Herd how post man just “dropped” the box outside of my door today (7/14/20). I was able to hear that “drop” sound behind my two doors. The contain wasnt damaged. But this kind of attitude make me think that some day I simply may not get my mail. If Westfield post office management reading these reviews, please keep an eye on one of your guy (big bold guy with tattoos on one his right leg). Most likely next time will file complaint...

Some lady on the phone lost patience with me quick. SMH. They need BETTER customer service.Spoke to other people before and they were friendly but now different people came in and ruined the vibe.

Worse customer service ever! Dont use them!They really need to train their people on some customer service skills.

Worst post office I’ve worked with in 10 years of owning a completely online business.They’ve refused to make package pickups for entire weeks at a time. Then when we would bring 40+ packages to the post office they would rudely suggest that we instead schedule pickups and shrug when we told them that we did indeed schedule pickups but they were repeatedly ignored.

Worst delivery ever if only there was a way to avoid their service! Always give me my neighbors mail or them my mail, have too many problems with my packages like the left one in wrong place and it was sitting outside in the rain, they make up excuses why my package couldn’t be delivered but when I go to the office they say I shouldn’t have a problem, plus I live literally 45 seconds away from the post office!! Completely unprofessional! There’s been several times I ran into rude unnecessarily rude employees that I had reported the incident too! My packages come with specific directions that are available to the carriers! I guess they have no standards for work ethics......I am adding to this review by including that they removed their local number from Google and i would infer its due to all the problems they have caused.

People that work here are garbage. Miserable isnt the word. Also, dont ask any questions. Ive never sent anything certified mail before and and filled out one section wrong on the paperwork and they treated it like I should have left the post office and killed myself right away. If you hate your jobs that much just quit, dont treat every customer like a moron. You get paid good and get good benefits, cry me a river.

Im surprised by some of the negative reviews here. I found this post office to be excellent, although I only went the one time. The young lady who helped me today was a model of customer service. She was fast and efficient. I had several packages, and I couldnt ask for a better shipping experience.

Avoid this post office like your life depends on it. Highly unreliable in terms of processing, delivery and customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had my mail misdelivered or received someone else’s mail who doesn’t live remotely near me. Would do anything to have the Southwick branch handle my mail.

Westfield, MA has the absolute worst post office ever. All of the clerks are incredibly slow and rude. If you that miserable, quit and give the job to someone who appreciates it. When I complained to the postmaster his reply was if you dont like the clerks, dont come here. Really???? Unfortunately I already paid for a mailbox for a year and he wouldnt refund my money so I have to go there. I would LOVE to never see their faces again, trust me, but thats not an option. If I knew you can get a P.O. box anywhere, I would have gotten one in Southwick where I currently go to ship all of my packages. They are incredibly helpful, patient, and kind.This is the way things should be! Its funny, the reason the clerks in Westfield have been so irritated with me all these years is cause I had too many packages to send. Well careful what you wish for, there will be a machine doing your job in no time. I cant wait until they all no longer have a job. They certainly do not deserve the ones they have now.

Some of the friendliest postal workers (mail-men & mail-women) Ive ever met on my routes in my neighborhoods in Westfield MA. Also, the Postal Office has such friendly & wonderful staff, always willing to help & so patient & kind. Its nice to see friendly faces. :) Im more than happy with Westfield Ma US Post Office.

The service is absolutely awful. As other commentators are saying, staff are rude and inefficient. There is no way this post office deserve any star let alone 5-star. All review site should have an acknowledgement that reviewers have no connection with the entity such as friends or family etc.

If I could give this Post Office negative stars, I would. I cannot tell you how many times the wrong mail has been delivered to me. Not just off by a house number or two...off by MILES! When I speak to postal supervisors, they say because its dark when I get my mail, mistakes happen. Poor excuses for poor service.

Too many times have my packages been lost or not delivered to my house and I live right down the street, hundreds of dollars of online shopping down the drain. I no longer order anything to my house unless absolutely necessary. The post office is small but always has a shortage of mailing boxes that I pay to use for my online business. Needs more attentive friendly staff members, they are very rude and I honestly hate going in there.

I would give this post office negative stars if possible. Delivery is a nightmare if you have a package it is either jammed into your mailbox and damaged or left at the wrong address! At work when the mail person skips our building and you call or go to the post office with a complaint you are treated rudely. You can try asking for the Post Master but if she does not answer the telephone you do not have a chance of ever getting through past the rude person on the telephone. This has been going on for years!

So lovely to have non-surly postal workers! This is a small outfit but they are quick & efficient.

Twice, in just a matter of about a week apart, Ive had two packages delivered to the wrong address. In todays instance the only thing they got right was the number of the house. The person that received my package was nice enough to hand deliver to me. I dont know how Alexander looks like Grenier. Someone needs their glasses checked.

Vey bad customer service, staff is rude and not helpful. Always have to wait for the manager .Never deliver to me, always get dropped of on other streets but not mine. Very disappointed

Was sending 3 items -returns back to merchant. I bought 3 shipping envelopes and just needed the return labels taped to the packages. They made me buy a roll of packing tape to tape the pre-printed return labels to the packages. I could see if I was taping together boxes, but I just needed a piece of tape over the labels. The staff in this office is obnoxiously rude.

Calling this 1 800 number is horrible, I feel like they make it impossible to ask a customer service representative any questions and I couldnt do what I needed to because they way its set up.

Good USPS facility, convenient located near many businesses.

Claim: Open at 8:30.Fact: Perhaps the building is open,However no one is behind the desk till 10am.With a paper note “saying we are closed come back later”.Results: What kind of government run atrocity is this?!!!

Bad customer service and they keep putting my package in other peoples houses 5 different times to the point that I now use my mother in laws adress for packages, when asked to speak with a manager in person he never came to talk with me staff is horrible and so are the drivers

Take forever and didn’t even deliver to my address when my address was correct.

My packages are always kept at the post office even before my mail person even tries to bring it to my house, she just assumes Im not home and leaves them there. They marked that one of my packages was delivered yesterday and I didnt see it and I went to check the mail and I had a pink slip....so it wasnt even delivered. Im so sick of this.

An hour and a half wait on the help line!!
