While we could not do business, the person that came to evaluate my tree situation was courteous, on time and even called 30 minutes before the appointment time to make sure I was ready and give me time.The reason we could not continue was that the company does not own a crane. The person who came to evaluate the tree said the tree could not be saved and the position it was (next to the garage) that they could not hand cut the tree and they could not guarantee no damage to the garage.The person was very nice and seemed to care about trees as he was knowledgeable and their stance was to try and save the tree by pruning or cutting rather then just taking it down.

I give them no stars! They cancelled our appointment half hour before they were supposed to be there. They said they had a aborist but really he was a guy who just cut down trees! Bad experience.
