I hate dealing with insurance companies. I like dealing with them, their customer sevice is stellar. Henceforth, the 5 star rating.

Extremely pathetic service, they dont know about the policies..told them to add my wife to renters policy only..they did and after 3 months they cancelled my policy without informing me with the reason that my wifes license is expired..I didnt ask them to add my wife to Auto policy and now they told me its Michigan State policy..They could have informed me before adding my wife and now they are saying to look for other companies
