Came out same day and removed a fallen branch from a 30’ Bradford Pear. Although we hated to see the big tree go, it was too much of a liability to keep it so close to our home. Quoted us a very reasonable price for the tree and stomp removal. The crews that came out for each process where professional and friendly. They cleaned up the yard leaving almost no debris. We will definitely use them in the future.

We pay a very good monthly fee to them and I have reached out to them several times with no call back. We have been here two years and now are having to replace our down spouts 5 times because they keep ripping them to shreds when they cut our grass. I have also ask them not to use the blower on my back patio because it makes my shepherd really anxious. I have even see the worker messing with her through the glass with the blower and that is not Acceptable . I’m sorry but I think something needs to be done!!!! They are also payed to mulch and they do with low grade mulch and every time they cut the grass they blow the grass in the mulch. I will figure out how to post pics to show what I’m talking about.

They did great work with our lawn. I am particularly impressed with their customer service. I had an issue with damage to my fence from one of their riding mowers; nothing major. I spoke with Julian, the owner, and he immediately began helping me resolve the issue. He was very courteous and the whole thing experience was painless. I highly recommend this company!

Hired BAM for my community for landscaping, mowing and maintenance. Needed some quick work done in a hurry and they more than delivered!! Called and out on site the next day and did an amazing job and surpassed my expectations. I will continue to use them.

Called multiple times was promised a return call but never received. Dont expect any sort of good communication. We have easy business but no one will call back after they make promises to do it.

Amazing staff. Very friendly (ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK WORKERS) and they get the job done on time. They have been doing my lawn work for as long as I can remember (I’d say over 5 years) and every time I pull into my driveway while they are mowing, they will wave at me or move their lawnmowers to let me through. The grass always looks beautiful and has gorgeous patterns... even the length is perfect. They tend the garden and everything about it is lovely. The flowers are very healthy and no weeds!!! That being said... some people seem to lack the knowledge that in order for their requests to be fulfilled to their liking, they actually need to communicate with the team. If they make a mistake they will fix it. They always have for me!

Once we got scheduling lined up, we were happy with the end result. Scott was great with communication. Royal came out to look at some other trees and we are looking forward to having them treated.

BAM Outdoor removed five tall white pines with large limbs from a tight space between ours and our neighbor’s house. The workers themselves worked like a machine to cut and haul limbs while taking care not to damage gutters, roofs or fence from either house. They tidied up well. The price was better than 3 other tree companies who bid on the job. BAM Outdoor had come recommended to us from a friend. I recommend them too.

STAY AWAY! look elsewhere for hardscaping. We hired BAM 2 years ago to put in a $15,000 patio that should have had a 1 year warranty. They completely ignored us within that 1 year warranty and never addressed any of our concerns. We sent multiple emails with pictures to take a look at our caving in pavers and rotting cedar beams but were ignored or told that we were being too picky. Once we learned that our project manager was no longer with the company, we reached out again and were told that repairs would be $3,000 because we are outside of our warranty. We even forwarded documentation that we had been trying within the warranty period. So frustrating! We will be finding another company to do the repairs and would suggest others stay away!**9/8 Update: BAM did end up reaching out about our patio and everything was made right! BAM has new owners now which is probably why we were having so much difficulty getting a hold of someone during our one year warranty period. I can say that the new project manager that is now working at BAM is fantastic and the new owners seem great to. The owner actually came out to look at our patio prior to any work being done and we were able to reach a very fair agreement to fix our patio. Matt was sent out to do the repairs and was FANTASTIC! He was a perfectionist, which I appreciate, and our patio actually looks better now after repairs than what it did when it was brand new!

A disgrace to all professional landscaping companies. Lazy is an understatement. Our neighborhood is a disgrace and looks awful. They gladly take your money, but cut corners and do shabby work. Go elsewhere if you want the job done right.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I dislike companies that won’t return a phone call even more. It looks like others have experienced this too. If you’re too busy or need a few weeks to return a call or get to a quote, say so. Silence is poor communication and a bad way to run a business. I’m moving on now. Best of luck to you.

I was pleased with all of the staff members from start to finish. Matt came out the same day as I requested a quote/estimate. Jonathan was great at keeping me up to date on timing of the services. The crew showed up on time and were efficient. They cleaned up every single limb and leaf left behind from the job. They were respectful of our property and left it in better condition than how they found it. I recommend them 100%.

We had BAM out today to take down a large tree and stump removal. These guys did a great job with the tree removal and clean up. We highly recommend them for work and will use again if needed.

RUN AWAY! They were hired to cut the yards in my neighborhood. Tore up the grass turning too quickly. Ruined new grass. Mulched the leaves instead of picking them up. My dues include lawn Care and I now do it myself they are so horrible. Pick someone else

God awful! Do not hire! They do a half of a job. Lets just say that a person would be better off letting 2-year-olds doing the lawn. Also, the grass fertilizer that they use isnt pet-friendly. My dog lost a lot of his fur after they fertilized the property. My dog began itching and scratching due to their incompetence.

I am on the HOA board for our neighborhood, which handles all landscape and maintenance for its residents. We switched to BAM for our landscaping services this year, and we are so sorry that we did. We have been battling them for MONTHS trying to get them to perform the services we contracted them to do, which include mowing, weeding, dead plant removal, and management of our irrigation system.In the spring, they would only come out to mow every TEN days. The grass would go to seed, and get thick and ugly. It looked terrible and residents were complaining. When they finally did mow, clean-up was abysmal.Every year the HOA does a walkthrough with the landscaping company to find areas to address; this year, BAMs representative only attended a partial walkthrough with us, and left early. Unprofessional, and indicative of the lack of attention theyre willing to give even a large $$ contract.Not surprisingly, there are parts of the community that get forgotten, especially with weeding. Weeds run rampant in our flower beds- the big and obvious kinds of weeds- no excuse for not removing or treating them.It is July, and parts of our irrigation are still turned off or broken. Their inventory of our irrigation was incomplete (again, missing parts of the community). I literally placed a broken sprinkler head on the sidewalk so they wouldnt miss it, but they did. Theyre not bothering to survey the entire community theyre in charge of. Our grass is dying. BAM is non-responsive.BAM claims that the water to our entire neighborhood (homes and all) needs to be shut off by Citizens before they can initiate repairs. Our manager, and Citizens, and everyone who has ever installed a landscaping system, say that an irrigation line is separate from the main water line, and theres no reason to shut down the water main to an entire neighborhood. I dont think BAM knows what theyre doing but they refuse to work with us. Did I mention its July and our grass is still not getting watered? Not a single water bag for some new trees has been filled this season.This whole time, our manager has attempted constant communication with BAM but they are unresponsive. They say theyre having staffing issues; they keep promising us that theyll take care of us. Theyll give us a date, which comes and goes with nothing done, then another date, which comes and goes, until finally its July and all weve gotten out of our contract are a few mowings and mulch on the beds.Our HOA board would not recommend BAM to anyone. Were appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that weve gotten.”

They never call you back even after multiple calls. They always apologize for their lack of response on the next call and say you’ll be put to the top of the list and contacted later that day. Well it’s been close to 2 months and still no return call.

Have never had the experience of their lawn care services, however I will NEVER use them as an employee flipped me off unprovoked after pulling out in front of me almost causing me to t-bone him (I clearly had the right-of-way). Its always a bad sign to see people act unprofessional in a company vehicle...definitely will not be using their services, ever.
