Fantastic experience working with the entire team. We recently had carpet installed and HATED the color! The samples looked much darker than the installed version and we essentially had white carpet (with young kids and dogs... not good) Calvetta Bros informed us of their happiness guarantee and said they would replace the carpet with a new color free of charge. We offered to pay and they refused and simply asked for a good review. Great experience, friendly service and follow up. i highly recommend them

We were very happy with the remodel project of our bathrooms, floors, kitchen backsplash and painting at our new condo. From our first contact, Michelle and Jenna were very easy to work with. They made great suggestions, listened to our asks and price points and worked with us to make great improvements. Their communication throughout the project was great and the working team was professional, friendly and took care about their work.

Recently had a new stair runner installed. Calvetta Brothers was amazing to work with. They performed admirably during COVID19 and all the challenges it represents, with supply delays, in home visits, and proper social distancing. Installers arrived with proper PPE which was important to me and my family. They installed the new runner quickly and efficiently. Calvetta Brothers is great all around.

There were some scheduling and communication issues but the install was handled very well. Jeremy was our installer and he knocked it out of the park. The floor turned out amazing and I do recommend this company for the professional installation and professionalism from the installers. They could work on the scheduling and communication part on the logistics side but overall me and my fiancé are very impressed with how it turned out. Great work!

We have had all of our floors in our home -- 1st floor, 2nd floor, addition -- carpeted by Calvetta Bros. over the past three years. Everyone comments on how nice it looks. The padding and carpeting are high quality, but it is the knowledge and talent of the installers that is particularly impressive. Weve had carpet installed by others, but the Calvetta Bros. installers are a step above. They are thoughtful and pleasant people and they know their business. As an example -- The last time they were here they recognized at a glance the manufacturer of the laminate we had put in ourselves several years ago. They also diagnosed a problem with our bedroom floor in an instant, a problem that took us years to uncover. So, yes we have been impressed with Calvetta Bros. and recommend the company to you.

Even though the floor I chose was on back order, I was kept aware of when it would be delivered (and it actually came in earlier than expected). The men who actually laid the flooring were outstanding. They let me know their plan. They arrived when they said they would be here. They were very nice and kept things as neat as possible. The job was completed earlier than expected 😊

Getting new carpeting was such an easy and stress-free process with Calvetta Brothers! They were generous with giving us a discount to meet our budget needs and were communicative and quick with installation. And we love our carpet!

Absolutely top notch company! Each and every person we have worked with during this process has been fantastic! Heather helped choose the perfect floor, came to our house to measure, and guided us along the way with patience and knowledge. The installers did an absolutely incredible job! Mike, Ricky, and Hal are definitely on the A Team at Calvetta! They went above and beyond our expectations and perfectly installed all of our flooring. They were kind, incredibly hard working, and a joy to have in our home during this renovation process. They worked overtime and even on the weekend to complete the job perfectly. They cleaned and even protected the floors with wall to wall heavy paper as we are still in the remodel phase. We were pointed towards Calvetta through our contractor- Cleveland Custom Homes- and have been completely satisfied with the whole process!

Working with Calvetta Bros. was a dream. We gutted our guest bathroom - and with their help, redesigned and updated the space. Their entire team from designers to contractors were completely professional and organized. It can be sometimes be uneasy having a crew in your house but not with this group. They were beyond respectful, courtesy and always left the house as clean as possible. The work was clearly planned out and we were immediately informed with any changes. Not only was the whole project painless but they managed to finish way ahead of schedule. The finished project was better than we expected. When I walked through the door of the Westlake store, I couldnt believe the great selections and quality. I know it sounds corny but I was floored. Excellent no pressure customer service. My husband and I asked for an estimate for various home projects. The service at the showroom was great when picking out the materials (countertops, cabinets, etc.), however when the person arrived to do our estimate she didnt bring any of the paperwork that showed what we had already chosen, nor did she even bring a pen to write down measurements. Plus she showed up late and inappropriately dressed (how is a miniskirt and cleavage okay at a consultation where you have to squat and take measurements??). The no-go was sealed when we had to call multiple times over a two week period to even receive the promised work estimate. Guess they didnt want our business.

From installation with Mike, Richard, Coltin and Clifford to the Satining and sanding with Jose, Michhael and Steven. With constant communication with Esther and Cralyn very refreshing. Maded sure we were content and updated on schedule in the first phase of our home flooring project.

Calvetta Brothers took care of my order efficiently, on time and accurately.

My wife and I stopped in to the Westlake showroom to look at some carpet, we gave our phone number so they could call and setup a time and day to come out with samples and give us an idea of prices to weeks have gone by and still no call we have shopped elsewhere and now having our new carpet installed today! I guess Calvetta Brothers dont need the business! Thanks for nothing!

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They forgot to cut a hole for the vent in my kitchen so they had to come back. They reinstalled base boards upside down in a bathroom and in doing so messed up the paint so bad we had to repaint the entire room. Austin Calvetta called me personally after a bad survey. He insisted on giving me a gift card, which at first I refused because I never want to go back. He kept insisting until I gave in and gave him my new address (we sold the house where the flooring was installed). Guess what, I never received a gift card. Just as well because I’ll never shop or recommend them to anyone. Exceptionally bad customer service and installation.

I had engineered floors put in my downstairs but did not do my livingroom. I had the Calvetta Brothers finish the livingroom. They did a fantastic job matching my floors.

Heather from the Westlake location came to our house and took measurements on a Wednesday. She said she would get with us by Friday with a quote. When we didn’t hear from her by Saturday, we contacted her. She said she would have it Monday, we never heard from her again. I guess they did not want our business.
