Outside of the location, there are few other upsides. Cold office staff and the practice is very unforgiving of cancellations. I was given a hard time cancelling 8 days in advance in one instance, then was blamed for cancelling when the therapist miswrote our appt date on her calendar in another instance (our actual scheduled appointment was one week later). After a 1.5 year run at this practice, I wont be going back again. Look elsewhere, save yourself the aggravation.

Lisa DeVries is the sweetest woman I have ever met in my life. She is professional, caring, a great listener and will work with your schedule in times of need. She is truly passionate about helping others and does so in the most genuine way possible. All the staff Ive come across here are professional and very welcoming the moment a patient walks in. I dont remember a time where I left a session without feeling a sense of relief. There is no better practice in the state of New Jersey as this one in Westfield. If you are looking for a staff of professionals that genuinely care then this is the place for you.
