This place is horrible. They are trying to take our car because our key broke and wont start. Was told I had three days to get it and it was gone in 31 hours. Now they want almost 600 dollars and then refused the money and wouldnt let us get proof of ownership out of the car because it was locked. We have the keys and broken one, key fob works, owners manual with vin and date of purchase and misplaced title so they feel it is thier new car. SmhWish people were honest or civil even. This is what is wrong with the world today. Everyone wants something for nothing. And they are trying to steal it legally but acted fraudulently when no one but us will contest. He is a thief and a very shady person.. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent and fast and efficientVery kind man. Everytime I have a problem I call. SPARKS. I called them because I left my key in ignitune RUNNING. I called my insurance from verizon. My sister said forget about VETIZON. So we called SPARKS. They were there at the car in LESS THAN 20FOR REAL. Fantastic customer service great prices! Starter died at work got it towed there and was fixed in 48hrs with no issues. When I dropped the car off I was told it would be ready at 12pm in two days which was pretty quick... Guess what happened? Got a call from them at 12pm EXACTLY cars ready. Ill defiantly be back even though I live 30 mins away

Took advantage of my fiance and overcharged her twice before I finally convinced her to take her car somewhere else to compare prices and have her car inspected. Saved $400 and found out that half the repairs they were going to do were complete bullshit. Its sad that they would fill there greedy pockets with young parents little bit of money that they work 2 jobs for in order to provide for there child. Very disappointed that this is how this business is run. We will NEVER be taken advantage of from this establishment again.

Probably one of the worst towing companies in Michigan. Racist driver tried to prevent me from making a job interview, had to call the Wayne police department to settle the dispute .
