If I could give them a ZERO I would. Do not go here for anything! My Sons wedding is less than 3 weeks away and the company called to cancel because they said they were taking their party bus fleet off the streets because of the State of Michigan Insurance rates went up. They wait until 3 weeks before a wedding to cancel and then we find out that they did not take their buses off the road. Instead, they are cancelling all contracts they have with people that booked prior to this year and telling them this story, but what they are actually doing is re-booking with new customers and charging over double the cost.

A-list limos is the best there is hands down. The driver (Vince) made everyone feel like royalty and was even early for pick up which was great! The bus was clean and smelled amazing, and they were accommodating on every level. We rented for a birthday party transport and it honestly was one of the best parts of the day! Definitely recommend.

We had used A-list Limo & Party Bus for our wedding on August 20th this year. We booked them for 5 hours and our driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up. This would have been totally fine and I would not have complained at all until he then forgot to pick up the bride and bridesmaids. Our wedding ended up being 30 minutes late with all of our guests looking around as to what the problem was. I called the next day and was met with a very rude employee who wanted to hear nothing about what happened. He told me to text him the issues we had and then never got back to us. On top of the rude phone call and the driver who made too many mistakes to overlook, the booking process also does not make the wedding planning process easy. I booked them roughly 6 months out on the phone and recieved no email confirmation or any way to ensure that we were properly planning our wedding schedule with this party bus company. They never answer the phone and you will literally not here from them unless you call them to confirm that everything is still set for your wedding. Not a great process when you have a million other details to plan for a wedding. This was a very expensive service that ended up being a disaster from start to finish. I hope no other bride and groom will have to go through what we went through.

Booked with the company over 2 years ago. Supposed to get married in 2020 postponed to October 2, 2021. Just 2 weeks before our wedding they called and said they had to cancel because of insurance prices going up over 20% and they cannot afford that. They stated they were pulling anything in their fleet that seated over 10 passengers. But yet when I called yesterday as an announmous person they stated they had a 34 passenger bus available on our date but they wanted to charge over double of our original contract. **They lied to us stating they pulled anything seating over 10 passengers and instead of telling us upfront we either have to cancel with you or charge you an additional $1,000.**

I was looking to book a party bus, limo and town-car. I contacted Paul and A-list as they had great reviews. Paul was all over the place and took days, even weeks to respond. I understand that he was busy and took that into consideration. I told him many times through a text if you could send a contract and no response. He told me on a Monday that he was out of town and understands that the cars I have chosen. He told me would call on that Thursday to get more info. I texted him Thursday and never heard back. My fiancé tried to do the same thing and got the same result. We have went with a different company and I recommend not using them at all.

I had a wonderful time and the limousine was on time. I tried the A list limo and party bus the end of April. The driver was nice. I liked how the music was Bluetooth. The driver knew very well how to drive the limo for sure. It was great. Thank you so much. My daughter and her friends had a great time. This was good for my daughters 15yr old birthday 🎂🥳🎉🎈🎁🎊🎂.

I rented a bus for a bachelorette party. My friend and I called the same day and got two different prices. He quoted her $850 and me $1125.The largest issue we had was with the bus driver. Her name is Sheila. She was very nice and helpful in the beginning. Gave us hair ties, deodorant and was friendly. Later in the night we asked to add one extra hour to our trip and pay for it on the spot. This was discussed with the person I booked with and was offered as an option.The driver was not happy and told us she was tired and wanted to go home. Her demeanor changed and she became rude because she didnt want to work any longer.

Paul’s A list limo service was excellent! I booked the Mercedes sprinter for my wedding a couple weeks ago. The prices were the best in the area, especially now that most places are upcharging with COVID. The driver arrived early to our location and was extremely courteous. I was initially hesitant to book after reading some of the other reviews about malfunctioning Bluetooth or A/C, but I did not have that experience at all and I am absolutely glad that I went through with booking. It was 90 degrees on my wedding day and the A/C worked perfectly in our limo. The Bluetooth audio was crisp and clear. My only complaint is that our limo was a very tight fit for the 14 of us and I had expected the limo to have seating room for up to 16-18 people. I’d highly recommend booking with A-list!

If being scammed is what you want then go there. They are canceling contracts and rebooking at double the rate. Telling contracted customers 3 weeks before their wedding that they took the party buses out of their fleet because insurance prices went up but turn around and book with someone else at a higher rate using the buses. Total scam

This is now the second time we have booked with A List Limousine! Once again an amazing experience. They drove all the way to Toledo, Ohio to service us! My friends and I were simply having a night out for dinner and drinks! Driver showed up early and was very professional! I literally called a week before the prom date Pricing the Apollo with the jets doors, wasn’t expecting to pay that, but i wanted my brother to ride in the best and nothing basic. Front desk was very helpful and communicated up till it was take off time. I was able to drop my beverages off and they had them sitting in ice at arrival. Ron the Driver arrived on time. Was very professional and extremely courteous. I will definitely be back.

I had a pleasant experience working with Paul and Kelly from A-list Limousine when I booked them for a shuttle for my wedding guests. Their rates are unmatched and is ultimately the reason I decided to book. They also made special accommodations for the time duration I needed. They were a bit hard to get a hold of at times, but once I got Paul’s phone number he was most responsive via text. My guests showed up to the ceremony on time, and were at the reception when I arrived so I would say they managed the time schedule as expected. I personally did not get a chance to ride the shuttle but I heard no complaints from my guests so I would say A-list delivered as promised! A-List Limo and Party Bus is A in my books!! I celebrated my 50th birthday with my nieces sisters and close friends. This was the best experience I could have ever imagined we absolutely had a ball. This company and their service is A1 and phenomenal. They arrived on time like they said and we had the bus for 4 and 1/2 hour plenty of time to do everything we needed to do. We laughed we laughed and laughed had a great time. We actually had a powerful spiritual party on that bus. We praised and praised and praised laughed laughed and laughed I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed. The limo was a 2019 vehicle very very clean. This was the best deal that I can find in the city because I did not live there and it was difficult to make a decision but everything is great. Make a list your next party limo. Ask for Kelly. She is very professional and very patient and owner is also very kind and they will do their very best to make your dream my reality.

I just used A List Limo last night for a 40th birthday party. The Party Bus experience was Awesome!!! Driver we all called Captain Ron was Great!!! We did a Dive Bar Cruise and he was like Johnny on the spot. He would drop us off and pick us up within 5 minutes. Which is incredible when your dealing with Downtown Detroit traffic. Bus was Immaculate!!! Captain Ron is the best I will be using there service again. I will be asking if Ron is available as well... The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is you have to pay cash on pick up. I tried to call in a payment but they had left office already. But we made it work.

We called them at a very short notice to take a smaller limo for the bridal party to our wedding. Our driver was on time and even though we couldn’t tell her the proper directions she still got us there in time in the rain on my wedding day. This is the second time we have used them, the prices are great, and we will be calling them again in two months for our casino run!

I give A-List two stars because they were on time & took us to where we needed to be for my wedding. They are not getting the other three stars because our party bus smelt like a group of 20 people just got done smoking 20 blunts on our bus. It smelt like this from the moment we got on and it never went away. The driver got on our bus & made a comment about it as well. Now I do not know if the driver was lighting up on his way to get us or if the group before us was smoking. The smell was so strong it was giving people of my wedding party headaches and they didnt want to even be on the bus. It took away form the fun we were supposed to have with our wedding party and friends. I made multiple efforts to contact A-list and they only answered once. I explained to them that our bus stunk like weed & they blamed it on their cleaning products. I just rode one of their buses in September for my friends wedding and it didnt smell like weed. The person I spoke to was Paul and he said he would look into it and never got back with me. I simply do not care if people smoke weed and party, but when I pay top dollar for a bus for my wedding I expect it not to smell like weed to where my guests cant enjoy themselves.

Beware of This Scam Company!! My wedding was on July 27, 2019 and this company is one of the shadiest places I’ve ever done business with. There is a reason they are cheaper than their competitors and their customer service is beyond terrible.To begin the chaos of my wedding, the bus shows up and it is not the bus that I ordered. When I reached out to them they said in the contract it says they have the right to exchange the vehicle so just know any bus you chose is not guaranteed will show up on your wedding day.Next issue - Blue tooth not working. When I told the driver he responded saying it happens often and he offered me an aux cord in exchange that was compatible with any iPhone above the iPhone 4. When I emailed their customer service, they began arguing with me saying that too many people tried to connect when instead, I went on the bus first before everyone to make sure everything was ready and working.Third issue - When I told them the TVs weren’t working, they came back and said that the TVs only work with DVD’s and nothing else. There is absolutely no point to have 4 televisions on a bus that only work with DVDs. It’s 2019 so hopefully this company can wake up.My advice to you on your wedding day or important event: Have a peace of mind and go through another company. Spend $100- $200 more somewhere else so you know what you’ll be getting. This company is not worth the stress on your special day and are extremely unprofessional / you are not guaranteed anything you agreed upon. I asked for some sort of refund and instead they offered me $200 discount on a future rental with them...

We splurged and rented the Escalade with the jet door for our daughters last daddy daughter dance. The limo was amazing, clean, cool features, the girls loved it and the parents did too. Paul and the office staff were easy to work with, our driver Ron was the best! Prompt, professional and courteous! He handled all of our requests with ease! Would definitely use this company again, if I have occasion to.

On two separate occasions, I rented limousines for my daughters senior year events. For her prom, I booked the Rolls Royce-Ghost. This car is absolutely amazing and to die for!!! Her prom send off was over the top with the red carpet celebrity treatment. Everyone is still talking about this day. The second vehicle I rented was the Lincoln Continental stretch limo for her big graduation day and AGAIN she rode out in style. The owner Paul is very professional and was a delight to work with. The limo drivers were on time, respectful and very accommodating. Absolutely astonished when we had the party bus until 6pm only to be dropped off at the front of the venue at 520. I’m not the type to leave a review; however, my first cousin was getting married and for the wedding party to wait outside as the doors aren’t open yet is unacceptable to just leave being the bus driver. The best man called the owner and nothing was resolved. Find a different operation for your special day.

We reserved a bus for a party to start at 9pm. The bus never showed. We called the company at 9:30 and was told the driver never showed up. How unprofessional. We had over 25 people waiting at the end of the drive way for 30 minutes and the company never reached out to us to tell us there was an issue with the driver. Terrible way to run a company. If you know you have paying customers waiting for your arrival at a specific time, you should be a good business owner and call the customer and give them a heads up. In the end we never even got a bus. Not a good experience at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

HORRIBLE!! I am not one to write reviews at all but I felt that people needed to know what a horrible experience I had with this company. People use a party buses for a fun and safe time for a special occasion and spend a lot of money to do so, so I feel it necessary to tell everyone that if youre looking for a party bus find another company!!! You will regret using this company for your special event. Our driver showed up late and wasnt not even apologetic about being late but we were flexible and let it go. Then at the end of the night he didnt give the time back to make up for his tardiness....charged us an extra fee of $165 to get us home. He pretty much told us that we had to pay or he was going to make all of us get off the bus. So we were obviously upset and tried to reason with him about the fee. From there he insisted that we were rude which yes tensions were running high after we paid a lot of money for this bus and then felt that we were getting taken advantage of and left us with no choice but to pay him. So we paid him the $165 and then still would not take us home until 1 person was removed from the bus. We apologized more than once and tried to explain the situation but instead of being understanding and drive us home after we paid him...he took our money, then called the cops on us. The cops were shocked at the situation since all of us were very respectful and not by any means out of control. We offered to get off the bus but we wanted our money back. He would not give us our money back and would not let 1 person back on the bus. It was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional. I dont know how this company is still in business. Do yourself a favor and book another company to ensure you have a great time and are not left on the side of the road somewhere.

Due to an inhouse problem the company upgraded our vehicle, which resulted in a great night. We would use this company again and again. Our driver William was extremely helpful and friendly. If you need a limousine this is the company to use.

Rented the 34 passenger bus for a birthday bar crawl. It was great! Awesome bus. Our driver, D, was the best! Would definitely recommend!

Paul (owner) came through and delivered on everything he promised. Driver was in a nutshell - Amazing...Brian was punctual, professional and personable. Equipment was absolutely top notch, the bus was one of the nicest I have ever been on (everyone in the party kept commenting on how nice it was also).To keep this review in perspective for everyone, this is a very expensive company (he will not budge even slightly on the price) - but was worth every penny. You get what you pay for and you will get your moneys worth with A-List... Would definitely use them again and recommend anyone with a higher budget to do so as well.
