Brought my Tissot watch to George for a battery replacement. Not only was he unable to put the watch back together, he marred the back plate. He spent over 20 minutes working on it!He finally told me to send the watch back to the manufacturer. Furthermore, there was no offering to pay for his bungled failed attempt to complete the job. As it turned out not only did he ruin the back plate but he ruined the gasket that held the watch together.

They fixed my wifes watch band for a reasonable price.

Called today and asked about Watch Repair services. The woman lied to me about being certified to repair, and then rudely refused to even entertain me speaking about possible assistance. I’ll never shop there.
