I have had to make two (2) claims on my condo insurance since October 2019. For the first claim, the water feed line going to my kitchen burst, and the water ran down my wall and into two rooms in my basement. It ruined the ceiling, carpeting, and dry wall in the finished room in my basement. The second room was the furnace room. Then, two months later, the exact same thing happened again (except this time, only the finished room was affected). However, for one of the claims, the cold water line burst; and then the hot water line burst for the second claim. Since I hired the same water restoration company for both claims (and Andrew at Bobby Branchs office recommended the water restoration company), it made the process a lot less painful. And dealing with Bobby Branch himself with changing around auto policies for myself and my son further exhibited the customer-focused driven performanceMr. Branchs office excels at.

I have received awesome service from Mr. Branch and staff for at least three years. I originally went to him for auto insurance, because my other insurance refused to renew my insurance because of several tickets I acquired during the contract. Computers were down, and most agents would have left it at that, but Greg was relentless to get me squared away so I cold pick up my new car. He made several calls to corporate and who knows where else, but he got my policy updated so I could take delivery of my new car. Worst insurance agent ever!!! Nothing but issues EVERY month with this guy!!! And he puts the blame on his underwriting or employees! If I was running a business, I would be making sure the people I hire or work with are capable of doing the job right!!! If not, I would be taking care of it myself...this guy is never available to talk with his PAYING customers when there is an issue!! They can never get my payment correct, taken money out of my account that wasnt even my correct payment, had to make more than several phone calls back and forth to try and get it figured out...every time they tell me it is figured out and my payment should be a certain amount, it ALWAYS comes back wrong when my bill is sent to me! WORST SERVICE EVER! Save yourself the hassell and go elsewhere!!! I dont even want to rate it 1 star as that would be giving him too much credit!!! He has no clue how to run a successful business!

I received a phone call from a gentleman that works there regarding an auto quote. Very sweet boy. I wasnt ready to purchase insurance just yet, but I had every intent to. When I called I asked for Bobby branch. Let me tell you that man is extremely self absorbed, arrogant, and just down right rude! He does not care for his clients at all. Ive never met anyone so full of themselves ever!!! Id advise absolutely no one to ever take their business there. You have to look at it as if the agent is that bad, it reflects on the agency itself. Im spending a ridiculous amount of money of car, home, life and health insurance, I want to have someone that I know I can call for anything and is happy to answer any of my questions.

Over the last week, I have received calls from this agency trying to selling me insurance. After explaining THREE times that I already have State Farm with another agent and to stop calling, they continued to call. The representatives at this office clearly either dont listen or arent smart enough to figure out how to take me off their list. Ive reported this to my agent and if I get an additional call, I will be going to the main office. Legally, if someone tells you to stop calling you HAVE to take me off the list.

But he didnt even have the decency to call me like I requested, he text me!
