Carly Wilson is excellent and willing to help with and questions concerns or maintenance that is needed!
Great community, awesome places to go, love the trails and parks. Easy access to stores, awesome apartment management.
I love living here! The apartments are clean and updated. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I love how there is enough grass space to let my dog out and how it connects to the trails. Parking can be an issue, especially if you work late nights. Sometimes I cant find a parking spot, but other than that no complaints!
I’ve lived here going on 3 years now, and have nothing but amazing things to say about the community. The staff is incredibly friendly, and know me by name every time I walk in. Had an emergency maintenance issue and maintenance was on scene within minutes, after hours. The facilities are well kept and sparkling clean every day. The grounds are beautiful and maintained well.I’ve never had an issue with any of my neighbors, they are quiet and I hardly ever hear anyone. The location is great. There are many trails, restaurants, parks, schools, and businesses in the area, while at the same time being a quiet area. Rent is very affordable considering the quality of the community. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Loving our time here thus far. The leasing office has been respectful, timely, and puts on fun events. The apartments themselves are clean, updated, and spacious. No complaints!
I only lived at USF for about a year. The time I did live there I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff were all amazing. If I ever needed anything or had any problems they were one text or email away. The maintenance team kept the facilities in great condition, any issue I had they were there within the week to fix it. I loved the work out center and pool area, very functional and a nice amenity. The location was perfect for reaching all parts of Westfield in minutes and countless restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint was due to the poor planning of parking and garages, obviously not something to complain to anyone about because that was the original designer’s fault. The on street parking made the roads crowded and the lots themselves could have been bigger to meet the demand for parking spots. The garages were not plentiful enough so I ended up with a garage 2 buildings over. All in all I had a great experience there and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
Great place to live, parking is a big issue and theres not enough handicap parking either.Thd staff is AMAZING and always friendly and helpful! We love it here!!
Love living here! Great neighborhood, people, and places nearby. The only issue is parking, but aside of that the place is great.
I love living at the Union Street flats. I feel safe even though I live alone, my apartment is gorgeous and its quiet - I dont ever hear my neighbors. The office does resident appreciation weeks that give lots of fun activities and options for dinner incase you may not want to cook. The office staff has been kind and friendly since the first time I walked into their building to see an apartment. The location is also great - close to shops, paths and parks. Looking forward to another year here
We lived here for two years, and I have to say, it was my best apartment living experience. Sure, there were small annoyances here and there, but the staff does their best to make living here comfortable, enjoyable and fun. We really enjoyed the different parties(pool party, christmas party, etc.) and the amenities really are great. The pool is gorgeous, the gym had lots of equipment, and we took the trail back behind the apartments with our dog almost everyday. They also keep a Keurig in the clubhouse with coffee and seasonal drinks, which is a really nice plus. Not to mention that the apartments themselves are beautiful and modern. We would have probably stayed longer if it wasnt for moving away for my husbands career. These apartments are almost the only ones Ive ever found that do not discriminate against different breeds of dogs. Something that other apartments shamefully do.The only negative experience worth noting was that after our first years lease was up, our rent jumped up tremendously. It is pretty expensive for the size of the apartments, but then again the whole area has ridiculously high rent prices.
Totally thinking about moving here... 5 stars because these units have TWO cable company options! Spectrum & Comcast. Spectrum is a brand from Charter... can get the best if both worlds. Oh yeah, the units are pretty nice too!
Weve lived in two different apartments here and have loved both. The office staff is amazing (Brooke is the best!) and the maintenance staff are super quick and excellent. If you are looking for an apartment, this place is totally worth checking out!
They dont care about peoples safety. Their favorite answer is nothing we can do about it. I could have a gun to my head and they would be like nothing we can do about it
Very clean facility, a lot of activities for residents, they respond immediately to requests, very friendly staff, their pool and other amenities are very nice. Apartment complex is also in an incredible location for dining, parks, and shopping. I will hate to leave here when I eventually move away.
Staff here is amazing!! Great place to live in
CONS:Bathroom looks nice but hangers for tower and toilet paper are cheap and not in good qualityFloor in the kitchen can get slippery when water spilled on to itDepends on the floor plan, some apartments bedroom window is way too close to other apartmentsPROS:location is nice and convenientapartment is relatively new
I went to tour the apartments and the lady who helped me was very unwelcoming, I went for a handshake when I first arrived and she just kind of stood there and looked at me then finally decided to shake my hand . Throughout our whole conversation she made me feel as if I didn’t belong there and some of the comments she had made were nonprofessional and offensive . She just seemed very uninterested.
The walls are hollow, and they never wax the gym floors. They try to succ all the money out of you with contracts. The receptionist ladys are nice except one, Brooke. I dont know if she has power issues or daddy issues but if your younger than her, she is going to treat you like garbage. Dont even get me started on the broken door problem in the gym. I was genuinely yelled at across the complex by, of course, Brooke for using a door that breaks if you use it. All in all a scrappy place, and also the pond they have is so still the water is the same color as Baja blast from taco bell.
Nice place to live
Great place to live.
