostage over misunderstandings on their part. There is no reason you should give out customer information for them to be harassed and threatened. If you had the information, you could have easily filed a police report over unpaid services. There is no reason a grown man should put his hands on a woman, a petite one at that.

Not only do they assault, but threaten people who are unrightfully attempted at being charged extra, poor hygiene given the reports of fungus in nails. Embarrassment.

They do good designs, but appear to be irritated it you are particular in any kind of way.

I got lashes done and nails but when I got my receipts from debit cards they added their own tip of $10...I also had to come back to get lashes fixed after 2 days.

Please do not give this nail salon your business. They will overcharge you, add a service that you did not request and add their own tip/fee to your receipt. I’ve only ever gotten my lashes done here it was horrible they caked on the glue theyre way too expensive to look this bad it looks like there’s Caterpillars on my eyes they were suppose to be medium but they gave me long and the glue hurts so bad it’s been pulling out my real lashes and it didn’t even last a week before the glue started clumping up I would never go here again the environment was unprofessional they had kids running around dropping things and bumping into you and again my lashes looked so bad
