They take COVID precautions very seriously here and I love that. Wipe down mats after the kids used them and are only allowing one parent to attend tbeir children to limit the capacity of people. Teachers as always have all different kinds of teaching methods so its nice to be able to choose which teacher fits best for yu

The receptionist, Denise, was extremely rude upon every encounter I experienced with her. On our 1st I counter she didn’t reply back when I initially greeted her and simply said “hello”. I was asking questions about the program being that this was my 1st time trying out gymnastics for my 2 year old and 5 year old sons, she was very vague with answering my questions. She acted as if she didn’t want to answer my questions at all. She treated me as if I was bothering her. Eventually, I requested a particular instructor because a close friend of mine told me that this instructor would work best with my 5 year old being that my son is somewhat shy. I asked the receptionist, Denise, can I request this instructor for my son and she said to me in a very impolite way “he won’t be here this summer”. She made it seem like I was bothering her just by being in her presence. However, I did give the facility a chance being that one of the instructor’s kids has been taking swimming lessons with my kids for years now. Once the summer program started, everything was very unorganized, one of my kids had a new instructor every week. The place was a crazy house with kids running around out of control everywhere. To top things off, the instructor I requested was there every week that I bought my kids to gymnastics. So Denise blatantly LIED to me about the instructor I requested. I would never re enrolled my kids in this facility again! I would definitely not refer or recommend this facility to anyone I know or anyone period! I dreaded the days I had to take the kids there and my kids weren’t too excited to go! I’m thankful that the session is over and we are now onto the next facility/activity that shows our family as a whole appreciation.

My daughter has a nightly class here and there is a terrible odor here that is progressively getting more pungent with each week. It can be described as stinky feet or locker room smell. Very unappealing to the point that parents, including myself need to step outside to catch our breath. Although Im aware of this place being a gym type environment? I suggest lots of self spraying air fragrance emitters throughout the facility to at least mask the undesirable odor...

Good school. My kid took took a break for semester and now keeps bugging me to go back to gymnastics. They have excellent instructors Mario and Barbaro. Management stuff is very good. If you have any concerns or not happy with something, Steve Surgent is pretty good with trying to accommodate you.

This is the email I received after I question my tuition, I want to share my experience and the email I sent them back after the email below:Dear parents,Attached is your April bill. It was due the first week of the month.Effective next week 4/25/16, if your account balance is outstanding your child will be told they are not be allowed to attend class. This can be embarrassing situation. We wish to avoid this. Kindly make your tuition payment.Thank youTHE FOLLOWING IS MY EXPERIENCE AND MY EMAIL AS A RESPONSEGood Morning to whom it may concern:At this point and as a parent of two of the student of your school of the Roselle Park, I will like a name and direct phone number of the person in management of the Roselle Park facility. Also I spoke to a lady from the Westfield office whom promise to have someone call me back after I explained to her in detail an issue that I had over the phone with Reid.First of all there was a misunderstanding in the monthly tuition. From there I had to have Reid explained to me how I had understand one amount and the monthly tuition was about $20.00 more per each of my kids, that is 40.00 more per month then I had budget myself. By the way who ever wrote this email to me should understand that to me it is not embarrassing to question how my tuition in my understanding it went up in price but regardless it was paid.Second of all, as far as costumer service your email was very unprofessional and it can be clearly threatening to anyone whom might have questions about their monthly tuition.Third of all no one has to this day returned my call in regards to my complaint about the treatment, harassment and deceitfulness I have received from Reid. Therefore since it will take very long and it can be misunderstood I will not be sending my kids to your school. The reasons for my discontentment with your school is for all of the above alrady mentioned. Also including the fact that Reid instruct my husband Im quoting Reid, YOU CAN NOT BRING TO THE KIDS TO THEIR CLASS UNTIL THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULLTherefore we did not bring the kids to the school, at this point we were two weeks into April. When I had my conversation with Reid and I made the rest of the payment over the phone, during this conversation I had informed Reid I will wait until May to bring the kids back to their regular schedule and I asked him to give me the phone number of management or the phone number of the Westfield facility because I was discussed of the way Reid was handling the phone call and I had asked him to just take the payment and to stop talking to me because of his way of him speaking to me. Then for the first time he then informed me of something completely opposite to his instructions to my husband. Reid then said to me, well you can bring them for the next two weeks and you can have them make up classes at other times. At this point I really dont want to deal with Reid, so I made my payment and went to call the Westfield facility, left a message and I did receive a call, explained to I believe her name was Sarah. The lady I spoke to then said to me that someone was gong to be calling me back and like I mentioned above, no one has called me back and instead i received this email. Which by the way I am not embarrassed to question my tuition when I was informed of one amount and then I trying to be charge something else. As a parent who is paying it is my RIGHT to ask and question any thing I might not be clear about.
