Don and his crew did great job on siding,shutters and gutters. Highly recommend.

When I called for an estimate I told them that it was a small job that I needed help with. I was told That is not a problem, we are happy to come out for an estimate and take a look. To start they were at least a half hour late for the estimate. It was to the point I had to call to see if they were still coming. Once he showed up for the estimate you could tell he was visibly upset that they were even there to do the estimate. I told him that I stated from the beginning it was a small job and he said It really is a small job Told me then that he would get me an estimate and could get me on the schedule in about a week or two. Then went to his truck and couldnt have left fast enough. I havent heard a word since, I have called and left a message for a call back twice. I get if the job is too small for your business, but you could have told me that. The reviews on them are not wrong, better make sure you are worth their time or they will ghost you.

Been 4 years since I had my roof replaced. Was one of the lowest quotes and absolutely the most friendly. Great work too.

This is the 2nd time We have used Tri City. They did our house in Wayne in 2016, and just finished on our new house in Newport. They were very professional, and did a wonderful job both times. From start to finish just great work. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly not impressed at all. They left nails ALL OVER my garage floor! They didn’t even attempt to clean it up. They left a mess of more nails, materials, wrappers etc all over my yard, I’m still finding little shreds of plastic all over. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend.

I was checking online reviews for a roofing contractor, i was about to contact tri city for an estimate until I seen owner responses to unsatisfied customers. I quickly moved on to the next company.

Excellent company!!!!! Dons company is everything you want in a builder: His workmanship is excellent; his crew is polite and clean up; he shows up checking on the job; the job is done in a timely manner; he keeps his commitment as far as delivering a quote and showing up for the job when he says he will. He responds immediately when you have a question. His company is top notch! Many builders dont show up on time, or dont follow up if there is a problem --especially after the is done-- not true with Don. I had a question (twice) about a window. He called, arranged a time to show up and showed up to check it out. There was no problem with his work or the window -- He was kind enough to educate me on the proper handling of slider windows! Great company, great work, great price!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. Wish more companies had the integrity, work ethic, and expertise like his company.

Tri City built our garage and we are thrilled! I wish more companies could have their work ethics. George worked with us on details of design and made our vision a reality. They were on schedule, the price was exactly what it should be and everyone was polite and professional, they even cleaned up each evening before leaving. Our garage is one of the nicest in the neighborhood. Thank you so much!

Roof, gutters, and a doorwall. Everyone was extremely courteous and our home and yard were left with complete clean up. Very happy that these projects are done and it was a good experience!

I recently had my roof of 20 years replaced. From the overall performance from the time of the estimate to the actual service date was amazing. The original visit from Don F was very professional and respectful. No matter if I had made any last minute requests or changing the installation date, the team at Tri City was very accommodating. I had at least 5 companies come out to my home for estimates and I found Tri City to be the most fair, honest and great quality work. Came to give an estimate on a basic repair to which i agreed on the spot, donald said they would call me back to schedule the job which never happened, so i called and the best the receptionist could say is the roofer will call you back which again never happened. What a waste of time, you guys costed me work hours i had to call off. The have multiple locations so reviews are scattered

George called back few days after I left a message for a garage estimate. The conversation started off well. I was explaining that I wanted a new garage and an old one taken away. It was going very well until he learned that I lived in Detroit. Even though I live in one of the nicest parts of Detroit, he refused to take the conversation any further saying his crew will not work in Detroit. I live in Midtown by Wayne State in Woodbridge. There are kids, hipsters, professors and doctors in my neighborhood. George wouldnt have any of it, and quickly ended our conversation even when I said I have 40K to build a garage, and you wont even look at my property? He said no.We are trying to bring Detroit and Michigan back. Whole Foods has more confidence in Detroit than this Michigan based company. On their Angies list posting it says that they will do work in Detroit, but they snubbed me. I wouldnt recommend or support a business that thinks they are too good for the Motor City. They should change their name to Tri-Suburb Builders.
