The store is very fast and efficient! They have been in Westfield for well over 25 years since it was a Mailboxes Ect. The franchisee cares about his business and it shows. This new location is much better next to the post office then theyre old location on North Avenue... Not that its new theyve been there for years.

The owner, Neal, is a very nice and caring man. His employees made a big mistake with one of my packages and he was genuinely sorry and tried to make everything right. He is almost always at the store, but cant be there all day every day. I also own a small business and know how hard it can be. He is a good man that runs a great local business and tries very hard. Thanks Neal!

The guys who work and run this store are probably some of the rudest, unfriendly and most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My business ships a lot of packages and one would think they would welcome the business, well apparently not these people. My partner dropped off a bunch of packages as we normally do on a daily basis, but this time they made it clear by their rude, condescending and flippant attitude that they would rather not have our business. Lucky for us there is another store not to far in Kenilworth so we will go there now. But it really amazes me people dont understand the simple truth that kindness is free and it goes a long way!

The manager of this store is incredibly rude and said if i dont like it, i can go some where else to ship my packages. So I did. I went to the UPS store in Cranford and the man there was delightful and helpful.

I dont know what these negative reviews are all about. Ive used the store for a number of years and never had a single problem. Theyre friendly and efficient and helped alot especially when Ive packed something badly which is often. This has been my experience. Inn fact, Im going into the store this afternoon to send a package.

Line of 10+ people waiting for the store to open and not an employee in sight. People come at 9 because they have to go to work.
