Rented out two 20x55 tents with 100 chairs and 20 tables for my husbands and I wedding! The set up was exactly how I wanted it and the workers were super kind! I spoke with Amber and Liz a few times about what I should do and they helped me so much! They went over every detail about what types of chairs and tables and the different types of tents, I didn’t even know there was much of a difference! When the drivers came they asked me if we needed a hand with anything as we were getting ready to set up all our decor and flowers, they were very generous and kind! The cleanliness and the service were amazing! I will definitely be using them again for all of our future events.Thank you guys! You made our wedding Complete!

We just had a birthday party for my granddaughter and grandson and rented the Dual Lane Combo Bounce House with Pool. The kids had so much fun! It was the highlight of the party! I was very impressed with the unit. The unit itself was immaculately clean. Because of its design, I was also confident that the children using it would be safe. The installation as well as the disassembly the next day were done by Matthew and Anthony, who I cannot say enough nice things about. These two young men were excellent workers. They were courteous, respectful and helpful. Liz, the office manager, was also wonderful to work with. This was the first time we used Day and Night, but it certainly wont be the last!

I rented the obstacle course for last weekend for my daughters 13th birthday and WOW! I have never been more satisfied and blessed with a company before. I was a last minute booking and Amber, who had helped me book my party was so helpful through the entire thing! This was my first time renting with them so I had many questions and she was so patient with me and answered all of them! I didn’t expect to get anything I had wanted for my party because I was so last minute but they had a driver stay past his hours just to deliver it to me on time for my party! The drivers made sure the unit was clean when it had been delivered to my house and were beyond respectful! Thank you day and Night for making my little girls party one of the best I will certainly be booking with you again!

Friendley staff! Very accommodating with the waterslide I rented - had to reschedule for reasons out of my control and they were very understanding. Day of delivery they were on time and patient with helping me decide where slide should go. Most importantly: Kids had a blast!! Will definitely rent from them again!

Very disappointed in this company. They are unwilling to work with their customers especially regarding covid protocols. I paid them over $600 for tables, chairs (which they didn’t even attempt to set up) and a tent that we ended up not being able to use because of covid and they refused to work with us. They kept the money, wouldn’t give us a discount for when we needed to reschedule the event and did not communicate when they would be over to pick up their equipment. They didn’t offer to help in any way. Very poor service. I would not recommend using them, especially during this pandemic. If you have to change plans at all they are not flexible.

I called to secure a waterslide for my daughters party 1 month in advance and confirmed multiple times the date with the woman on the phone. I was advised the rental would be delivered the day before to ensure we had use of the rental for 24 hours. Upon not hearing from the company regarding a delivery time, I called and was advised that my rental date had been keyed in incorrectly, and that they no longer had the waterslide available. The woman I spoke to, who identified herself as the office manager, was extremely rude and nasty. Upon advising that I expected the waterslide to be delivered to my home as planned, considering that I had already paid a deposit of $175, she rudely told me that she “just can’t go to someone’s yard and take the waterslide.” When I requested a discount for their mistake when attempting to secure another, smaller waterslide (one in which my child was extremely disappointed with), I was told that she could not do that because they “were already making an exception for me” in terms of delivery, which 1. Is not true as it clearly states on their website that they deliver to my town and 2. I was being charged an extra $150 for the delivery to begin with. She then continued to argue with me regarding the mileage to my town outside of their delivery zone. This place has horrible customer service, clearly does not have a solid business model in terms of booking (never even got a confirmation email) and I will not be using them ever again. I will also ensure that this negative review is posted on all neighboring town websites. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

A friend recommended for bounce house rentals great prices and customer service. We locked in our large tent with table and chairs and giant Kahuna waterslide grad party for this summer. I saved over $125 by calling Day and Night Party Rentals and they are coming the day before party to deliver and set everything up.

This was our first rental from Day and Night to do an outdoor show at Brimfield, MA antique/flea market. The weather was cold & overcast with heavy cloud cover. Take a look at the photo attached. When you stand inside this 20x20 ft. tent it lets in LOTS of daylight - which was great because there wasnt any electricity available on this field. The other tents on the field were very dark to the point where you needed to use a flashlight to see what you were looking at.The gable roof profile of the tent provides a large rear wall that brings in even more light and lends itself nicely for display of larger banners, etc. I cant tell you how many compliments we got from customers and in large part because of the natural filtered lighting.Absolutely the friendliest, nicest people youll ever rent from - we cant thank you enough for making our Brimfield experience an enjoyable adventure!! Cheers!

Very unhappy with this company. One star given only because the delivery guys were very nice. My experience with them was terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I could write a chapter on their unprofessionalism but they are not worth the time it would take to write.

Rented a $310 bounce house last Sunday for a joint party for my 4 and 10 yo from Day and Night Party Rental. The house arrived Saturday afternoon, the man said he would need an extension cord as he “ran out”. My stepfather and I showed him 2 outdoor cords and he selected one and preceded to set up the house. No indication of the cord not being kids insufficient. He blew up the house and showed us it worked so I paid him the money. We deflated until the next day, blowing it up at party time. About an hour into the party the connection of the two cords started smoking and sparking. A father at the party managed to get the cords apart (pretty sure he burned himself but wouldn’t complain either way). It’s obvious (see pics) the heat came from the cord attached to the house which also had exposed wires on it, melting our cord. I call during the party to tell them what happened, getting a recording as they were closed. I called on Monday and spoke to a manager who said very rudely that they “are not obligated to provide extension cords and how do we know it wasn’t my cord that was the issue”. I explained the picture and visual evidence. I expressed concern over the safety risk and said “your employee asked for the cord and set up the house with it saying it was fine”. The manager told me she “looked at all the houses and cords and nothing was wrong with any”. I again explained that their cord was not intact and had exposed wires. She literally yelled that I will not get a refund and hung up on me. I called back demanding info to reach the owner. She stated the owner does not take calls, she is the highest up I can speak to and I’m not getting a refund. And again, hung up on me. I took a friend’s advice and called the store in CT to see if they would work with me getting me in contact with the owner. A young woman took my info and said she’d have him call me. This was Wednesday. No call back. I’m a single mom of 3 and $310 could pay some bills. Just wanted my kids to have a nice party.

This place is great. They delivered and set up my tent and bounce house to our home in Springfield MA a day ahead of time. We had a fantastic party. Very good prices on everything. We added a dunk tank on last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Highly recommend

This past fall I had rented a bounce house and a cotton candy machine for my sons birthday party. After doing a ton of research on other rentals in the area I tried this one. I was so incredibly impressed by how great their costumer service was. They had great delivery service, and had lower prices. I am a picky person and was very happy with my service. I will most definitely be using them in the future and I highly recommend them!

Day and Night Party Rentals recently did an event for the Town of Agawam. We were very impressed with how clean and new everything was, how friendly the office staff and delivery guys were. Everything went smoothly! We will most definitely use them again!

They delivered my bounce house the day before my party so I didn’t have to worry about it being late. The bounce house with the slide was super clean and my kids were in it from the time they delivered it until they picked it up the day after my party! I will be using them again!

Day and Night provided beautiful canopies for my daughter & son-in-laws marriage celebration. Their resin chairs added extra comfort to everyones seating. Their set up time was accomplished well in advance of our event, allowing ample time for our own preparations. The set up team was pleasant and courteous. A big Thank You to Day and Night!

I work in Westfield MA and had drove by your new location at 321 N Elm St. I am so glad that i stopped by your store the gentleman (Rob) that was there that day was very nice and answered all my questions about bounce house rentals and what would be the best size tent rental for my daughters birthday party. Not only did Day and Night Party Rentals have the best prices but there customer service was excellent. My party was at my sisters house in Springfield Ma cause she has a nice big backyard better suitable than mine and there was now snow in her yard. Do Not Rent From Them!Over the last few years we have ordered the Big Kahuna waterslide (costing $479) from them and have had a great time on it. This year was different, the guests that went down it at the party later complained to me that the slide hurt and was scratching and cutting their backs and this is why they didnt want to use it! This was in the evening on Saturday... on Sunday morning we blew up the slide to take pictures of the cut fabric on the slide and to show the drivers where it was cutting the children when they picked it up. The drivers then informed me it was wear and tear of the slide that caused this!When we called the company first thing Monday about it the secretary said that they would have the owners call us back...24 hours go by and I call back today and the secretary put the manager on the phone who was one of the rudest people I have even spoken with. I had over 100 guests at the party and she had the audacity to tell me it was my fault that I didnt call the day of the party about the slide, even though guests didnt start arriving at the party until around 4:00pm and didnt start going down the slide until later on in the evening. However I told the drivers the very next morning it was hurting my guests.... During my phone call with the company this afternoon we find out that they sent the same slide out to ANOTHER party knowing it was cutting people! Very upset with their service.

VERY POOR SERVICE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Pictures on their websites are not what they have available for bounce houses. They will lie and say they have it and when they deliver it, its something else.They will charge your debit card extra money once you pay the deposit and will try to force you to stay with what they give you. STRAIGHT THIEVES!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!

The price was actually good, but we tried to write an honest review of our experience and they blocked us from their Facebook page. I wrote they delivered on the party day which was Saturday June 16 at 1230 and picked up Sunday at 11am. Apparently they did not like it they tried to call me a liar and said they dropped off Friday-Sunday (not true) told them to check their paper work it’s dated and signed on Saturday the 16. Lol that’s when they blocked me. Funny cause I wrote the kids enjoyed it and would’ve rented again

Rented a bounce house this weekend for my sons 5th birthday. I was told drop off would be between 10a.m.-2 p.m. Bounce house arrived at 10 but I stepped out to run an errand and missed them. They came back at 1 and set ut up. The bounce house was in great shape and the party was a hit. It wasnt picked up until 12 today. My son got a full 2 days use out of it. Would recomend this place for all events like this. Thank you.

I had a bunch of kids for a bday party and Day/Night Party rental took care of everything I asked. They even set it up and took it down quick as can be. The worst business ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND NEVER SHOWED UP WITH THE TENTS!!!! SCAM ARTISTS. This is the first extremely negative review Ive ever written. Please be warned before engaging in business with these people. The individual who answered the phone when we called regarding a refund went into a profanity laced verbal rage and took no responsibility for his companys inability to follow through on a contract. My advice, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

The person you booked with, lets call her M., does not know her information. I called once for information, was quoted a price for the Double Rush inflatable, was given a deposit rate of $75.00 when I called back a few days later the rate of the inflatable and the deposit went up, deposit was now $100.00. Questioned it and she gave me the $75.00 deposit. M provided no information, I had to ask the questions- like is there a cancellation fee for the inflatable, Yes, it is $75.00. Guess I didnt ask some other important questions because there were a few surprises the day the inflatable was delivered.At one point I needed to add a tent to my rental order, no problem doing that, however, for a $149.00 rental it was $50 when I had to cancel it a few days later. Was never told about the cancel fee for the tent prior. When M called to arrange delivery there was a problem because NEVER was I told the delivery for a Saturday rental would be on Friday. This was an issue since no one would be home, we could not arrange for anyone to be home between 10-2. She told me she would call me back- never called back. When I ended up calling to cancel the tent, that is when I found out about the $50 fee for canceling the tent and then she told me they could drop the inflatable off later in the afternoon (I could only arrange for someone to be there at 3pm). That Friday, day of delivery- HORRIBLE!!!!! The guys delivering called me at 12:20, telling me they would be at my house in 40 minutes. That was an issue since we arranged a 3pm set up, at the earliest. My daughter got out of work early, had just gotten home when the guys pulled up- this was at 2:20, not 3pm, if she had not been out early that would have been an issue, again. Then daughter calls me to tell me they are waiting for me to get home because they need payment. NO ONE, NO ONE EVER told me that I had to pay CASH!!!! I called M and told her that I was disappointed with the lack of information provided at time of booking. Never told about delivery fee, never told about paying CASH to the guys. They had credit card, could have charged that. The lack of communication and information from M was unprofessional. There should be some sort of email communication so the prices are in writing for both the company AND the consumer!!! The prices from booking time to the arrival did not match, one was because of the delivery fee that I was not told about. The amount on the guys sheet I had to sign was even slightly different then what she had just told me on the phone (It was only off by cents but still). I asked to speak to the owner, M put me on hold, and we got disconnected. Called back and she told me he was out of the office but she would leave a message and have him call me on Monday. The party was June 10 and I have yet to hear from the owner. Not a very good way to run a company, your employee should know what they are selling, and the prices, she was never able to answer any questions without putting me on hold. The inflatable was great, all those who attended loved the obstacle course but the amount of stress they put on me to run to the bank on a Friday afternoon to get CASH that they never told me I needed, unnecessary! So negatives- M doesnt tell you all the fees involved, prices on inflatable and deposit amounts change, doesnt tell you that when you have more than one thing you are renting you still have cancellation fee, doesnt tell you the inflatable is dropped off the day before the party (my party was at 1pm on a Sat., so they could have dropped off in the morning), doesnt tell you about the delivery fee, and doesnt tell you that you have to pay in CASH when they deliver. AND owner doesnt call you back to follow up on a complaint. I will say the inflatable itself was a lot of fun and the guys who delivered and set it up were great. I never write reviews but I needed others to know what I was never told when I spoke to M the numerous times that I did.

Im really disappointed of the customer service from this place. Im a faithful customer, we get bounce house all the time. This weekend we rented out another one. We are used to get the bounce house from Friday and they will pick it up on Monday morning. I dont know if this place have a new management put we didnt get that deal..anyways we try calling them talk to the lady. She never call me back. The driver came super early to pick up the house then tell us if we want to stay with for a couple more hours will be $150 more. Crazy I just pay them $400. I understand if somebody else has rented that house put the driver said no. That was not the reason. .I guess they are just been greedy. Try calling them again I guess they know ur # so they didnt pick up.. put is ok .. they lost a customer. .I will be looking for a different place for the 4 of July water slide. Quick, early setup for a 12pm party. We get to keep it overnight with pickup in the afternoon, so almost 2 days use for a reasonable price.

We rented from here yesterday, We wrote a review and they deleted it. All I wrote was they dropped it off Saturday at 12:30 and picked up at 11am Sunday. They then replied with, they dropped it off Friday the 15 and picked up Sunday the 17th. When in fact they dropped it off Saturday the 16th while the party was already going on. Won’t rent again after the lies. I just didn’t like the fact that they tried to make it look like I lied and should be grateful for the Friday-Sunday they claimed I had it for. Would’ve rented again but after they lied, never again. You guys don’t like hearing the truth because you removed my sisters and my comments on your FB Page then blocked us!

I picked it up and originally the cost to have it picked up from my home was 10$ then they changed it to 25$!!!! Terrible customer service. The woman was completely rude! And intolerable. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!! DISGUSTING.

Horrible service recently I been renting from them for a cope of years and they always leave the bouncy house for the weekend and recently I rented the bouncy house and a Couple of Chairs and this time I rented from them on every Friday like usual and they came on Saturday while I have a picnicIn my house my kids jumping on the bouncy house and other kids thinking that I will have the same treatment as always keep the house for the weekend you can get it picked up on Monday morning but that wasnt the case they came real early on Saturday morning while my kids were jumping and other kids and ruin the whole thing and left them crying because they took the bouncy houses so if youre thinking to rent from them they have very terrible service I will leave a link for you guys here soon from another place where you can rent and keep the bouncy house for the rest of the weekend if you rent on Friday thanks for looking

We called another Party Rental place and we never received our dunk tank for many different excuses, finally they said they were missing parts hours before our party started. Needless to say we were in a jam. I called Day/Night and the lady on the phone went out of her way to get a dunk tank to my party in less than an hour!!! Incredible service and very friendly. Day and Night will be my only source for rentals and referrals.

This was the first time we rented from them and were glad we did. Had a baby shower yesterday. The two guys that set up on Friday were both very friendly and you could tell they were hard workers.
