I have lived here for almost two years. From the moment I met with the leasing team they were great!! Nice, safe area, convenient to anything you would need! Lisa took care of getting me the right apartment!! Kevin the maintenance supervisor is awesome! They make sure anything you need is available!! I would highly recommend this community!!
Update. I have lived in this apartment complex since 08/2015. It is one of the best upscale apartment complexes that I have lived in Westfield. I have not had a bad experience. The office staff is amazing and friendly. There is even once a month resident appreciation week. I love living here and the community itself is nice.
Ashley Place Apartments is an amazing place to live. My apartment is clean and nice, and the staff is very professional and responds in a timely manner. The maintenance requests are same day which is amazing.
The apartment itself is nice. The staff is friendly and have tried to help. But the apartment is just full of mold (and others too). It has now ruined my clothes, shoes, etc. I even smell like mold now, to the point my family can hardly stand to be around me. They cant find the source of the mold and have done nothing to accommodate a better living place. They have just ignored my request. Also, they do not enforce their rule for owners to pick up after their dogs. I have never seen so much dog poop. It is everywhere. It smells bad and it is disgusting. If we complain enough, they will pick it up every few months. This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived.
Applied and denied. I have live in Denver for 14 years and Indy for 1 year never been turned down from renting an apartment. Put down $250 to hold the place. It has been over a week and still have not received the $200 dollars I was supposed to be refunded. After calling their office I was informed that it will take 3-4 weeks to receive a refund!!
I had been searching for a place for months and I fell in love with Ashley Place from the moment I saw the model. My apartment was not like the model (as I was told it would be), but regardless I still loved the size, layout and overall feel of the apartment. They are beyond dog friendly, especially with their zero breed restriction. Their staff is kind, friendly and always took care of what my roommate and I needed. The maintenance was quick and well done. The complex is quiet and the location is great. They lean toward the more expensive side (for my personal finances), but if you can afford it, go for it. In the future, I would not have heaitations renting from another J.C. Hart complex.
Following up... I thought it couldnt get worse...beware, you still have to pay for 2 more months of rent even after you move out. it is in the contract. even had to pay the dog deposit and for washer/dryer rental... even though i wasnt there. After leaving me in this smely, urine soaked, moldy hell hole, knowing I was injured and unable to move out, I have now moved out. Dont count on getting much back on your deposit. They made up charged.. $4, 2$, 1$ until there was %15 left. This place ruined thousands of dollars of clothes, furniture, dog toys, etc from all of the mold. This is the nastiest place I have ever lived. They dont care... you sign that contract, they have your money...
I used to live here like 12 years ago and used to eat all the complimentary m&m cookies from the clubhouse. Yum
Quality place, always helpful.
Excellent departments
