Amazing staff. I feel welcome every time I come to class. I was so nervous for my first class, and everyone made me feel so welcome and cared about. Their cleaning and sanitary procedures during the pandemic exceed expectations. I always look forward to classes because of the atmosphere. They are expensive, but for this type of gym/classes, they are very affordable. They constantly have sales as well to help with the pricing. I simply cannot put into words how great my experiences have been here.
Indoor cycling is such a great workout for your body, mind, and soul and the Cyclebar Crocker Park staff has made the studio a welcoming and safe space. I always look forward to class and it truly is a no judgement zone and the instructors are so helpful whether itโs your 1st or 100th ride
Great class!!! Very clean, competitive, and amazing experience. I will be a repeat rider!!!
Always love coming! The staff is great and helps every step of the way! Meghan is an amazing instructor, I will continue to pick her classes! Kaden always helps with getting situated for a great ride and always makes sure we understand everything before we start! Highly recommend trying it out, itโs totally worth it!
Had a great time, was in Hogโs Heaven! Everyone was sooo nice( staff) and very uplifting! Next time I come, I will have to remember not to bring a lot of stuff (except my water bottle) because they provided them, towels, shoes, bananas ๐, etc! Plan to get the 4/$59 package! And I am wearing my new headband! Loved the lights and music, too!
I was afraid to do my first class, but Kaden and the entire staff were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable about being a beginner. The class was fun and I cant wait to go back, I felt so amazing after it!
Such an awesome workout and loved the atmosphere! It is so welcoming and helpful, the vibe is great! Definitely will be going back!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The workouts are intense, extremely effective and fun! I highly recommend it!
I really like this place and the manager, Ashley is so nice. However, I pay $100 per month and cant get into a class. If Cyclebar is going to allow discounted $1 classes or ClassPass which is a better value and lets you use a variety of gyms, they should give priority booking to people who pay full price for classes. Im literally paying a premium for classes I cant book.
Really like the stats provided.
Great service, great leadership, top notch instructors. Ownership has a Christlike heart and regularly leverages his facility to raise money for charities.
Beautiful studio, amazing staff, fun & challenging classes! Loved the Throwback Thursday class with Meghan!
Very welcoming place! We were greated by Taylor as soon as we walked in. She checked us in and got our shoes and then Kaden took us back to lockers and explained how things work and showed us around the facility. We were introduced to our instructor Meghan who knew we were first timers and made us feel welcome. Kaden took us in to the room and explained everything about the bike, helped us get hooked in and let us know that if we needed anything she or Meghan would be there to help. I was a little apprehensive about going because Iโm older and have not worked out in a long time. I was welcomed and encouraged and that is what makes me want to go back! Staff is great and the facility is amazing!
This place has changed my life! I canโt say enough good things about it. The music is awesome (especially when you get a video to go with it), the instructors are fantastic, the staff is so kind and encouraging and helpful, the facilities are impeccable, and they provide everything! I really like being able to sign up for my classes and pick my bike ahead of time online. I bought an unlimited package and went from someone who never spins to now spinning 3-4 times a week. Iโve also been able to increase my mileage on my runs because of the improvement in cardio! And, itโs an excuse to go shopping at Crocker Park! Woo hooooo!!!
Beautiful facility: state of the art and clean. 5 stars for environment. Unfortunately that was the only nice thing about Cycle Bar. When I got to my first class, I walked in the door and even though there were 5 employees standing around, no one greeted me, no one said one word to me until I told them I was new, and then Blake gave me a tour. The tour was great, like I said, very clean and modern, and I was impressed. There was no space to wait in between the previous class getting out and the incoming class to wait to enter while they cleaned. So you had two classes worth of women squeezed into a tiny space. While we were waiting, some of the staff was talking about ridiculous things to be talking about in front of customers, using inappropriate language and talking about drug use. Im not easily offended But I have managed before and if any of my staff said that in front of customers that would NOT be acceptable. While the classes were being switched, I spoke to the instructor Kristen, to let her know that it was my first class and I would need some help since I had no idea what I was doing. She was very nice and assured me she would give me a rundown of the machines before class started. I was excited to get started. While everyone was settling into class, I was waiting For Kristen to come over and help, or anyone, really, since I had absolutely no clue how to strap myself in, or even adjust the bike. She never came. No one strapped me in, no one helped me adjust my bike, even though I motioned her over before class a few times, she never came. No one asked if anyone was new and needed help (which as a new facility you think would be a smart move). I made it about 30 minutes through a 40 minute class (without being strapped in or being on a property adjusted bike) ((after about 10 times of trying unsuccessfully to wave over Kristen)), and I couldnโt take it. It was very clear due to everyoneโs progress on the screen that something was wrong with my bike, but nothing was said. I had to leave class early and could barely walk. No one showed any concern when I walked past the 5 original staff members from before, and Blake the manager even said I needed to toughen up before I could come back. It took 10 minutes of lying on the bathroom floor before I could even muster up leg strength to stand up and make it to my car. (I believe I was injured due to not using the right resistance on the bike). I thought it was just a pulled muscle, but two days later, I went into kidney failure due to rhabdomyolysis. I ended up having to be in the hospital for a week, was at risk of possibly losing my legs and additionally have been off of work for over a month.CycleBar was less than helpful when it came to recifying the situation, surprise surprise, Blake was less than sympathetic on the phone. In fact, I was even charged again for no reason at all. The only good employee who seems to work at CycleBar is the manager Ashley, who is the only one who seemed to take any responsibility. Iโm not saying everything that happened is a result of cyclebar, but if you donโt show people how to use the machines, then there are going to be consequences. I have racked up a 50,000 hospital bill, and have been out of work for a month and am still in pain.Hopefully they take this review to heart and realize that if they expect people to pay $150 a month for spin classes, they should offer more than a flashy tour and fancy amenities. Thanks for reading this long review and I hope this helps someone in the future.
Fantastic staff, facility and instructors!!
