My mother always frequented Gordon and Sons for manny many years (40+) It is the only place I will take my jewelry. Through the years I have had modifications to older pieces of jewelry for sizing. The work that was done is beyond excellent. Links made in intricate bracelet, additional links for a gold watch band that was exceptional craftsmanship. Jack turned my mothers sapphire and diamond earring into a ring so my son could use it for his wife. Most recently he rebuilt and restored a sapphire and diamond ring that was my mother’s for me. He also created a ruby and diamond ring from a single stone and an old earring. He creates true works of art.

I do not give 5 star reviews often but this shop blew me away. I brought in a huge driftwood clock that has been on my wall for 15 years and never worked but it was more a piece of art then a clock. I heard about the skill of the jeweler in this small shop and took it there. He worked on the clock and and fixed it after a few tweaks. It is now perfect! He only charged me $50 for a lot of work, parts and time. I highly recommend them more for their skill and fairness then anything else.

Jack has fixed a bunch of luxury watches for me, helped with replacement bands, batteries, etc. He’s a pro and did a great job with everything including restoring one of my Tag Heuer watches to like-new! I highly recommend him.

Brought two watches in to have batteries replaced and got it done for 8$ a pop. The store features an older dusty 70’s decor with minimal vintage jewelry and piles of old watches haphazardly strewn about in the cases. Not much of a jewelry store as much as it is a high quality repair shop. They do a variety of work and have a skilled jeweler getting it done in a timely and professional manner. Found some very interesting watches lumped in piles in the wall case. Old Omegas and other unique pieces, worth a look if you are a collector. I was actually interested in one of the watches but unfortunately the dour attitude of the guy who was assisting me was a turn off. I made for the exit right after paying the $16 + tax. This was recommended by a close friend, but was a rather underwhelming experience.

Had my gold diamond wedding ring resized. Took them one day. My ring came back brand new. Wow. Jack did an amazing job. Service is impeccable and couldnt be anymore happy. Pricing and service are amazing.

I really like this traditional jewelry store with a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable jeweler! I had jewelry repaired and batteries replaced for my watches and watchbands adjusted. In reference to jewelry repairs, I had stones replaced - other jewelers were unsuccessful in their replacement (stones kept falling out). Gordon & Sons is located in the nice downtown of Westfield. Street parking (meter), which can be a challenge; however, there is a meter parking lot within close walking distance. Also, there are serveral great restaurants and shopping in the area.
