Few times I went the quality doesnt exist. Looks like he just got his certificate from barber school and not the good one. I was there on 9/15/21 to correct the horrible job he did a week before and he couldnt even realized such uneven haircut he was done. he gave even more horrible haircut and he charged $20 for it again. The worst haircut I ever received. I think the franchise should examine his certificate. Seriously, he is giving the bad rep for them. I will never use that service again. Terrible haircut. He should be sent to barber school to learn how to cut hair.

Ali is fast and you only need to explain what you want done once. I make appt in and out in 15 minutes.. Convenient and very clean, no extras hanging or loitering like at the Hood Shops around the area... My new Barber
