Great service every time I go there. Zach and the rest of the employees are terrific!This last time I was there, 2 weeks ago, besides fixing the problems on my car, someone actually repaired my side mirror control knob. I wasnt expecting that, I called right away and told the gentleman who answered the phone that I appreciated someone taking the time to fix something that I didnt think was worth bothering anyone to look at it.Ill come back next time I need repairs.

I have always loved these guys, they were always great, competitive in prices, kind and respectful. Certainly efficient for years. My very last visit was for a left blinker out so I called on a Thursday or Friday. I went on the following Wednesday. They made me feel like it would be a big job. Since it was cold no one could come out, there was no room in the shop. They were busy, but I waited almost a week. Ive spent thousands of dollars with them. They were basically the only ones I trusted. They were rude to me the last time even after I waited over an hour in my car. I couldnt drop it off at this time. So I left, went to a nearby automotive store & purchased a 2pk of bulbs. It took less than 5 minutes to do it myself. I was very disappointed that they didnt even try. I was outside in the cold when I did it too. Im not sure if Ill go back. It just bothers me how people can take on a sudden personality change like that, and become rude. I was told to be there when they opened. Maybe its a misunderstanding, but I know how I feel personally about going there now. I probably wont. Thanks for everything up until last time.

Went in to get my Ford Fiesta worked on, for a new A/C Compressor, very well expected for them to have more fees and costs when I came to come pick up (especially with me not knowing much about cars and being young,) but only ended up spending an extra $30 from my original price for a better, newer belt, as mine had been thinned out by the compressor not working/wear. Would recommend extensively, good, honest people. Will be going back.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I have a 28 year old car, that has sat quite unloved for some time. Determined to get it running again, I called Bob and Jims. They recommended a towing guy who was awesome and very affordable. The extent of work needed on my car was severe, and Zach let me know. We worked out a plan of attack and over the next three weeks we completely redid the brake system, lines and all, as well as the entire fuel system on the car. Zach was workable in letting me leave the car if I needed some time to get the money together, etc. Really worked with my schedule. The work they did was superb. The car runs great. They really went above and beyond as well with some undercoating and painting of rusty areas, at what I can tell was no extra cost. My one critique of this shop is how busy they are. Sometimes it would take 2-3 days in line before my car got in. Busy a good thing, and I know they are busy because of the quality of work they do. DO trust your car to Bob and Jims.

I live in TN and my 80 year old mothers horn wasnt working. One of her friends recommended Bob & Jims. When she dropped off the car they drove her home and then picked her up. A connection came loose so all they needed to do was plug it back in. So they did all of this for no charge. I appreciate their honestly. My sceptical mind believes that less reputable places would have charged an elderly woman for a new horn.Thank you guys! Im happy my mom found you.

Went to Bob and Jim for auto repair and these guys very different from big name guys. Ask for owner Zack when u go there.Does more than what was quoted and made sure the car is fixed properly.No charges for looking at the issue. Conveniently drop off and pick up.

Bob and Jims has the most trustworthy and up front mechanics in the business. I would never trust my cars to anyone else. They are honest, reliable and get our cars repaired in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable as well. Been going to them for over 25 years and hope they never go out of business!!

If I could give zero stars I would. While they may be affordable (after negotiations), the poor service, attitude, and lack of customer service in general makes this place not worth it. They apparently do not check their work, and when you pull off the lot it’s on you, and no longer their problem. Avoid this shop!

Great Experience. Took my 2004 Dakota for a grinding noise in a right turn. They accurately diagnosed as needing both front wheel barrings replaced. They got it done quick, and also recommended I get an oil change just based on the sticker I had on the windshield that was not correct. Glad they were looking out for me. I will be back, and would recommend them for anyone in the area.

Awesome place needed a f150 manifold replaced. One stud was broke off in block already. Many other places turned it down these guys did it in a day. Price was very fair and communication was great would definitely go back for further needs Great job guys!!!!

Great service, at very reasonable prices. They diagnosed, my cars issue, for no charge, and fixed it well, at the price they promised. Also fixed my daughters car, on time, and cheaper, then several mechanics in the area. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, your paying too much.

I had two vehicles in their shop back to back and I have nothing bad to say. Even though there were other things wrong than what I asked to be fixed, they didnt pressure me to buy anything extra.

The owner gave me a price to replace my muffler, an oil pan and 2 transmission cooling tubes. ( I had my oil changed a month prior at a different place and they never said anything about my oil pan leaking) When I went to pick up the car he charged me $400.00 more then what we agreed on. When I questioned him he became very defensive and rude and denied the original quote. I ended up having to pay over $1000.00. Driving the car home I noticed my heater was not working and it worked fine before I brought my car in. I took it back and told him his mechanics may have inadvertently messed up my heater while installing the muffler, and I noticed that my h eater dial switch was in a different position. Again he became very defensive and was extremely belligerent and disrespectful towards me. He said that his mechanics never make a mistake and didnt even offer to take a look at it to see if that was the case. I will never go back to this place!

I am so appreciative of the service I receive from Bob & Jims. Took my overheated vehicle in, they found the thermostat housing had cracked and broken. What I had forgotten is that they had fixed this same problem last August. They looked it up and found the part and repair was still under warranty! They could have just fixed it again and charged me, and I wouldnt have been the wiser. When you need something done that you have no idea how to do yourself (auto repair, plumbing, electrical, etc.), it feels like a miracle to find someone whom you know is honest and fair.

CAUTION: THEY MAY ROB YOU. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Zak was very rude. I was quoted it would take two hours to change my water pump. I said it should only take an hour. This upset Zak. He said it would take two hours. I said ok and when the repairs were done it was like one hour and 15 minutes. He still charged me for two hours. I told him I didnt think this was fair. He got upset again and told me not to return because I complained to much. I told him fine but fair is fair and I thought I should be charged for the actual time worked. He said they did some extra work like changing out an extra belt and replacing a ac tensioner pulley assbly which I paid for. When I first talked to him he said they dont usually charge extra time for this since it easy to do while the water pump is off. Anyway they only took an hour and 15 minutes to do the work but charged for two hours.

Crooks. They overpriced me for services I didnt need. Not to mention they never fixed my car since I am still having the same problem before I left my car in there. Not to mention, I left it in there for two days, and I think they never touched it and just priced me for some bullshit they never did.

Lacking in diagnostic experience and are parts changers at best. Previous business owner was great but now you might as well fix your own car yourself as you couldn’t do any worse. Had one visit where they only remembered to put one bolt in my caliper and I was stuck middle of road locked up. Spent over $1200 replacing parts for problem they couldn’t even fix and still have. Use to love this shop long ago as it was great under previous ownership but now it’s really bad. If you have something minor you’ll be ok but anything else you might want to consider someone more experienced and professional.
